采用动电位扫描法、电化学交流阻抗法和表面分析方法研究了假单胞菌的加入对A3钢在枝孢霉菌溶液中腐蚀行为的影响. 结果表明, 假单胞菌的存在影响了A3钢在枝孢霉菌体系中阳极的反应过程, 假单胞菌与枝孢霉菌混合体系(简称假-枝混合菌体系)中A3钢的自腐蚀电流小于枝孢霉菌单种菌体系, A3钢的腐蚀速率减小;随着浸泡时间的延长, 从第7天开始, A3钢电极在假-枝混合菌体系中的阻抗值较之同样浸泡天数的枝孢霉菌单种菌体系的阻抗值大, 假单胞菌的存在抑制了枝孢霉菌对A3钢的腐蚀. SEM结果表明, A3钢在枝孢霉菌和假-枝混合菌体系中均发生了点蚀,枝孢霉菌单菌体系中A3 钢的点蚀坑大而深, 假-枝混合菌体系中的点蚀坑与枝孢霉菌体系相比小而浅.  相似文献

Three new polyketide metabolites, the twelve‐membered macrolides (6R,12S)‐6‐hydroxy‐12‐methyloxacyclodoecane‐2,5‐dione ( 1 ), (10S,12S)‐10‐hydroxy‐12‐methyloxacyclododecane‐2,5‐dione ( 2 ), and 4,5‐dihydroxy‐12‐methyloxacyclododecan‐2‐one ( 3 ), were isolated from the endophytic fungal strain Cladosporium tenuissimum LR463 of Maytenus hookeri, together with three known compounds, cladospolide A, cladospolide B, and isocladospolide B. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments, and the absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were determined by the Mosher ester method.  相似文献

Attempts to synthesise iso-cladospolide-B, cladospolide-B and cladospolide-C resulted in macrolides 1, 2 and 4 along with butenolide 3. Of the three stereogenic centres, the C-4/C-5 vic-diol was obtained from tartaric acid and d-glucose, while the C-11 stereocentre was created by Jacobsen’s method.  相似文献

Halotolerant fungus Cladosporium cladosporioides OUCMDZ‐187 was isolated from the mangrove plant Rhizophora stylosa collected in Shankou, Guangxi Province of China. Three new fatty acid esters cladosporesters A–C ( 1 – 3 ) and 5 new fatty acids cladosporacids A–E ( 4 – 8 ) were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the fermentation broth of OUCMDZ‐187 in a hypersaline (10% salt) medium. Abstract

During the course of our search for novel bioactive compounds from marine fungi, four new citrinin derivatives, cladosporins A–D (1–4) were isolated from a culture broth of the deep-sea-derived fungus Cladosporium sp. SCSIO z015. Their complete structural assignments were elucidated by the extensive spectroscopic investigation. The absolute configurations of 13 were established by quantum chemical calculations of the electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectra. Compounds 1–4 showed weak toxicity towards brine shrine naupalii with LC50 values of 72.0, 81.7, 49.9 and 81.4?μM, respectively. And 4 also showed significant antioxidant activity against ɑ,α-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals with an IC50 value of 16.4?μM.  相似文献

However, the total synthesis revealed that the assigned structure of the natural product is not correct.  相似文献

A new pregnane, 3α-hydroxy-7-ene-6,20-dione (1), and five known steroids (26), along with one known steroidal glycoside (7) were obtained from the fungus Cladosporium sp. WZ-2008-0042 cultured from a gorgonian Dichotella gemmacea collected from the South China Sea. The structure and absolute configuration of the new compound (1) were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic data and X-ray diffraction data. The compound has a rare configuration of 3α-OH that is different from most of pregnanes. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for their antiviral activities against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). Among them, 1 exhibited potential antiviral activity with the IC50 value of 0.12 mM.  相似文献

The biotransformation of isosafrole by Cladosporium sphaerospermum yielded piperonal, which is a compound of great commercial importance in the flavor and fragrance industries. The experiments were performed in 500-mL conical flasks containing 100 mL of Czapek-modified medium in an orbital shaker with controlled agitation and temperature. Spores of C. sphaerospermum were used as inocula, and after 96 h of incubation the substrate was added to the culture. Samples of 2 mL were withdrawn at 24-h intervals and analyzed by gas chromatography, (GC) and/or GC/MS spectroscopy.  相似文献
