通过氧化偶联聚合方法成功地合成出电活性聚芳醚酮. 该反应条件温和, 操作简单, 室温下即可进行. 用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、高效凝胶渗透色谱、循环伏安、热失重、X射线衍射等技术对所合成的聚合物进行了表征, 并探讨了聚合物的性能.  相似文献

Present proteomics and biomedicine require sensitive analytical methods for all proteins. Recent progress in electrochemical analysis of peptides and proteins based on their intrinsic electroactivity is reviewed. Tyrosine and/or tryptophan‐containing proteins are oxidizable at carbon electrodes. At mercury electrodes all peptides and proteins (about 13 peptides and >25 proteins were tested) produce chronopotentiometric peak H at nanomolar concentrations. This peak is sensitive to changes in protein structure. Microliter sample volumes are sufficient for the analysis. Electrochemical methods can be used in studies of nucleic acid‐protein interactions and can be applied in biomedicine. Examples of such applications in neurogenerative diseases and cancer are presented.  相似文献

采用石英晶体微天平(QCM)技术, 监测了裸金(Au)电极、电沉积纳米金的金电极(Aued/Au)、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰的金电极(MWCNTs/Au)以及MWCNTs 修饰后再电沉积纳米金的金电极(Aued/MWCNTs/Au)上葡萄糖氧化酶(GOx)的吸附过程, 测算了吸附固定的GOx质量. 通过阳极恒电位检测吸附酶与葡萄糖发生酶反应所产生的过氧化氢, 考察了这些酶电极的安培响应, 并测算了各吸附态GOx的质量比生物活性(MSBAi).也通过循环伏安法研究酶的直接电化学, 测算了各吸附态GOx的电活性百分数(EAPi). 实验结果表明, 酶吸附量和酶电极的安培响应满足MWCNTs/Au > Aued/MWCNTs/Au > Aued/Au > Au 的顺序; MSBAi满足Au > Aued/MWCNTs/Au > Aued/Au > MWCNTs/Au的顺序; 而EAPi则满足MWCNTs/Au > Aued/MWCNTs/Au > Aued /Au > Au的顺序. 根据酶和纳米材料的亲疏水作用以及酶的吸附量对实验结果进行了合理解释, 也定量验证了电极上吸附酶分子的总生物活性与酶电极的安培响应呈正相关关系, 所得数据和结论有助于纳米材料固定酶及其安培酶电极的研究.  相似文献

Abstract

The electroactivity of a degradation product from penicillin V is described. This electroactive product is formed by acidic hydrolysis at pH 4.0 and heating at 90°C for 60 minutes.

This derivative has not been identified, but would seem to contain a thiol group. It gives a diffusion controlled anodic polarographic wave with a peak potential of -0.204 V versus SCE at pH 4.0.

The developed method has been applied to the analysis of penicillin V dosage forms and a recovery of 100.8 has been obtained.  相似文献

Abstract

The isolation and identification of a cathodic degradation product from cephradine after acidic hydrolysis in presence of 1% formaldehyde is reported. Also, the electroactivity of an anodic degradation product is described. However, this product has not been identified.

Each electroactive product exhibits a diffusion-controlled polarographic wave and their respectives limiting currents show a linear dependence with the cephradine concentration. These characteristics are applied for analytical pur poses.

Synthetic samples exhibit 99.4 and 100.4% recoveries for the cathodic and anodic product respectively.  相似文献

The electrochemical, electrical and morphological properties of multilayered films formed by alternated layers of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), polypyrrole, and poly[N-(2-cyanoethyl)pyrrole], which were prepared by electrochemical layer-by-layer deposition, have been investigated and compared with those of multilayered films formed by two conducting polymers. Results indicate that the electrochemical behavior of the films formed by three conducting polymers depends on the micrometric or nanometric thickness of the layers. Thus, the electroactivity increases until the thickness of these films reaches a threshold value (∼2 μm), while the electrostability of the films is very remarkable when their thickness is close to ∼4 μm or higher. On the other hand, comparison between multilayered systems made of two and three conducting polymers indicates that the third component introduces heterogeneity in the interfaces between consecutive layers, reducing the ability to store charge. Among the latter, multilayered films formed by poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and polypyrrole have been found to be particularly electroactive and electrostable. The surface morphology and topography of the layers have been used to rationalize the electrochemical properties of the different materials.  相似文献

在Pt电极上,LiClO4和不同酸的乙腈/四氢呋喃溶液中,通过动电位连续扫描法合成了新型电活性聚(2,2'-二氨基苯氧基二硫化物)(PDAPD),研究了电解质LiClO4及不同酸(HCl、CF3COOH、CCl3COOH、CH3COOH)的浓度对合成产物的影响,实验结果表明:浓度为0.1mol/L的LiClO4及浓度在0.05-0.5mol/L之间的HCl是获得高电活性的聚合物导电膜的最佳实验条件。  相似文献
