Neutron irradiation of Cp2MoCl2 for 24 h afforded the radiotracer Cp299MoCl2 which was characterised by UV–Vis spectroscopy and thin layer chromatography. Binding experiments with the thiol containing protein human serum albumin (HSA) or calf thymus DNA, were monitored for 99Mo using a gamma counter. Under the conditions investigated, molar ratios of binding of 0.2:1 (Cp2MoCl2:DNA) and 9.4:1 (Cp2MoCl2:HSA) were calculated. The results are consistent with in vitro coordination studies that have shown strong preferential interaction of Cp2MoCl2 with thiols versus other donor sites in biomolecules including DNA.  相似文献

The present paper covers three silabridged hafnocene dichlorides(1, 2 and 3) prepared by sequential reactions of α, ω-dichloropermethyl polysilane with cyclopentadienyl sodium, n-butyl lithium and hafnium tetrachloride. Their structures were characterized by elemental analyses, UV, 1H(13C) NMR and MS. Furthermore the crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 were determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal of 1 is monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1. 3401(4), b=0. 9977(3), c = 1. 0922(4) nm; β=94. 07(1)° V=3. 6342 nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.155 g·cm-3. The final deviation factor R = 0. 064. The crystal of 2 is monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=0.0847(1), b=1.5181(1), c=2.9824(2) nm; β= 94. 07(1)°? V=3.634 nm3; Dc= l. 805 g·cm-3. The final deviation factor R = 0. 033. The relationship between the silabridged structure and spectral properties is also discussed.  相似文献

Efficient synthesis of ferrocenylenones using a Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction is described. Acryloyl, methacryloyl, crotonoyl, cinnamoyl, and β-methylcrotonoyl chlorides react with ferrocene in the presence of a Lewis acid (EtAlCl2 or EtAlCl2-Me3Al) to give the corresponding ferrocenylenones (acryloyl, methacryloyl, crotonoyl, cinnamoyl, and methylcrotonoylferrocenes) in good isolated yields. Besides ferrocenylenones, chloroactylferrocene is also synthesised by this method.  相似文献

In proportion to the environmental pollution problems caused by organotin compounds, the genotoxicities of tin compounds in the environments have become of interest so as to estimate their safety in recent years. In this work, isolated λ-DNA (double-strand DNA) was incubated with inorganic tin(II) and tin(IV) and five organotin compounds [n-butyltin trichloride, di(n-butyltin) dichloride, methyltin trichloride, dimethyltin dichloride and trimethyltin chloride] in reaction systems both with and without hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) content. The tin compounds tested in this study did not induce DNA breakage in the absence of hydrogen peroxide. Divalent inorganic tin (SnCl2) and tetravalent inorganic tin (SnCl4) caused DNA breakage in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (10 mM), and the DNA damage activity of inorganic tin was much more potent in divalent inorganic tin (SnCl2) than in tetravalent inorganic tin (SnCl4). Divalent inorganic tin (SnCl2) induced DNA breakage in a concentration-dependent fashion at concentrations greater than 0.1 mM of SnCl2 in the presence of hydrogen peroxide (10 mM). DNA breakage was not caused by n-butyltin compounds and methyltin compounds either in the presence or in the absence of hydrogen peroxide.  相似文献

The reactions of phosphine derivatives of diallyl isocyanurates with palladium(ii) dichloride lead to the formation of complexes, whose structure, composition, and stability depend on the length of the methylene chain between the isocyanurate and diphenylphosphine fragments in the ligand. 1,3-Diallyl-5-[5′-(diphenylphosphino)pentyl and 10′-(diphenyl-phosphino)decyl] isocyanurates with PdCl2 form monomeric L2PdCl2 trans-complexes in which P atoms of the ligands participate in coordination with the metal. 1,3-Diallyl-5-[2′-(diphenylphosphino)ethyl] isocyanurate with PdCl2 forms a dimeric (LPdCl2)2 complex, which decomposes in a solution to the monomer including solvent molecule into the coordination sphere of the metal. The reactions of 1,3-diallyl-5-[4′-(diphenylphosphino)butyl] isocyanurate and 1,3-diallyl-5-[6′-(diphenylphosphino)hexyl] isocyanurate with PdCl2 give monomeric chelate LPdCl2 complexes in which one of the allyl groups of the isocyanurate cycle participates in coordination with the central ion along with the phosphorus atom. The conditions for acylation of 2,5-dimethylthiophene with squaric acid dichloride were optimized, and 3,4-bis(2,5-dimethylthiophen-3-yl)cyclobut-3-ene-1,2-dione was obtained in good yield. X-ray diffraction analysis demonstrated that the by-product has the structure of 1a,1b-dichloro-5-(2,5-dimethylthiophen-3-yl)-3-hydroxy-4,5a-dimethyl-1b,4a,5,5a-tetrahydro-1aH-1-thiacyclopropa[a]pentalen-2-one.  相似文献

Mercury(II) Chloride and Iodide Complexes of Dithia‐ and Tetrathiacrown Ethers The complexes [(HgCl2)2((ch)230S4O6)] ( 1 ), [HgCl2(mn21S2O5)] ( 2 ), [HgCl2(ch18S2O4)] ( 3 ) and [HgI(meb12S2O2)]2[Hg2I6] ( 4 ) have been synthesized, characterized and their crystal structures were determined. In [(HgCl2)2((ch)230S4O6)] two HgCl2 units are discretely bonded within the ligand cavity of the 30‐membered dichinoxaline‐tetrathia‐30‐crown‐10 ((ch)230S4O6) forming a binuclear complex. HgCl2 forms 1 : 1 “in‐cavity” complexes with the 21‐membered maleonitrile‐dithia‐21‐crown‐7 (mn21S2O5) ligand and the 18‐membered chinoxaline‐dithia‐18‐crown‐6 (ch18S2O4) ligand, respectively. The 12‐membered 4‐methyl‐benzo‐dithia‐12‐crown‐4 (meb12S2O2) ligand gave with two equivalents HgI2 the compound [HgI(meb12S2O2)]2[Hg2I6]. In the cation [HgI(meb12S2O2)]+ meb12S2O2 forms with the cation HgI+ a half‐sandwich complex.  相似文献

A new method for silylation of allyl ethers with chlorosilanes has been developed by the use of Cp2TiCl2 as a catalyst. This reaction proceeds efficiently at −20 °C in THF using nBuMgCl. A plausible reaction pathway via allyltitanocene intermediate was proposed.  相似文献
