Caesium carbonate supported on hydroxyapatite‐encapsulated Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 nanocrystallites as a novel magnetically basic catalyst for the one‐pot synthesis of pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐diones

A novel nanomagnetic basic catalyst of caesium carbonate supported on hydroxyapatite‐coated Ni_0.5Zn_0.5Fe₂O₄ magnetic nanoparticles (Ni_0.5Zn_0.5Fe₂O₄@HAP‐Cs₂CO₃) was prepared. This new catalyst was fully characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometry techniques, and then the catalytic activity of this catalyst was investigated in the synthesis of 1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐b]phthalazine‐5,10‐dione derivatives. Also, Ni_0.5Zn_0.5Fe₂O₄@HAP‐Cs₂CO₃ could be reused at least five times without significant loss of activity and could be recovered easily by applying an external magnet. Acid catalyzed reactions of α,β-unsaturated aldehydes and ethyl diazoacetate

The formation of cyclopropanes from α,β-unsaturated aldehydes and diazo compounds has been a rather challenging goal due to the extremely reactive aldehyde starter. Herein, our group reports the first formation of ethyl 2-formyl-1-cyclopropanecarboxylate in 100% yield from the acid catalyzed reaction between acrolein and ethyl diazoacetate (EDA).     

Preparation and characterization of finely dispersed drugs. 5. Ethyl 3,5-di(acetylamino)-2,4,6-triiodobenzoate

Controlled precipitation of the diagnostic imaging agent ethyl 3,5-di(acetylamino)-2,4,6-triiodobenzoate has been used to produce fine particles of various sizes, morphologies, and degrees of crystallinity, which depended on experimental conditions. In addition, two distinct polymorphic forms of the drug have been fully characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction studies, and evidence for a third polymorph was also observed. Some of the so prepared dry particles were coated with a thin layer of silica.     

Determination of residual monomers in acrylate dispersions by gas chromatography

The content of residual monomers is one of the most important characteristics of polymer dispersions. As a result of the similar physicochemical parameters of ethyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate, it is very difficult to determine the residual monomers in acrylate dispersions obtained by emulsion polymerization of both monomers. Gas chromatography with capillary columns, however, permits separation of these monomers and their quantitative determination in acrylate dispersions.

CuCl_2-CuI体系对苯胺氧化乙氧羰基化生成苯基氨基甲酸乙酯反应的催化作用

本文发现并研究了CuCl_2-CuI体系对苯胺氧化乙氧羰基化生成苯基氨基甲酸乙酯反应的催化作用,考察了各种反应条件对催化剂性能的影响,用测定转化数的方法研究了催化剂的稳定性。单独使用CuCl_2或CuI作为催化剂时,催化活性很低,两者同时使用时,催化活性明显提高。副产物是苯胺氧化偶联反应生成的偶氮苯,反应开始时,主要生成偶氮苯,随着反应的进行,目的产物苯基氨基甲酸乙酯的比例增加,提高反应温度有利于目的产物的生成。     

毛细管色谱直接进样法测定白酒中高碳脂肪酸乙酯的研究

介绍了采用ＦＦＡＰ键合毛细管柱直接进样测定白酒中５种高碳脂肪酸乙酯的方法，操作简捷，定量准确，检测限低达０４ｍｇ／Ｌ。用该法测定了各种香型近９０个白酒样品。改变色谱条件后，在一次直接进样分析中除能测定高碳脂肪酸乙酯外，而且还能对白酒中醇、酯、醛、酮以及有机酸等５２种香味组分进行定量测定，结果重现性良好。
