Accelerated glycosylation under frozen conditions

O-Glycosylations using thiomethyl glycosides as donors were compared under both frozen and unfrozen conditions. In the presence of MeOTf as a promoter, enormous rate acceleration was observed when the glycosylation was conducted in p-xylene below its freezing point.     

大鼠肾组织的超低温快速冷冻固定和冷冻置换研究

超低温快速冷冻固定以极高的冷冻速率（１００００Ｋ／ｓ）对生物组织进行物理固定，可使生物组织结构、组织内可溶性离子及游离性物质得到保存，使被固定后的生物组织保持最接近于原自然状态，这种样品制备方法大大优于化学制备法，因而在Ｘ－射线微分析及免疫细胞化学中得到广泛应用。生物样品超低温快速冷冻后，利用冷冻置换法，在低温下将生物组织内的结晶水缓慢置换出来，而后常规包埋切片，可获得理想的组织结构及组织内待分析成分。本文应用超低温快速冷冻固定技术及冷冻置换法对大鼠肾皮质部的快速冷冻固定及损伤进行探讨。     

低温高氯酸水溶液体系中碲在金电极上的循环伏安和溶出伏安法研究

本文测定了20°～-60℃Te(Ⅳ)/Te(0)在金电极和HClO_4水溶液中的循环伏安图,证明了在常温下受吸附和扩散控制的还原过程在凝固介质中发生了变化,温度低于介质的凝固点时吸附作用受到抑止,扩散控制成为唯一的还原过程。根据不可逆循环伏安响应和Tafel作图,测定了还原阶的电荷传输系数α和速率常数k_s。碲的低温阳极溶出伏安法不仅能在液态溶液也能在凝固的电解质中进行。     

An approximate frozen core approach to valence only molecular calculations

A simple valence electron-only theory based on an approximate frozen core approach and an exact core-valence strong orthogonality condition is developed for atomic and molecular systems. A unique reduced basis is introduced in which both core and valence orbitals are expanded. The core representation is roughly approximated, and the valence orbital overlap with the corresponding all-electron reference functions is nearly exact. The size of the reduced basis in terms of primitive functions is practically the same as that adopted by effective core potential methods in which the valence orbitals have the correct nodal properties. Results obtained with the present approach are presented for LiO, BeO and CaO molecules, and compared with the corresponding all-electron frozen core calculations. In addition, a detailed investigation on Li _n Be clusters (n=1,..., 6) is carried out.Dedicated to Professor J. Koutecký on the occasion of his 65th birthday     

Perspectives on double-excitations in TDDFT

The adiabatic approximation in time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) yields reliable excitation spectra with great efficiency in many cases, but fundamentally fails for states of double-excitation character. We discuss how double-excitations are at the root of some of the most challenging problems for TDDFT today. We then present new results for (i) the calculation of autoionizing resonances in the helium atom, (ii) understanding the nature of the double excitations appearing in the quadratic response function, and (iii) retrieving double-excitations through a real-time semiclassical approach to correlation in a model quantum dot.     

用1-3及2-2连通复合换能器测量冻土

根据冻土弹性波测试要求，研制了一种测试冻土用的500kHz纵波，横波1-3及2-2连通复合超声换能器，其灵敏度高，频带宽，声阻抗低，波形简单及脉冲波形前沿徒削，亦适用于其它介质力学特性测试。文章介绍了换能结构原理及测量系统特性，实测了不同含水量（7%-25%）及负温（-2℃--20℃）条件下兰州黄土试块的纵，横波声速，获得很高测量精度（10ps级）。     

Study on radiation preservation of frozen egg liquid

In this paper the preservation process of γ-irradiated frozen egg liquid has been studied. It shows that the proper absorbed dose is 2 kGy and there is no significant difference in nutrient components, vitamins content between the irradiated frozen egg liquid and the control. A study of a diet including γ-irradiated frozen egg liquid was carried out with 58 volunteers who, during a 70-day test, indicated that the frozen egg liquid exposed to radiation is hygienic and safe.     

基于液氮低温冷刀系统的冻结组织温度场分布研究

设计了基于液氮的低温冷冻治疗系统,并进行动物组织实验研究,得到组织关键测温点的温度变化;并对冷冻过程进行数值模拟,将实验结果与模拟冷冻结果进行对比,根据二者的差异对数值模拟中采用的组织热物性参数进行修正,使模拟结果更接近于实际冷冻过程.     

Supercritical fluid extraction as a preparative tool for strawberry aroma analysis

To improve the aroma characterization of various strawberry cultivars, we tested supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) to determine its suitability for the extraction of aroma compounds from fresh fruit, comparing SFE results with traditional solvent extraction with dichloromethane. Using SFE it was possible to recover the majority of the aroma compounds which can be also found in the solvent extract; patterns related to variety and degree of maturation were preserved. Our results showed, however, that SFE is more selective and was able to recover the ‘character impact’ compound of wild strawberry. Our findings from the odor analysis of furaneol standard emphasize the importance of using a more selective extraction procedure, and always combining instrumental detection with sensory analysis.     

胃肠道正常组织与相应肿瘤组织结构的FTIR光谱研究

本文用傅里叶变换红外显微光谱对一系列胃肠道（食道、胃、结肠）肿瘤组织和相应正常组织的冰冻切片进行了研究。结果显示，所有肿瘤组织的光谱基本一致。而正常组织的光谱按１４００－９５０ｃｍ＾－１区域的特点可分为三类。对光谱中蛋白质酰胺Ｉ带曲线拟合的结果表明，正常组织和肿瘤组织中蛋白质的二级结构有着很大的差别。
