建立气相色谱–串联质谱法(GC–MS–MS)快速测定茶叶中蒽醌的方法。样品中的蒽醌用色谱纯乙腈提取,经过涡旋1 min,超声20 min,离心、浓缩后用固相萃取柱(SPE)净化,以DB–5MS毛细管柱分离,以m/z 207.9,152为定性离子对、m/z 207.9,180为定量离子对,多反应检测模式下测定,外标法定量。蒽醌的质量浓度在1~500μg/L范围内与定量离子的峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 98,方法的检出限为1μg/kg。在10,20,50μg/kg加标水平下,样品加标回收率为92.85%~98.10%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为8.50%~11.05%(n=5)。该方法简单、快速,检出限低,准确度和精密度高,可用于茶叶中蒽醌的检测。  相似文献

Gas chromatography (GC) with electron capture detection (ECD), GC combined with mass spectrometry (MS), GC with multi-stage mass spectometry (MS-MS), and direct inlet MS-MS have been used to determine 1,1-dichlorodimethyl sulfone (DDS) in aquatic organisms in the receiving waters outside a pulp mill bleach plant. Both GC-MS-MC and direct inlet MS-MS of tissue extracts of fish and mussel appear to be sensitive, selective, and rapid analytical techniques for the determination of DDS.  相似文献

A rapid and specific multiresidue method was developed to perform screening and confirmation of 15 anabolics steroids in bovine hair, namely: dienestrol, DES, hexestrol, 17α- and 17β-estradiol, 17α- and 17β-19-nortestosterone, 17α- and 17β-boldenone, testosterone (β) and epitestosterone (α), ethynylestradiol, α-methyltestosterone, and α- and β-Zearalanol.After methanolic and solid-phase extraction, trimethylsilyl derivatization (TMS) was performed and the derivatized extracts submitted to GC-MS-MS analysis. TMS derivatives of the studied hormones yielded specific MS-MS fragmentation with a high abundance for ions selected in the screening procedure.Validation was performed regarding qualitative parameters: decision limit (CCα), detection capability (CCβ) and specificity. For confirmation, European union criteria 2002/657/EC were considered. Detection capability ranged between 1.0 and 10.0 ng g−1 depending on the compound.  相似文献

A new and convenient synthesis of 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline (2AP), a potent flavor compound in rice, and its ring-deuterated analog, 2-acetyl-1-d2-pyrroline (2AP-d2), was reported. A stable isotope dilution assay (SIDA), involving headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-positive chemical ionization-ion trap-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-PCI-IT-MS-MS), was developed for 2AP quantification. A divinylbenzene/carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) fiber was used for HS-SPME procedure and parameters affecting analytes recovery, such as extraction time and temperature, pH and salt, were studied. The repeatability of the method (n = 10) expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD) was 11.6%. A good linearity was observed from 5.9 to 779 ng of 2AP (r2 = 0.9989). Limits of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) for 2AP were 0.1 and 0.4 ng g−1 of rice, respectively. The recovery of spiked 2AP from rice matrix was almost complete. The developed method was applied to the quantification of 2AP in aerial parts and grains of scented and non-scented rice cultivars.  相似文献

A headspace solid-phase microextraction gas chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HSSPME-GC-MS-MS) methodology for determination of brominated flame retardants in sediment and soil samples is presented. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first time that SPME has been applied to analyze polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) in environmental solid samples. Analyses were performed using 0.5-g solid samples moisturized with 2 mL water, employing a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fiber coating, exposed to the headspace at 100 °C for 60 min. Several types of environmental solid samples were included in this study and the extraction efficiency was related to the organic matter content of the sample. Calibration was performed using real samples, and the method showed good linearity over a wide concentration range, precision, and afforded quantitative recoveries. The obtained detection limits were in the sub-ng g−1 for all the target analytes in both samples. The proposed procedure was applied to several marine and river sediments and soils, some of which were found to contain PBDEs at concentrations in the ng g−1 level; BDE-47, BDE-100, and BDE-99 were the major congeners detected. The proposed method constitutes a rapid and low-cost alternative for the analysis of the target brominated flame retardants in environmental solid samples, since the clean-up steps, fractionation, and preconcentration of extracts inherent to the classical multi-step solvent extraction procedures are avoided.   相似文献
