水合硫酸氢钠催化合成2-乙氧基萘

以-水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂，β-萘酚和无水乙醇为原料合成了2-乙氧基萘。优化反应条件为：β-萘酚150mmol，无水乙醇900mmol，催化剂2．0g，回流反应时间5h，产率85．5％。     

An efficient one-pot multi-component synthesis of 3,4,5-substituted furan-2(5H)-ones catalyzed by tetra-n-butylammonium bisulfate

A facile one-pot synthesis of 3,4,5-substituted furan-2(5H)-one derivatives from a three-component reaction of aniline derivatives, dialkylacetylenedicarboxylates and aromatic aldehydes under mild conditions using tetra-n-butylammonium bisulfate as a catalyst has been developed.

Abstract

Morpholinium bisulfate [morH][HSO₄] found to be highly inexpensive, efficient, and reusable catalyst to promote the acylation of phenols, thiols, alcohols, and amines in presence of acetic anhydride under solvent-free condition with excellent yields by stirring at room temperature. Present methodology deals with remarkable features of mild reaction condition, high yielding, shorter reaction time, easy workup, and more importantly, environmentally benign.

利用一水硫酸氢钠为催化剂使丙烯酸和异丁醇酯化合成了丙烯酸异丁酯;研究了一水硫酸氢钠用量、异丁醇用量、反应时间、温度及阻聚剂用量对丙烯酸异丁酯收率的影响.结果表明,当异丁醇与丙烯酸物质的量之比为3∶1,硫酸氢钠催化剂用量为丙烯酸量的2%,阻聚剂(对苯二酚)用量为丙烯酸质量的0.05%,反应时间为3h,反应温度为115℃时,酯化产率可达88.51%.     

乙酸异丙酯的合成

以乙酸和异丙醇为原料,硫酸氢钠为催化剂,合成了乙酸异丙酯;考察了反应时间、酸醇比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量对酯化率的影响,确定了最佳酯化反应条件:反应时间60min,酸醇的物质的量的比1∶0.8,催化剂用量0.8g,带水剂用量8mL.在最佳反应条件下,酯化率最高可达84.3%.     

Phase transitions in rubidium hydrogen sulfate: crystal structures at 293 and 200 K

The crystal structure of the paraelectric phase of rubidium hydrogen sulfate has been redetermined at room temperature to be monoclinic with a = 14.3503(14), b = 4.6187(4), c = 14.3933(14)?Å, β = 118.03(1)° (space group P2₁/n). Both the sulfate groups are found to be ordered, unlike in previous reports. The crystal structure of the ferroelectric phase at 200?K belongs to the noncentrosymmetric space group Pn with a = 14.2667(12), b = 4.5878(4), c = 14.2924(12)?Å, β = 118.01(1)°, with distorted sulfate groups. The change in the Rb coordination is discussed in terms of bond-valence-sum calculations. Variable-temperature powder X-ray diffraction patterns at temperatures above 393?K indicate a possible reduction in symmetry, suggesting a phase transition.     

Rapid testing of clopidogrel resistance by genotyping of CYP2C19 and CYP2C9 polymorphisms using denaturing on-chip capillary electrophoresis

Antiplatelet therapy is a cornerstone of cardiovascular treatment in patients with coronary artery disease and after myocardial infarction. Clopidogrel has become a popular antiplatelet agent due to its fast action and low frequency of adverse effects. Kinetics of clopidogrel metabolism is driven by enzymatic activity of the Cytochrome P450 system. Genotyping of CYP2C19 and CYP2C9 polymorphisms allows to identify slow metabolizers showing resistance to clopidogrel therapy. Today, a number of PCR-based techniques for single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping directed at clopidogrel resistance polymorphisms are in use. Here, we describe a new alternative genotyping approach combining the separation power of denaturing capillary electrophoresis with the analysis speed and ease of use of Bioanalyzer chipCE platform. Using an upgraded heater control, we present an optimization for allele separation of CYP2C19 I331V, CYP2C9 R144C, and CYP2C9 I359L polymorphisms employing run temperatures of up to 55°C. We demonstrate rapid and accessible approach to reproducible clopidogrel resistance with feasibility and low cost.
