The hydrodistilled oils from the aerial parts of Ferula latisecta and Mozaffariania insignis, which is endemic to Iran, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. (Z)-Ocimenone (32.4%), (E)-ocimenone (20.3%), and cis-pinocarvone (11.4%) were the main components among the 22 constituents characterized in the oil of F. latisecta, representing 87.7% of the total components detected. Twenty-five compounds were identified in the oil of M. insignis, representing 99.0% of the total oil, with octyl acetate (41.1%), β-pinene (30.3%), and α-pinene (23.9%) as the main constituents. 通过正相和反相硅胶柱层析从宽叶秦岭藤根部乙醇提取物中分离纯化得到19个化合物,经波谱分析并结合化学方法鉴定了其结构,其中4个为新化合物,它们分别是3,5-二羟基二十烷酸羽扇豆醇酯(3),2-羟甲基-5-甲氧基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(11),Δ5-孕甾烯-3β,20(S)-二醇-20-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(18,秦岭藤甙C)和Δ5-孕甾烯-3β,20(S)-二醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-20-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙(19,秦岭藤甙D).  相似文献

The genus Biondia having six species is exclusively distributed in China. But none of them was investigated in the aspect of phytochemistry before this work. From the view of plant taxonomy, the genus Biondia in the Trib. Asclepiadeae is close to the genus Cynanchum, and the plants of the latter mainly contain C21-steroids. A new furan derivative named 3-(5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-3-yl) propanoic acid (1) was isolated for the first time. Its structure was elucidated by UV, IR, NMR, HR-ESI-MS and the single-crystal X-ray diffraction spectroscopic data. Meanwhile, the antifungal and antibacterial activities of compound 1 was tested, it exhibited potent antifungal activity against Fusarium graminearum with MIC value of 16?µg/mL and medium antibacterial activity against Streptococcus lactis with MIC value of 32?µg/mL.  相似文献

A trinorsesquiterpene, 1 , and its possible precursor sesquiterpene 2 were obtained from the Tibetan folk medicine Pulicaria insignis (Ming?chen?serpo). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral methods including 2D‐NMR. The trinorsesquiterpene skeleton of 1 is the second example of this type of structure found in a plant, after a first compound of this type was isolated from bird's nest fungi (Cyanthus bulleri).  相似文献

通过核磁共振对一个首次从菊科单种属植物-栌菊木中分离得到的乌药烷型倍半萜内酯-8β, 9-dihydro-onoseriolide进行了结构解析,通过2D NMR (HSQC,HMBC,NOESY )首次对该化合物的碳和氢质子信号进行全归属;并证实其结构中的 H-1,H-2 互为颠倒,纠正了文献报道中的错误,该研究对乌药烷骨架倍半萜内酯的结构鉴定提供了光谱学依据.  相似文献
