新型光电技术将改变潜艇作战

潜艇执行水上监视任务需要能在桅杆出水几秒钟内获取完整水上图像的先进光学／光电传感器。潜艇利用光学瞄准具和光电桅杆仔细探测和分辨难以辨认的目标或那些在远距离上通过协同或非协同的方式使用杂波有限弹道的目标。Kollmorgen光电公司、Zeiss Optronik公司和Thales光电公司等专业公司正在生产潜艇光电桅杆系统。其中，Thales公司为将多光谱成像传感器引入潜艇和将潜望镜传感器数据集成到潜艇作战系统铺平了道路。美国光电系统领域的专业公司Kollmorgen公司为包括阿根廷（2艘TR1700型SANTA CRUZ级潜艇）、荷兰（4艘WALRUS级潜艇）和意大利（装备6艘SAURO级潜艇）在内的世界范围用户提供各种先进的光电桅杆系统。     

几何画板在交流电路教学中的运用

The Geometers Sketchpad（简称GSP）是由美国Key Curriculum Press公司制作并出版的数理软件．1995年由人民教育出版社及全国计算机发展中心联合引进，其汉化版称为《几何画板》，被誉称为“21世纪的动态几何”．几何画板与许多绘图软件类似，不仅能绘制各种几何图形，还提供了测量和计算功能，能对图形中的测量数据实时显示，并引入了坐标系，为研究方程、函数、曲线以及矢量关系提供了良好的平台．     

磁学研究与三环公司发展

简要回顾了20世纪20年代以来我国现代磁学研究的历史。20世纪80年代初期正值我国改革开放浪潮之时，科技人员纷纷走上科技成果产业化道路。建立于1985年的中国科学院三环公司就是一个成功的代表，同时好也是我国现代磁学研究结出的一颗硕果。     

基于TMS320VC5416的计算装置设计

TMS320VC5416是TI公司生产的一款低功耗高性能：定点16位数字信号处理器，工作频率可达150MHz，具有很强的数字信号处理能力。采用基于TMS320VC5416的数字处理装置能够完成较复杂的数据采集、传输、处理和仿真通信功能。经过不断调试并改进，该计算装置在下面两方面取得初步成效。     

Existence in the Large for Pressure-Gradient System

In this paper, the authors use Glimm scheme to study the global existence of BV solutions to Cauchy problem of the pressure-gradient system with large initial data. To this end, some important properties of the shock curves of the pressure-gradient system in the Riemann invariant coordinate system and verify that the shock curves satisfy Diperna’s conditions (see [Diperna, R. J., Existence in the large for quasilinear hyperbolic conservation laws, Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal., 52(3), 1973, 244–257]) are studied. Then they construct the approximate solution sequence through Glimm scheme. By establishing accurate local interaction estimates, they prove the boundedness of the approximate solution sequence and its total variation.     

英国百灵达发明Chloro Sense余氯检测仪

世界领先的致力于水质检测产品的制造商英国百灵达公司不久前宣布推出了一款用于检测水中氯含量的革命性新型便携式仪器——chloroSense余氯检测仪。Thomas Palin博士50年前始创了DPD方法，即通过溶解药片对氯含量进行检测，奠定了“DPD药片检测法”作为工业领域氯含量检测标准方法的地位。ChloroSense的到来具有划时代的革新意义，它打破了长期使用的传统的DPD检测方法。     

3英寸6H-SiC单晶的生长

SiC是宽带隙半导体材料的典型代表,具有优良的热学、力学、化学和电学性质,不但可以用作基于GaN的蓝色发光二极管的衬底材料,同时又是制作高温、高频、大功率电子器件的最佳材料之一,因此高质量、大直径SiC单晶的生长一直是材料研究领域的热点课题。目前美国的Cree公司在SiC单晶生长领域研发方面起步早、投入大,SiC单晶的直径达到4英寸,处于领先地位。我国在“十五”期间投入了一定的人力、物力进行了SiC单晶生长的研究,在生长2英寸SiC单晶的工作中取得了一定的成绩[1],但更大直径的SiC单晶生长技术进展缓慢,至今未见国内报道。而对…     

Raman Spectrum of Epitaxial Graphene on SiC （0001） by Pulsed Electron Irradiation

We report new Raman features of epitaxial graphene （EG） on Si-face 4H-SiC prepared by pulsed electron irradiation （PEI）. With increasing graphene layers, frequencies of G and 2D peaks show blue-shifts and approach those of bulk highly-oriented pyrolytic graphite. It is indicated that the EG is slightly tension strained and tends to be strain-free. Meanwhile, single Lorentzian line shapes are well fitted to the 2D peaks of EG on SiC（O001） and their full widths at half maximum decrease with the increasing graphene layers, which indicates that the multilayer EG on Si-face can also contain turbostratic stacking by our PEI route instead of only AB Bernal stacking by a traditional thermal annealing method. It is worth noting that the stacking style plays an important role on the charge carrier mobility. Therefore our findings will be a candidate for growing quality graphene with high carrier mobility both on the Si- and C-terminated SiC substrate. Mechanisms behind the features are studied and discussed.
