An intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylide, generated in situ via the reaction of C12-glycinate derivative of macrolide with formaldehyde, provided a novel tricyclic macrolide. Summary Treatment of substituted benzylidene anilines1 a – df with cyclic CH-acidic compounds2a–m in ethanol at room temperature yields in additon/elimination reactions the corresponding arylidene derivatives4 and the 2:1 adducts5. The addition products3, which are formed as intermediates, could not be isolated in any case. The donor/acceptor effect of the substituents on the benzylidene moiety influences to a significant extent the reactivity towards the azomethine carbon.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Umsetzung der substituierten Benzylidenaniline1 a – f mit den cyclischen CH-aciden Verbindungen2 a – m in Ethanol bei Raumtemperatur erhält man in Additions/Eliminierungsreaktionen die Arylidenderivate4 und die 2:1-Addukte5. Die als Intermediat gebildeten Additionsprodukte3 konnten in keinem Fall isoliert werden. Die Donor-bzw. The nucleophilic dimethoxycarbene (DMC; 2 ) generated by thermal decomposition of 2,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazole derivative 1 in boiling toluene reacts smoothly with N‐(9H‐fluoren‐9‐ylidene)‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonamide ( 7b ) to yield carbonimidoate derivative 10 . A multi‐step reaction pathway, initiated by the attack of DMC onto the C?N bond and followed by the migration of the sulfonyl group (or via a sulfinate anion) is proposed to explain the formation of the final product. In contrast to the formal ketimine 7b , N‐benzylidene‐4‐methylbenzenesulfonamide ( 7a ), a formal aldimine, does not react with DMC under comparable conditions. 相似文献

The inhibition performance of five azomethine derivatives such as: 1-(4-Methyloxy phenylimino)-1-(phenylhydrazono)-propan-2-one (SB1), 1-(4-Methylphenylimino)-1-(phenylhydrazono) propan-2-one (SB2), 1-(phenylimino)-1(phenylhydrazono)-propan-2-one (SB3), 1-(4-Bromo phenylimino)-1(phenylhydrazono)-propan-2-one (SB4) and 1-(4-Chlorophenylimino)-1(phenylhydrazono) -propan-2-on (SB5) as corrosion inhibitors for mild steel in sulfuric acid 0.5 ?M were investigated using different methods. All experimental results demonstrate that these compounds are eficients inhibitors. The inhibition efficiencies () increase with inhibitors concentration. At 7.5 10?5 ?M, the was 97.27%, 96.31%, 94.23%, 93.19 and 91.64% for SB1, SB2, SB3, SB4 and SB5, respectively. The potentiodynamic polarization results indicated that all the studied inhibitors act as mixed type. The adsorption process on mild steel surface obeyed Langmuir isotherm. The associated activation parameters and thermodynamic have been calculated and discussed. The adsorbed film formed on the metal surface was characterized by SEM and EDX. 相似文献

A new, one-step procedure for the generation of azomethine ylides, 4 and 20, via chloroiminium salts, 3 and 19, is reported. The generation of the azomethine ylides was confirmed by their trapping with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) which, upon spontaneous 1,4-dehydrochlorination, gave the corresponding pyrroles 17 and 21. 相似文献

Cycloadditions of (1Z,4R*,5R*)-4-benzoylamino-5-phenylpyrazolidin-3-on-1-azomethine imines to olefinic dipolarophiles were studied. Stereochemistry of cycloadditions to azomethine imines 3 was found to be controlled by stereodirecting phenyl group at position 3, as well as by the ortho-substituents at the aromatic ring at position 1′. An efficient, one-pot, three-component procedure for the synthesis of a small library of new chiral spirooxindolopyrrolizidines with high regio-, diastereo-, and enantioselectivity, from the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides and optically active cinnamoyl oxazolidinone is described. The process occurs at room temperature in aqueous ethanol as a green solvent and in the absence of any Lewis acids. The oxazolidinone chiral auxiliary is removed in a non-destructive manner. The reaction mechanism is discussed on the basis of the assignment of the absolute configuration of the cycloadducts, and on theoretical calculations. 相似文献

A square‐wave voltammetric method for the determination of boric acid in water has been described based on the new understanding of the electrochemical behavior of boric acid‐Azomethine H complexation. Salicylaldehyde and H‐acid were used as the starting materials of boric acid‐Azomethine H complex and their concentrations were optimized for boric acid determination in water. A glassy carbon electrode, instead of a conventional mercury electrode, was used in the measurement. The detection limit of the proposed method was 0.10 mg B dm?3. The proposed method was successfully used for boric acid determination in the water from a seawater desalination RO plant. 相似文献
