Crystallographic report: Crystal structure of 1‐bromo‐1′‐[(2S)‐N‐(1‐hydroxy‐3‐methylbutane‐2‐yl)]‐ferroceneamide

Novel photoswitching dithienylethenes with ferrocene units

Two novel dithienylethenes with ferrocene units were synthesized by Wittig reaction. The structure of 2a has been established by X‐ray diffraction studies. Determination of terbutaline with ferrocene-gold colloid-1,4-benzenedimethanethiol layer-by-layer self-assembled gold electrode

Aminylferrocene is successfully immobilized on nanosized gold colloid particles associated with a 1,4-benzenedimethanethiol monolayer on a gold electrode surface and characterized by cyclic voltammograms and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In a pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution, the formal potential (E ⁰’) of Fc is 0.432 V (SCE), and the apparent surface electron-transfer rate constant is 0.89 s⁻. The immobilized Fc gives an excellent electrocatalytic response to the terbutaline oxidation. The catalytic-current response of differential pulse voltammograms increases linearly with the terbutaline concentration from 1.75 × 10⁻⁷ to 5.62 × 10⁻⁴ mol/l. The detection limit is 2.30 × 10⁻⁸ mol/l. The determination of terbutaline in a tablet dosage is satisfactory. The method is simple, quick, and sensitive. 具有生物活性的N-(1-二茂铁亚乙基氨基)-N''-β-D-吡喃糖基硫脲的合成与表征

Several novel N′-[（1-ferrocenylethylidene）amino]-N′-β-D-glycopyranosylthioureas have been efficiently synthesized via a six-step procedure, utilizing three monosaccharides （D-glucose, D-galactose and D-xylose） as starting materials, respectively. They have been preliminarily determined to display biological activity against certain fungi. The target compounds have been unambiguously characterized by spectroscopic method and elemental analysis. An initially alternative synthetic route, which was seemingly reasonable, has been excluded due to its inefficiency.     

Fabrication of Poly(allylamine)ferrocene Monolayer Based on Electrostatic Interaction and Its Electrocatalytic Oxidation of Ascorbic Acid

A poly(allylamine)ferrocene monolayer was built on the surface of gold electrode modified with negatively charged alkanethiol based on electrostatic interaction. The electrochemical behavior of the modified electrode was characterized by cyclic voltammetry in detail. The modified electrode was shown to exhibit excellent electrocatalytic response to the oxidation of ascorbic acid. The anodic overpotential was reduced by about 170 mV compared with that obtained at a bare gold electrode. The modified electrode possesses several attractive features, such as simple preparation, fast response and good chemical and mechanical stability.     

漆树漆酶的催化氧化作用——Ⅳ.二茂铁及其衍生物的酶促氧化

In phosphate buffer-diethylene glycol monobutyl ether(DGBE), the oxidations of ferrocene and 15 derivatives were investigated in the presence of Rhus vernicifera laccase. The results showed that ferrocene and 11 derivatives can be oxidized. The mechanism of Laccase catalyzed oxidation of ferrocene was put forward.     

二茂铁甲酰丙酮缩氨基硫脲金属配合物研究

将二茂铁甲酰丙酮与硫代氨基脲在水 -乙醇介质中进行缩合反应 ,得金属有机多齿配体C5H5Fe C5H4COCH2 C(CH3 ) =NNHCSNH2 (简记作 Fc TS) ,该配体分别与 d-过渡金属 [Cu( )、Co( )、Ni( )、Mn( ) ]、 B族金属 [Zn( )、Cd( ) ]及主族金属 [Pb( ) ]乙酸盐反应 ,合成了分子式为 (Fc TS) 2 M(CH3 COO) 2 的 7个新型配合物。经元素分析、IR、UV- Vis,1 H HMR、摩尔电导及固体电导的测定对配合物组成、结构、波谱性质和导电性能进行了研究。     

Helical tubulate inclusion compounds of ferrocene and squalene

The inclusion compounds of 2,8-dimethyltricyclo[5.3.1.1^3,9]dodecane-syn-2,syn-8-diol,3, with ferrocene and with squalene have been prepared. The crystal structures of these helical tubulate compounds: (3)₃·(ferrocene)_0.75 [P3₁21,a=b=13.7480(6),c=7.0312(5) Å,Z=1,R=0.038] and (3)₃·(squalene)_0.23 [P3₁21,a=b=13.677(1),c=7.0533(9) Å,Z=1,R=0.042] are described. Ruthenium cluster compounds containing 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf): an electrochemical analysis and the crystal structure of [Ru3(CO)11]2(μ-dppf)

The electrochemistry of 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene (dppf) derivatives of Ru₃(CO)₁₂ was investigated. Two known compounds [Ru₃(CO)₈(μ-dppf)₂ (1) and Ru₃(CO)₁₀dppf (2)] and a new compound [Ru₃(CO)₁₁(μ-dppf)Ru₃(CO)₁₁ (3)] were prepared. Compound 3 was characterized spectroscopically and an X-ray crystal structure was obtained. The reductive electrochemistry of 1 and 2 showed an irreversible reduction and a follow-up oxidation, similar to Ru₃(CO)₁₂. The electrochemistry of compound 3 showed two irreversible waves and a follow-up oxidation. A trend in the reduction potential vs. the number of coordinated phosphorus atoms was noted. The oxidative electrochemistry of 1-3 showed a dppf-based chemically reversible wave, and an irreversible wave similar to that of Ru₃(CO)₁₂. Trends were also noted between the oxidation potential and the number of coordinated phosphorus atoms.
