环糊精包结作用下水溶液共聚合制备疏水改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺及其絮凝效果研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
在水溶液中制备了甲基环糊精(Me-β-CD)/疏水单体2-苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯(POEA)的包结物(1a)。利用紫外-可见光谱及核磁共振波谱等检测手段研究了Me-β-CD与POEA的包合作用,并对包合物的结构、性能进行了表征和分析。同时在水溶液中引发丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)以及1a的均相共聚合得到疏水修饰的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺P(AM-DAC-POEA),实现了用绿色方法合成高效高分子絮凝剂的目的,并对该高分子对高岭土模拟污水的絮凝效果进行了考察。 相似文献

The chemical modification of Plantago psyllium mucilage (Psy), an anionic polysaccharide, was done by grafting polyacrylamide (PAM) chains to prepare a graft-copolymer (Psy-g-PAM). It was synthesized in the presence of nitrogen using ceric ammonium nitrate–nitric acid redox initiator and characterized by IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and viscosity measurements. This grafted copolymer was tested for its flocculation efficiency in textile wastewater by the standard Jar test method. The effects of polymer concentration, pH and contact time on the percentage removal of solid wastes [total dissolved solids (TDS) and suspended solids (SS)] and color from textile effluent are reported. The optimum dose was found to be 1.6 mg l–1, at which maximum solid removal (SS and TDS) was seen. The most suitable pH for TDS and color removal was neutral (7.0) and for SS removal alkaline pH (9.2) was found to be most suitable. The optimum treatment duration for solid waste removal was 5 h. The X-ray diffraction analysis of Psy-g-PAM and solid waste before and after treatment suggests the interaction of the solid waste and Psy-g-PAM copolymer. 相似文献

A grafting copolymer of starch and acrylamide was prepared by 60Co-γ pre-irradiation. After purification, the copolymer was modified by a cationic reaction to form a cationic copolymer. The structure of the cationic copolymer was identified by IR and NMR spectroscopy. Using the industrial and sanitary municipal wastewater from the Factory of Wastewater Treatment of Gaobeidian in Beijing as the study sample, three-treatment methods: flocculation deposition, flocculation deposition combined with γ irradiation and the direct irradiation were carried out. COD was applied to evaluate the treatment effect. The preliminary results show that the method of flocculation deposition combined with γ irradiation was effective than the other two. 相似文献

以造纸污泥中提取的木质素和二乙基环氧丙基胺(简称环氧胺单体)为原料,通过接枝共聚反应制备了木质素胺絮凝剂(DL),并确定了最佳合成工艺条件,同时采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明,以1.5mo1·L-1NaOH为催化剂,木质素和环氧胺单体的质量比为1:1,于70℃下接枝反应2h时,所得絮凝剂DL对3种模拟染料废水的脱色率分别可达89.66%、74.10%和89.84%,通过比较DL与木质素的絮凝效果以及絮体微观形貌,对DL的絮凝机理进行了初步探讨。 相似文献

Abstract Citric acid, an additive to an important acrylamide based polymeric flocculant, was found to react with an aqueous solution of chlorine to give several chlorinated propanones, di- and trichloroacetic acid, chloroform, and a number of as yet unidentified chlorine containing compounds. Formation of these alledged carcinogens and mutagens also takes place by treating diluted aqueous solutions of frozen orange juice concentrate with such chlorine solutions. The formation and ratios of the detected chlorinated compounds is pH-dependent. A tentative scheme which could account for these findings is presented. 相似文献

以春季漫天飘飞的杨絮/柳絮为研究对象,将其与棉花/蚕丝天然纤维的微观结构进行比较研究,分别用体视显微镜、扫描电镜观测其形貌;用溴化钾压片法及全反射(ATR)测定FTIR光谱。分析研究其形貌及微观结构,实验结果表明:杨絮/柳絮与棉花/蚕丝天然纤维形貌有显著差异-棉花纤维较粗、且具有优良的拉伸性能,而杨絮、柳絮纤维则较短,拉伸性能比较差;FTIR光谱比较分析,发现棉花与杨絮、柳絮的主要化学结构都是纤维素,但是棉花纤维中氢键结合的羟基(-OH)伸缩振动吸收峰吸收强度明显大于杨絮,这也是导致棉花纤维长、纤维拉伸性能优于杨絮、柳絮的因素之一;蚕丝纤维与棉花、杨絮柳絮这些植物纤维不同,它的主要结构为酰胺结构。它们微观结构的差异决定了这些纤维不同的性能和用途。 相似文献
