Binary and ternary systems composed of dapsone, sulfobutylether‐β‐cyclodextrin (SBE‐β‐CD), β‐CD and egg phosphatidylcholine (EPC) were evaluated using 1D ROESY, saturation transfer difference NMR and diffusion experiments (DOSY) revealing the binary complexes Dap/β‐CD (Ka 1396 l mol?1), Dap/SBE‐β‐CD (Ka 246 l mol?1), Dap/EPC (Ka 84 l mol?1) and the ternary complex Dap/β‐CD/EPC (Ka 18 l mol?1) in which dapsone is more soluble. 提出了一种新型OCDMA多维码构造方案。该多维码是在一维EPC(扩展的素数码)时域码的基础上,对其进行PC(素数码)跳频编码,并加上了偏振信息。然后通过偏振片和FBG(布拉格光线光栅)实现这种码的编解码,详述了其特点,最后描述了使用该地址码进行信息传输的OCDMA系统结构。计算表明该新型地址码具有更大的容量,能容纳更多的用户同时通信。  相似文献

荧光光谱对自组装多肽作为药物载体的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为解决疏水性药物普遍存在的因水中溶解度低而给药困难、生物利用度低的问题,采用了新型两亲性自组装多肽RGA16(Ac-RADAGAGARADAGAGS-NH2)作为载体包裹和释放疏水性模型药物。以芘为模型疏水性药物,以鸡蛋卵磷脂脂质体模拟细胞膜,通过稳态荧光光谱表征和测定芘的存在形式和浓度。两亲性自组装多肽RGA16能够在水溶液中稳定模型疏水性药物芘的晶体。扫描电镜图像显示多肽RGA16与芘晶体相互吸引,两者形成10 μm以上大小的复合体。在机械搅拌下多肽RGA16与水溶液中的芘相互作用5 d左右形成稳定的胶体混悬液(多肽-芘复合体)。被多肽包裹时,芘以晶体的形式存在。而当与EPC脂质体溶液混合时,芘可从多肽的包裹中以分子形式释放到EPC的双层膜中。芘从自组装多肽所稳定的胶态晶体向EPC脂质体释放的过程采用连续时间扫描稳态荧光光谱加以观察。通过将释放过程中芘单体的荧光强度与标准曲线相比较,确定了特定时间点EPC脂质体中芘的转移量。以上结果表明:该两亲性自组装多肽RGA16具有作为小分子量疏水性药物载体的潜力。  相似文献

在水电工程EPC项目大规模发展的背景下提出提高总承包商协调管理能力的问题,识别水利水电工程EPC项目管理协调度的影响因素,构建协调度评价指标体系并基于欧氏距离构建协调度模型,通过四川JL水电站建设项目研究总承包商与各利益相关方之间的协调发展度.结果表明,总承包商与上游相关方(业主、咨询单位、监理单位)为优质协调;与项目实施主体(设计方、供应商、分包方)为较好协调;与政治相关方(政府、当地居民)的协调程度最差,与政府为一般协调,与当地居民为轻度失调.据此,从总承包商的视角提出同各利益相关方的协调发展策略,能更好地促进总承包商协调管理能力的提升以及提高水利水电EPC工程项目的完成质量.  相似文献

HP 5890 Series II Gas Chromatographs are equipped with prototype hardware enabling electronic pressure programming of all detector and carrier gases. A method of using electronic pressure control (EPC) to optimize detector performance (sensitivity, selectivity, and baseline stability) is demonstrated. With EPC, sample introduction, column separation, and detector performance can be optimized simultaneously without the classical trade-offs in performance. An example is also presented of the use of a new automated system which enables cool on-column injection into 250 or 320 μm columns without the need for a retention gap.  相似文献

Magnolol, a pure compound extracted from Magnolia officinalis, encapsulated by liposome was investigated for inhibiting vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) proliferation leading to restenosis by Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA). 1,2‐Diacyl‐Sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphocholine (EPC) and 1,2‐dipalmitoyl‐Sn‐glycero‐3‐phosphocholine (DPPC) liposomes were utilized to encapsulate the magnolol in this study. The inhibitory efficiency of the liposome encapsulated magnolol on cell viability was higher than the pure magnolol. EPC liposome was found to have higher efficiency in inhibiting VSMCs than DPPC. The diameters of EPC and DPPC liposome which encapsulated magnolol became larger than pure EPC and DPPC liposomes. The photos from transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were demonstrated that the EPC and DPPC liposomes could be interfered by magnolol to form a homogeneous liposome. Addition of cholesterol to EPC and DPPC liposome could reduce the liposome diameter.  相似文献

论文用指数多项式闭合或EPC(Exponential Polynomial Closure)法分析了具非零均值响应的带位移偶次方项非线性随机振子在参数激励下响应的概率密度函数解.给出了求解过程并通过算例分析验证了指数多项式闭合法在此情况下的有效性.数值结果显示,指数多项式闭合法得到的响应概率密度结果与蒙特卡洛模拟的结果符合较好,尤其是在对系统可靠性分析起主要作用的概率密度函数尾部区域符合很好.  相似文献

Inelastic electron tunneling spectroscopy (IETS) combined with scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) allows the acquisition of vibrational signals at surfaces. In STM-IETS, a tunneling electron may excite a vibration, and opens an inelastic channel in parallel with the elastic one, giving rise to a change in conductivity of the STM junction. Until recently, the application of STM-IETS was limited to the localized vibrations of single atoms and molecules adsorbed on surfaces. The theory of the STM-IETS spectrum in such cases has been established. For the collective lattice dynamics, i.e., phonons, however, features of STM-IETS spectrum have not been understood well, though in principle STM-IETS should also be capable of detecting phonons. In this review, we present STM-IETS investigations for surface and interface phonons and provide a theoretical analysis. We take surface phonons on Cu(1?1?0) and interfacial phonons relevant to graphene on SiC substrate as illustrative examples. In the former, we provide a theoretical formalism about the inelastic phonon excitations by tunneling electrons based on the nonequilibrium Green’s function (NEGF) technique applied to a model Hamiltonian constructed in momentum space for both electrons and phonons. In the latter case, we discuss the experimentally observed spatial dependence of the STM-IETS spectrum and link it to local excitations of interfacial phonons based on ab-initio STM-IETS simulation.  相似文献
