The addition of particulate fillers (woodflour) and short fibers (sisal) into an unsaturated polyester matrix was performed and analyzed. The efficiency of the filler treatment was carefully investigated, in particular, esterification with two different anhydrides, maleic anhydride (MAN) and an alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA). The reaction with MAN was performed under different experimental conditions in order to reach different degrees of esterification. The efficiency of the reactions was assessed by FTIR, titrimetric techniques and moisture absorption values. Esterification improves the wettability of the fillers by the resin, so that higher concentrations of filler could be incorporated in the composite. The reaction of the unsaturations of the attached anhydrides with the styrene co-monomer was confirmed by FTIR. This reaction was frequently invoked in the literature, but most times was not confirmed. Scanning electron microscopy study confirmed the improved adhesion of the fillers to the matrix. Surfaces of fractured esterified woodflour composites showed that the resin fills the hollow central regions of the woodflour cells (lumens) reducing capillarity effects during humidity or water sorption by the composites. Mechanical tests were performed on some of the composites to illustrate the effect of the covalent linkages created between the esterified lignocellulosics and the matrix. Tests in which the characteristics of the interphase played an important role were chosen in order to highlight differences resultant of the chemical co-reaction.  相似文献

Short fibers and wood flour were selected as fillers in the production of two types of unsaturated polyester composites (bisphenolic and isophthalic-based thermosets). Sisal fibers were subjected to washing in order to remove the organic coating on the fibers (which were originally prepared for cord manufacture) and to maleic anhydride (MAN) esterification. The effect of these treatments on the thermomechanical properties of the composites, as well as on the mechanical properties (flexural and compression) and water absorption was investigated. All the results are coincident in showing the improved interfacial adhesion obtained by washing and mainly by esterification of the fibers. Additionally, hybrid wood flour sisal composites were prepared and their mechanical properties compared to those of the one-filler composites. The hybrid composites showed improved modulus and maximum stress.  相似文献

采用水热合成与离子交换方法, 将中心原子不同的过渡金属(Co^2^+)取代型Keggin结构杂多阴离子XW11O39Co(H2O)^n^-(X=Ge^4^+, B^3^+和Co^2^+)嵌入Zn-Al型阴离子粘土层间, 合成了底面间距(d001)为1.46±0.01nm的新型层柱化合物Zn2Al-GeW11Co, Zn2Al-BW11Co和Zn2Al-CoW11Co; 通过XRD, IR, XPS和DTA等手段, 研究了它们的结构与性质, 推测了这些杂多阴离子(XW11Co)在层间的空间取向; 考察了这些新型层柱化合物对乙酸与n-丁醇酯化反应的催化活性; 吡啶吸附IR光谱研究结果表明, 它们同时具有B酸与L酸两种酸中心。  相似文献

研究了以稀土固体超强酸SO~4^2^-/TiO~2/La^3^+为催化剂,水杨酸和异丁醇为原料合成水杨酸异丁酯,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明,醇酸比为3:1,催化剂用量为1.0g(水杨酸为0.1mol的情况下),带水剂苯为15mL,反应时间为3.0h是最适宜的反应条件,酯化率达96.2%。  相似文献

制备了新型固体酸SO^2^-~4-MoO3-TiO2,考察了该催化剂在丙酸正丁酯合成反应中的催化活性以及制备条件对催化活性的影响,并与SO^2^-~4-TiO2进行了比较,结果表明,SO^2^-~4-MoO3-TiO2的催化活性明显比SO^2^-~4-TiO2的高,SO^2^-~4和MoO3共存于TiO2上时表现出协同效应。  相似文献

聚(6-甲基丙烯酰氧基)己磺酸钠(PSSHMA)是我们最近合成的、具有较好抗凝血性能的生物医用高分子材料.对具磺酸基聚合物的抗凝血性能的研究,报道尚少.我们用羟基己磺酸钠与甲基丙烯酸制备了新单体6-甲基丙烯酰氧基己磺酸钠(SSHMA) SSHMA的合成中仅氯化反应已有报道.本文用正交法对合成单体中的三步反应进行探索,找出了较好的反应条件,提高了产率.  相似文献

在ACT/异辛烷/水形成的油包水微乳液中,研究了Candidalipolytical(CL)脂肪酶催化庚酸和庚醇的酯化反应,动力学研究表明反应符合乒乓(Ping-Pong)BiBi机制,两底物酸和醇均有抑制效应,并测定了反应的表观动力学常数,将CL脂肪酶固定于含明胶的微乳液凝胶(MBGs)中,可制得固定化脂肪酶,含酶的MBGs在非极性有机溶剂中可作为一种新的固相催化剂,并研究了MBGs在异辛烷中催化合成酯反应的性能,所制得的MBGs重复利用性和贮存稳定性都非常好。  相似文献
