羰基咪唑法合成牛血清白蛋白键合手性固定相

采用柱上衍生化学法,在较短的时间内,用羰基咪唑活化的氨丙基硅胶与牛血清白蛋白反应,合成出牛血清白蛋白键合手性固定相.分别考察了流动相pH值和有机改性剂正丙醇浓度对D,L-色氨酸的保留因子k和分离因子α的影响,并对7种对映异构体成功地进行了拆分.     

A novel synthesis of coumarins employing triphenyl(α-carboxymethylene)phosphorane imidazolide as a C-2 synthon

A novel one-pot synthesis of coumarins via intramolecular Wittig cyclization from the reaction of phenolic compounds containing ortho-carbonyl group and triphenyl(α-carboxymethylene)phosphorane imidazolide is described.

Summary The behaviour of amidoximes3 and4 under cyclization conditions is reported: Reaction with carbonyldiimidazole yields oxadiazolobenzoxazine11 and oxadiazolobenzothiazine12, respectively.

     

One-pot synthesis of β-imidazolylpropionamides

New efficient one-pot methodology for the preparative synthesis of β-imidazolylpropionamides was elaborated. It is based on the addition of imidazole to the activated double bond of the intermediate acrylimidazolide in the reaction between diverse acrylic acids and different amines promoted by CDI. A set of structurally and functionally diverse β-imidazolylpropionamides was obtained in high preparative yields.     

Nucleophilic behaviour of DBU towards imidazolides: one-pot synthesis of ε-caprolactam derived carbamates and amides

Herein, we report the DBU ring opening reactions with imidazolide which can be a facile method to generate the library of ε-caprolactam derived carbamates and amides under one-pot condition.
