在四阳极直流放电装置上,测量并分析了辉光放电的电流-电压和发光特征随气压的变化关系。结果表明,采用稳流放电模式比稳压放电具有更宽的稳定放电气压和电流范围,能在从1~800Pa的较宽气压范围内实现氦气辉光放电,放电电流可达到500mA左右。随着电极表面亮斑的变化,对于同一气压,在低电流区,放电电压几乎成指数增长;随电流增大,电压的增长速度变缓;对于高的气压,碰撞频率的增大使得电压随电流升高的速率变小。分析表明,放电处于异常辉光区。从放电管的CCD图像可以看出,对于同一放电电流,随气压的升高,等离子体往阴极收缩。 相似文献

The synthesis of N,C-coordinated organoboron compounds (B1-B4) based on phenanthroimidazole described. All the compounds were characterized by various spectroscopic techniques. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the compounds B1 and B3 revealed that the vicinity around the boron atom adopts tetrahedral geometry. Except compound B4, other organoboron compounds (B1-B3) does not show solvatochromism. All our newly synthesized organoboron compounds exhibited moderate to good solution state quantum yields (0.07–0.88) and moderate solid state quantum yields. 相似文献

采用经过酸碱预处理的具有干涉色的云母钛作为基质材料,分别包覆氧化铁、氧化铬、氧化钴制得三层结构随角异色颜料。通过改变包覆层数和各层间的排列顺序,增加基质材料与外层包覆材料的反射率差值,获得变色效果更加明显的四层结构随角异色功能颜料。用X-Rite MA86Ⅱ5角度分光光度计对颜料的反射率光谱和CIE色度值进行测试分析,研究了四层结构对颜料随角异色效果的影响,分析比较不同的包覆物与颜料随角变色效果的关系。结果表明,采用多层膜包覆,能够增加基底材料与外层包覆层的反射率,增强颜料的颜色,颜料的颜色在不同的角度会有更明显的变化,随角异色效果更加显著。 相似文献

The differential cross section for the reactionD(d, t)H has been calculated in the distorted wave Born approximation including finite range effects. All 6 interactions between the
4 nucleons are explicitly evaluated. It has been found that the interactions neglected by earlier work are significant. Distortions
are necessary to reproduce the minimum at 37.5° observed at an incident energy of 25.3 MeV in the cross section. The absolute
cross section at 14.3° is predicted by theory to be 23.5 mb/sr as against the experimental 16.4 mb/sr. Better agreement with

We reported the generation of visible red light through degenerate four wave mixing (FWM) in an all solid photonic bandgap fiber (PBGF), which was achieved by pumping the fiber with a 800 nm Ti:sapphire-based femtosecond pulse laser. At a fiber length of 30 m, a broadband anti-Stokes spectrum range from 620 nm to 740 nm was obtained at the highest pump power, the spectrum evolution as a function of pump power and propagation distance had been measured. Furthermore, the intensity-dependent parametric gain characteristic is also calculated, which accords well with the experimental results. 相似文献

Data comparator is the integral part of arithmetic and logical unit of any electronic or optical data processor. Due to some inherent limitations of electronics it cannot be possible to obtain a super fast operation (over terahertz limit) from electronic comparators. Again wavelength encoding technique has been established as an excellent one over other existing optical data encoding techniques. Semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) technologies have shown their strong potentiality of realizing many all-optical systems. In this communication the authors have proposed a new scheme of developing all-optical wavelength encoded n bit binary comparator exploiting the four-wave mixing, wavelength filtering, wavelength conversion and nonlinear polarization rotation capabilities property of nonlinear semiconductor optical amplifiers. The scheme can be used for comparing signed and unsigned optical binary data of any bit wide numbers as well. The comparator is especially suitable for use as a building block in a larger optical circuit, such as in an all optical telecommunications switch. 相似文献
