Resistivity-temperature characteristics of sol gel YBa2Cu3Oy samples synthesized in flowing oxygen atmosphere

The relationship of resistivity versus synthesizing temperature of sol gel YBa_2Cu_3O_y samples was studied when prepared under flowing oxygen conditions. A set of high-temperature ρ-T curves was obtained for the whole process. After the sample finished the test measuring, its resistivity was ρ_{300}=9.83×10^{-3 }Ω·cm at room temperature. The ρ-T curve also showed that the orthorhombic-tetragonal phase transformation of sol-gel YBa_2Cu_3O_y sample occurred at 581℃ for the sample in the rising temperature process, but at 613℃ in the cooling process, lower than that of the samples made by using the conventional powder metallurgy methods. 相似文献

A simple model has been developed to describe the Zeeman patterns of far-infrared laser magnetic resonance spectra of the monobromomethyl radical CH2Br observed at 447.3 and 671.1μm. A satisfactory agreement between the experimental spectra of the radical and their simulation with this simple model has been achieved. This approach can be used to gain further information about the structure and the spectrum of this interesting radical. 相似文献

Transition probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2-2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} intercombination transitions in NII have been calculated by using a large-scale multiconfiguration Dirac-Fock method. In the calculation the most important effects of relativity, correlation, and relaxation are considered. From the calculated transition probabilities, the lifetime of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2 metastable state is derived. The result is in excellent agreement with the latest experimental result. In the meantime the influence of anomalously strong relaxation effects on probabilities of the 2s2p^3 {}^5S_2-2s^22p^2 {}^3P_{1,2} lines in NII have been found. 相似文献

研究了在硫酸铵存在下 ,5 Br PADAP乙醇体系中Pd(Ⅱ )、Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )的萃取行为及乙醇溶液的分相条件 ,讨论了影响萃取率的各种因素 ,试验表明 ,室温下 ,一定 pH范围内 ,该体系中的Pd(Ⅱ )几乎可完全被乙醇相萃取 ,而Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )不被萃取或萃取率很低 ,从而可实现Pd(Ⅱ )、Rh(Ⅲ )、Pt(Ⅳ )混合离子的定量分离 ,同时建立了Pd(Ⅱ )的测定方法。乙醇相中Pd(Ⅱ ) 5 Br PADAP配合物表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.18× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1,钯量在 0~ 9.6 0 μg/10ml范围内符合比耳定律 ,检出限为 0 .0 90 μg/10ml。用该法分离混合样和测定两种活性碳钯催化剂中钯 ,结果满意 相似文献

The chemical fixation of CO2 with mono-substituted terminal epoxides or cyclohexene oxide to form cyclic carbonates under the ZnCl2/[BMIm]Br catalyst system without using additional organic solvents was achieved in excellent selectivity (>98%) and TOF (5410 h−1) and the catalyst could be used six times almost without losing its catalytic activity and selectivity. By counterpoise‐corrected optimization method, the interactions of BrCl with the first‐row hydrides (HF, H2O, NH3) have been investigated at the MP2/6–311++G(3d,3p) level. To understand that the X? Br‐type (X = F, O, N) structure is more stable than the corresponding hydrogen‐bonded structure in these complexes, the electronic properties were also investigated. Symmetry‐adapted perturbation theory (SAPT) analysis has been carried out to understand the nature of the weak hydrogen bond and X? Br‐type interactions.
