A palladium-fibroin complex (Pd/Fib) was prepared by soaking silk-fibroin in MeOH solution of Pd(OAc)2 for 2 days (under Ar atmosphere)—4 days (under air). Pd(OAc)2 was gradually absorbed by fibroin and the rapid reduction of fibroin conjugated Pd(OAc)2 proceeded with MeOH as a reductant at room temperature to be the Pd(0) complex. Pd/Fib catalyzed chemoselective hydrogenation of acetylenes, olefins and azides in the presence of aromatic ketones and aldehydes, halides, N-Cbz protective groups and benzyl esters which are readily hydrogenated using Pd/C or Pd/C(en) as a catalyst.  相似文献

This work describes advances in the study of the internal condensation of ammonium salts of N-acylsulfonamides. N-Acyltrifluoromethanesulfonamides show considerable advantages over the non fluorinated analogues by virtue of their higher reactivity and acidity. The reaction chemoselectivity has been investigated using a wide range of amines. The sensitivity of the reaction to steric and electronic effects confirms the potential application of these reagents in chemoselective acylation of polyamines.  相似文献

CaH2 was been found, for the first time, as a mild reducing agent to generate thiophenolate anion from Ph2S2 in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) for deprotection of aryl alkyl ethers. Excellent chemoselctivity was observed for substrates having chloro and nitro groups without displacement of the chlorine atom and the nitro group. Selective ether cleavage took place in the presence of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl and nitro groups without reduction and conjugate addition (to the α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group).  相似文献

Fast and chemoselective desilylation of silyl-protected alcohols was achieved using a catalytic amount of 1-chloroethyl chloroformate in methanol. With a minimal amount of 1-chloroethyl chloroformate as the source for anhydrous HCl, extremely efficient cleavage of silyl ethers of primary and secondary alcohols was accomplished, and chemoselective deprotection of one silyl ether in the presence of another silyl or other acid-labile group was possible through controlling the amount of the chloroformate and reaction time.  相似文献

The synthesis of acylals from structurally diverse aldehydes has been performed in excellent yields under solvent-free conditions using HClO4-SiO2 as a mild, convenient, reusable, and heterogeneous catalyst. The procedure is operationally simple, environmentally benign and has the advantage of enhanced atom utilization. Furthermore, the catalyst can be recovered simply and reused efficiently a number of times without appreciable loss of activity.  相似文献

Commercially available copper(II) tetrafluoroborate hydrate was found to be a highly efficient catalyst for chemoselective N-tert-butoxycarbonylation of amines with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate under solvent-free conditions and at room temperature. Various aromatic amines were protected as their N-tert-butyl carbamates in high yields and in short times. No competitive side reactions such as isocyanate, urea, and N,N-di-t-Boc formation was observed. Chemoselective N-tert-butoxycarbonylation was achieved with substrates bearing OH and SH groups. Chiral α-amino acid esters afforded the corresponding N-t-Boc derivatives in excellent yields.  相似文献
