Studies on the Synthesis and Properties of K_8[TiP_2W_17O_62]·12H_2O

The present paper covers a salt of 2:18 heteropoly complex of tungstotitanophosphate prepared with the method of improved sequence preparation. The title compound was characterized by elemental analysis, 31P NMR spectra, polarography, cyclic voltammetry, IR, UV, X-ray powder diffraction , X-ray photoelectron spectra and TG-DTA analysis. The results show that the complex with the formula K8[TiP2W17O62]·12H2O has Dawson structure. Its properties such as spectra, redox behavior and thermal stability are discussed.     

Investigation of sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone sulfone)/heteropolyacid composite membranes for high temperature fuel cell applications

The sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone sulfone) (SPEEKS)/heteropolyacid (HPA) composite membranes with different HPA content in SPEEKS copolymers matrix with different degree of sulfonation (DS) were investigated for high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells. Composite membranes were characterized by Fourier transfer infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). FTIR band shifts suggested that the sulfonic acid groups on the copolymer backbone strongly interact with HPA particles. SEM pictures showed that the HPA particles were uniformly distributed throughout the SPEEKS membranes matrix and particle sizes decreased with the increment of copolymers' DS. The holes were not found in SPEEKS‐4/HPA30 (consisting of 70% SPEEKS copolymers with DS = 0.8 and 30% HPA) composite membrane after composite membranes were treated with boiling water for 24 h. Thermal stabilities of the composite membranes were better than those of pure sulfonated copolymers membranes. Although the composite membranes possessed lower water uptake, it exhibited higher proton conductivity for SPEEKS‐4/HPA30 especially at high temperature (above 100 °C). Its proton conductivity linearly increased from 0.068 S/cm at 25 °C to 0.095 S/cm at 120 °C, which was higher than 0.06 S/cm of Nafion 117. In contrast, proton conductivity of pure SPEEKS‐4 membrane only increased from 0.062 S/cm at 25 °C to 0.078 S/cm at 80 °C. At 120 °C, proton conductivity decreased to poor 0.073 S/cm. Dawson型磷钨酸催化合成乳酸月桂醇酯

用Dawson型磷钨酸催化合成乳酸月桂醇酯。实验结果表明:Dawson型磷钨酸有较高的催化活性,反应时间短,酯收率高,工艺简单。最佳工艺条件为:醇/酸摩尔比为1.5:1,催化剂用量为0.3%,带水剂甲苯体积(mL)与反应物质量(g)之比为0.4:1~0.5:1,反应温度为115~140℃,反应时间30~50min。在此条件下,酯收率可超过93% 。

两种结构钼磷酸的催化氧化行为

考察了Dawson与Keggin结构钼磷酸的催化氧化行为,并与结构特性进行了关联,结果发现,Dawson结构的杂多酸对氧化脱氢及插入氧反应均有更高的活性。     

HRP-12催化剂上苯与直链烯烃的烷基化反应 Ⅱ. 失活动力学研究

采用连续操作的釜式反应器，利用悬浮态的负载杂多酸催化剂HRP-12上的烷基化反应的实验数据进行参数估值，确定了失活反应速率常数、失活反应活化能、活性保留函数的失活反应级数和烯烃摩尔浓度的失活反应级数，建立了苯与直链烯烃烷基化反应的失活动力学模型。模型表明：该失活反应对于活性保留函数是一级失活反应，对于烯烃摩尔浓度是二级失活反应。统计检验表明：所得失活动力学方程在显著性水平α=0.005下有较高的实验数据拟合精度和模型可信度。     

Dawson结构钨钒磷杂多化合物催化苯酚过氧化氢的羟化作用及其羟化机理

合成了系列Ｄａｗｓｏｎ结构钨钒磷杂多化合物（Ｃｐｙｒ）７＋ｎＰ２Ｗ１８－ｎＶｎＯ６２（ｎ＝１～３），并用ＩＲ，ＮＭＲ等手段对其结构进行了表征．考察了这类杂多化合物对苯酚过氧化氢的羟化活性，探讨了反应机理．

Dehydrogenation activity and structure of polyaniline supported heteropolyacid catalysts

Polyaniline(PAN) supported H₆P₂W₁₈O₆₂(PW) , H₃PMo₁₂O₄₀ (PMo) and H₄PMo₁₁VO₄₀(PMoV) catalysts were prepared and their activities for hexanol conversion were tested. IR, XRD, ICP and SEM measurements proved that the heteropolyacids (HPA) could be supported on this type of polymer. The PAN supported HPA catalysts exhibit higher redox activities and low acid-base activities for the hexanol conversion. The redox activities increase with increasing amount of the heteropolyacid. Substitution of Mo ion by V ion results in an increase of redox activities of the catalysts. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.
