TiO2/PtO-Pt复合膜和SnO2/PtO-Pt复合膜氢敏性能的研究 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
将PtO-Pt纳米粒子膜与TiO2,SnO2纳米粒子膜复合,利用PtO-Pt纳米粒子膜作 为插入电极和催化剂,设计并研制出一类新型双层结构复合膜气体传感器。采用 TEM和SEM对薄膜的显微结构进行了表征,对空气中4.0H2的氢敏性能研究表明: 200℃时,TiO2/PtO-Pt复合膜对氢气的灵敏度为70%,而TiO2纳米粒子膜无响应。 100℃时,SnO2/PtO-Pt复合膜的灵敏度为92%,同样条件下,SnO2纳米粒子膜的灵 敏度仅为4%。说明PtO-Pt纳米粒子膜的催化作用能够显著提高TiO2和SnO2的膜氢 敏性能。另外,TiO2/PtO-Pt复合膜和SnO2/PtO-Pt复合膜均对空气中H2有很高的选 择性。 相似文献

提出了一种由层状前体合成单一晶相镁铁尖晶石的新方法,首先对Mg-Fe(Ⅱ)- Fe(Ⅲ)水滑石的制备进行了系统研究,成功合成了Mg^2+/Fe^2+/Fe^3+摩尔比分别 为1/2/1,4/5/3,2/1/1的系列水滑石层状前体,结果表明在以上三种投料 比下均可制备出晶型较好的水滑石层状前体,并探讨了合成条件对晶体结构的影响 规律。在此基础上,利用X射线衍射、振动样品磁强计和穆斯堡尔谱等手段研究了 层状前体焙烧产物的结构、组成、磁性及微观信息,研究表明当 Mg^2+/Fe^2+/Fe^3+投料摩尔比为2/1/1时,焙烧层状前体可得到晶相单一的尖晶 石型铁氧体。 相似文献

PVC disulfide (2SPVC) was synthesized by solution crosslink and its molecular structure was confirmed by infrared spectrum. 2SPVC's specific area is 36.1 m2·g-1 tested by stand BET method, and granularity experiment gives out the particle size of d0.5= 11.3μm. With SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) experiment the surface morphology and particle shape of 2SPVC were observed. Cyclic voltammetry (scan rate: 0.5 mV·s-1) shows that 2SPVC experience an obvious S-S redox reaction in charge-discharge process. When 2SPVC was used as cathode material for secondary lithium battery in a 1 mol·L-1 solution of lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide (Li(CF3SO2)2N) in a 5:45:50 volume ratio mixture of o-xylene (oxy), diglyme (DG) and dimethoxymethane (DME) at 30℃, the first discharge capacity of 2SPVC is about 400.3 mAh·g-1 which is very close to its theoretical value (410.5 mAh·g-1) at a constant discharge current of 15 mA·g-1. It can retain at about 346.1 mAh·g-1 of discharge capacity after 30 charge-discharge cycles. So 2SPVC is a very promising cathode candidate for rechargeable lithium batteries. 相似文献

纳米TiO_2膜修饰电极异相电催化还原马来酸 总被引:22,自引:1,他引:22
通过电化学合成前驱体和溶胶-凝胶法在Ti表面修饰一层纳米TiO_2膜,SEM, XRD测试表明晶型为锐钛矿型,晶粒平均尺寸为25 nm。采用循环伏安法、循环方波 伏安法和电解合成法研究了纳米TiO_2膜电极在硫酸介质中的氧化还原行为以及对 马来酸(maleic acid)还原的电催化活性。结果表明,纳米TiO_2膜电极在阴极扫 描时有两对可逆氧化还原峰,可逆半波电位E_(1/2)~r分别为-0.53 V和-0.92 V( sv. SCE,扫描速度0.05 V·s~(-1)),对应于TiO_2/Ti_2O_3和TiO_2/Ti(OH)_3两 个氧化还原电对的可逆电极过程。其中TiO_2/Ti_2O_3电对对马来酸具有异相电催 化还原活性,纳米TiO_2膜中的Ti~(IV)/Ti~(III)氧化还原电对作为媒质间接电还 原马来酸为丁二酸(butane diacid),反应机理为电化学偶联随后化学催化反应 (EC')机理。 相似文献

Shungite rock material after fine grinding was investigated as a filler for polymeric composites. Shungite carbon structural and physico-chemical peculiarities predetermine shungite filler behaviour in polymeric matrixes. Specific interaction between the network of globules (the main structural units of shungite carbon of nanoscale size) and the network of mineral phase structural units in every shungite filler particle leads to the amphiphylic surface properties of the filler. Influence on rheological properties of different polymeric composite materials was demonstrated as an example of advanced potential possibilities of shungite filler. The metastable structure of shungite carbon and its reactivity seemed to be the key to understanding the observed effect. 相似文献

纳米α-Fe~2O~3的XANES研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
选择纳米α-Fe~2O~3体系,运用X射线近边吸收谱(XANES)技术对纳米材料进行分析。结果表明,三种尺寸的纳米α-Fe~2O~3样品(颗粒尺寸分别是3nm,10nm和55nm)与粗颗粒商品的氧K边XANES谱的不同之处在于,纳米样品出现了一个新的吸收B峰。研究揭示,该峰可能是纳米α-Fe~2O~3中晶界部分氧的2p-4sp杂化所产生的一个新电子跃迁末态造成的。进一步的研究表明,随着纳米α-Fe~2O~3的粒子尺寸减小,氧的2p轨道和铁的3d轨道杂化增加,主要体现在2p-e~g杂化程度加剧,使得纳米颗粒中铁周围的氧配位八面体畸变程度加强。最后,通过对3nm样品在研磨和不研磨两种制样方式获得的氧K边XANES谱分析,证实纳米粒子体系中存在特殊的协同作用力。 相似文献
