SpecPad is a new device‐independent software program for the visualization and processing of one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) time domain (FID) and frequency domain (spectrum) data. It is the result of a project to investigate whether the novel programming language DART, in combination with Html5 Web technology, forms a suitable base to write an NMR data evaluation software which runs on modern computing devices such as Android, iOS, and Windows tablets as well as on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X desktop PCs and notebooks. Another topic of interest is whether this technique also effectively supports the required sophisticated graphical and computational algorithms. SpecPad is device‐independent because DART's compiled executable code is JavaScript and can, therefore, be run by the browsers of PCs and tablets. Because of Html5 browser cache technology, SpecPad may be operated off‐line. Network access is only required during data import or export, e.g. via a Cloud service, or for software updates. A professional and easy to use graphical user interface consistent across all hardware platforms supports touch screen features on mobile devices for zooming and panning and for NMR‐related interactive operations such as phasing, integration, peak picking, or atom assignment. 该文运用高分辨质谱技术对实时直接分析(Direct analysis in real time,DART)离子化条件下碳硼烷化合物的质谱行为进行了研究,对碳硼烷化合物DART高分辨质谱中所得到的同位素峰簇进行了表征与归属。研究结果表明,选取的碳硼烷化合物在DART负离子条件下均能得到较好的质谱信号,这可能与硼笼结构的“缺电性”有关。含10个B原子的碳硼烷化合物形成的离子同位素峰簇信号中,通常情况下相对丰度最高的同位素峰中含2个10B以及8个11B。将碳硼烷化合物高分辨质谱分析的精确m/z数据信息与图谱中同位素峰轮廓分析相结合,是碳硼烷化合物有效的质谱定性分析与表征策略。  相似文献

采用实时直接分析(DART)离子源串联高分辨质谱Orbitrap技术(DART-Orbitrap MS),对8种市售常见西药进行有效成分分析,建立了一种快速、简便、准确测定西药中有效成分的方法.对DART离子源的离子化温度、扫描模式、操作气体种类、辅助溶剂种类及其酸碱性等实验条件进行了优化,得到最佳实验条件.实验结果表明,正谱条件下,采用N_2气作为操作气体时,待测组分准分子离子峰[M+H]+同样具有较高的灵敏度和谱图辨识度.因此,N2气可以替代昂贵的He气作为DART离子源的操作气体用于8种药物有效成分的现场实时检测.该方法具备成本低、快速和操作简便的特点.通过分析待测组分的特征碎片离子,发现了N2-DART离子源中的特征离子反应,包括氧化反应和重排反应.根据获得的特征碎片离子对N_2-DART-MS中发生的反应机理进行推导,并结合理论计算对其进行验证.N_2-DART-MS技术有望应用于复杂基质混合物的现场快速检测中.  相似文献

Low molecular weight polyisobutylenes (PIB) with chlorine, olefin and succinic acid end‐groups were studied using direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry (DART‐MS). To facilitate the adduct ion formation under DART conditions, NH4Cl as an auxiliary reagent was deposited onto the PIB surface. It was found that chlorinated adduct ions of olefin and chlorine telechelic PIBs, i.e. [M + Cl]? up to m/z 1100, and the deprotonated polyisobutylene succinic acid [M? H]? were formed as observed in the negative ion mode. In the positive ion mode formation of [M + NH4]+, adduct ions were detected. In the tandem mass (MS/MS) spectra of [M + Cl]?, product ions were absent, suggesting a simple dissociation of the precursor [M + Cl]? into a Cl? ion and a neutral M without fragmentation of the PIB backbones. However, structurally important product ions were produced from the corresponding [M + NH4]+ ions, allowing us to obtain valuable information on the arm‐length distributions of the PIBs containing aromatic initiator moiety. In addition, a model was developed to interpret the oligomer distributions and the number average molecular weights observed in DART‐MS for PIBs and other polymers of low molecular weight. 采用近年来发展迅速的常温常压离子化技术——实时直接分析质谱法,建立了对茶叶中主要成分如茶氨酸、咖啡碱等的快速测定方法,通过特征的质谱信号离子,实现了对不同茶叶的快速鉴别。实时直接分析质谱法在大气压下进行,无需对茶叶进行任何的样品处理,大大缩短了分析时间,实现了原位、快速、准确且高通量的检测。  相似文献

During the last years (2000–2014), many publications concerning the forensic analysis of questioned documents have been published, and new techniques and methodologies are nowadays employed to overcome forensic caseworks. This article reviews a comprehensive collection of the works focused on this issue, including dating studies, the analysis of inks from pens and printers, the analysis of paper, the analysis of other samples related to questioned documents and studies on intersecting lines. These sections highlight the most relevant analytical studies by a wide range of analytical techniques. Separation and spectrometric techniques are critically discussed and compared, emphasizing the advantages and disadvantages of each one. The Michaelis–Arbuzov reaction of ethyl α -bromo-α -fluoro- and α, α -difluoro-acetates with dialkyl phenylphosphonites leads to the formation of unusual products including a fluorophosphinate. The reaction of ethyl bromofluoracetate with diisopropyl- and dimethyl-phenylphosphonites furnishes a complex mixture of eight and five compounds respectively. Five different compounds are obtained when ethyl bromodifluoroacetate is reacted with diisopropyl phenylphosphonite. Dimethyl phenylphosphonite yields three compounds when heated with bromochloromethane. The probable mechanism of formation of the compounds and their mass spectral characterization using GC-MS, tandem MS-MS and DART? techniques are presented in this paper.  相似文献

The use of fast semi-automated method employing direct analysis in real time (DART) ion source coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TOFMS) for analysis of melamine (MEL) and cyanuric acid (CYA) in milk powder and milk based products has been demonstrated in this study. Simple sample extraction procedure employing methanol–5% aqueous formic acid mixture, which enabled disruption of melamine–cyanurate complex, was followed by direct, high-throughput (30 s per run) examination of sample extracts spread on a glass rod by mass spectrometry under ambient conditions, without any prior chromatographic separation. After optimization of instrument parameter settings, limits of detection (LODs) 170 and 450 μg kg−1 were achieved for MEL and CYA, respectively. In the final phase of study, the possibility of minimizing spectral interference, thus improving method performance characteristics through the use of ultrahigh resolving power offered by Orbitrap based mass analyzer is demonstrated.  相似文献

建立了葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A的实时直接分析-串联质谱(DART-MS/MS)方法。前处理采用乙酸乙酯提取,二甲基十八碳硅烷粉(ODS)粉分散固相萃取净化,采用DART-MS/MS检测,同位素稀释内标法定量。结果表明:在1.0、2.0、10μg/kg 3个加标水平下,回收率为88.7%~105.7%,RSD为8.5%~12.8%,定量限为0.5μg/kg。该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏度高等特点,能满足葡萄酒中赭曲霉毒素A检测的要求。  相似文献
