纤维素/甲壳素共混膜的结构表征与抗凝血性能 总被引:20,自引:0,他引:20
以 6wt %NaOH 4wt%尿素为纤维素的新溶剂 ,采用溶液共混法制备出纤维素 甲壳素共混膜 ,为甲壳素在碱性溶液中制膜提供了新的方法 .红外光谱、X 射线衍射、扫描电镜和力学性能、抗凝血性能测试结果表明 ,共混膜中甲壳素含量低于 4 0wt%时 ,纤维素与甲壳素分子间具有良好的相容性 ;在纤维素中引入适量甲壳素可提高共混膜的抗张强度 ,共混膜的干、湿态抗张强度在甲壳素含量 10wt%时最大 ,其值分别为 89 1MPa和 4 3 7MPa ,比纯态纤维素膜的干、湿态抗张强度分别提高了 6 7%和 11 5 % ;甲壳素的引入可明显降低血小板在共混膜表面的粘附、凝聚与变性 ,增大共混膜的抗凝血参数 ,甲壳素含量达到 5 0wt%时 ,该共混膜具有良好的抗凝血性能 相似文献

首次采用甲壳素和四苯基铁卟啉制备高分子金属卟啉固载物 甲壳素四苯基铁卟啉 ,并用电镜 ,紫外和红外光谱技术对它进行表征 ,测定了铁卟啉在甲壳素上的表观吸附常数 ,研究了其催化性能 .研究结果表明 :四苯基铁卟啉能牢固地固载在甲壳素上 ,其表观吸附常数为 6 .80× 10 4L·mol-1.在无溶剂 ,无助催化剂和还原剂的体系中 ,它能高效催化空气氧化环己烷生成环己酮和环己醇 ,在 4 18K和 0 .8MPa的反应条件下 ,环己醇和环己酮选择性为 74 .5 % ,环己烷的摩尔转化率为 14 .79% ,催化剂转化数达到 3.80× 10 5.相对未固载的四苯基铁卟啉催化剂转化数 (按铁卟啉计 )提高了 2 1倍 . 相似文献

This paper reports the development of a treatment system, using animal chitin as a passive biosorbent, for removing U(VI) from aqueous waste streams. An integral part of this system is a model that provides for the optimization of the treatment system through simulation of U(VI) removal efficiency based on the characteristics of the influent waste stream. The model accounts for changing solution matrix conditions through the coupling of surface complexation and mass transfer models. Complexation of U(VI) by chitin surface sites was modeled using FITEQL. Application of FITEQL in the “forward” mode provided the sorbed and aqueous phase concentrations needed for the mass transfer model. The mass transfer model was derived for both batch and continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR) configurations using Fick's Law, reactor mass balances and rate law expressions. The coupled model was successfully validated using CSTR data at pH 6.5 and rate constants determined from batch sorption experiments. The CSTR configuration yields a steady-state, eighty percent U(VI) removal for 1 μM influent U(VI) with a solution-phase pH of 6.5 and 3.9 g l−1 chitin. 相似文献

Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV)/chitin nanocrystals (CNC) composite scaffolds were synthesized by the salt leaching and thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) technique. The scaffolds have porous structures with macro-pores (100-300 mm in diameters) and micro-pores (10 mm). The surface characteristics of the scaffolds were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and static water contact angle measurement, and the mechanical properties were investigated by a compression test. Human adipose-derived stem cells (hADSCs) were seeded onto the PHBV/CNC scaffolds and in vitro cell culture results showed that the composite scaffolds enhanced the hADSCs adhesion, which implies that the material may have potential application in tissue engineering. 相似文献
