Two Kemp's acid diamides were synthesized and applied to chiral amine recognition using 1H NMR analysis. One derivative based on 1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine had good chiral recognition of six amines and was useful to determine the optical purity for three amines, i.e., methylbenzylamine, 1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine and 1- henylpropylamine,however, the cyclohexylethylamine derivative showed little discrimination for the amines studied. Together with the results for alkylamines, it was shown that aromatic structure was important for aromatic shielding anisotropy and –– interactions between host and guest. The structure of the 1-(1-naphthyl)ethylamine derivative in solution was also considered based on 1H NMR data and computer simulation.  相似文献

Two novel solid reagents—1-sulfonimidoyl- and 1-sulfamimidoyl-3-methylimidazolium derivatives—for the synthesis of sulfonimidamides and imidosulfuric diamides, respectively, were developed. It is shown that these reagents are very effective in substitution reactions with various N- and O-nucleophiles; therefore, they significantly extend the accessibility to the chemical space covered by organosulfur(VI) compounds with S=N bonds. In addition, previously unknown imidosulfuric diamides with free imino nitrogen groups were prepared, and their physical and chemical properties were characterized (including molecular geometry, pKa, Log P, microsomal stability, and reactivity towards typical electrophiles). Similar to other organosulfur(VI) derivatives with S=N bonds, these compounds can be considered as promising bioisosteres of amides, ureas, or sulfonamides.  相似文献

Abstract

A series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives containing pyridylpyrazole and iminodithiocarbamate or thiosemicarbazone motifs were synthesized via multi-step reactions. The structures of seven title compounds (methyl 2-(2-(3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamido)-5-chloro-3- methylbenzylidene)hydrazinecarbodithioate 7 and 3-bromo-N-(2-((2-substitutedcarbamothioylhydrazono)methyl)-4-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide 8a-8f) were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The bioassays showed that some of the compounds exhibited modest insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker), particularly, compound 8b (3-bromo-N-(4-chloro-2-methyl-6-((2-(methylcarbamothioyl)hydrazono)methyl)phenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide) held 100% and 30% larvicidal activity at the concentration of 25?mg/L and 10?mg/L, respectively. In addition, several compounds displayed favorable fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani Sorauer and Physalospora piricola at 50?μg/mL, and were comparable with the controls Chlorothalonil and Triadimefon. The results in this paper will provide important information for further research and development of sulfur-containing heterocyclic agrochemicals.  相似文献

A series of novel anthranilic diamides with benzyl sulfide scaffold were synthesized,in which N-pyridylpyrazole moiety generally regarded as key pharmacophore was abandoned.The target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,19F NMR and HRMS.The preliminary bioassays indicated that half of the title compounds were endowed with good insecticidal activities against armyworm(Mythimna sepatara) at the concentration of 500 mg/L,Exhilaratingly,the synthesized compound 3a was also active against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 100 mg/L.The difference in activities between the target compounds was influenced by the substituents,which provided some hints for further investigation on structure modifications.  相似文献

A series of symmetrical diamido biaryls has been synthesized in good yield by direct homocoupling of iodoarylbenzamides by palladium-catalysis. No cross product has been isolated from the reaction mixture of two different iodoarylbenzamides under similar conditions. However, only in the case of 2-iodo-N-phenylbenzamide, the intramolecularly coupled product phenanthridone has been isolated as a minor product along with the major intermolecularly coupled product. Biphenyl chiral diamides have been synthesized by this coupling method. This coupling reaction also works well with the reductive dimerization of functionalized heterocyclic compounds. Thus 6,6′-dipivaloylamino-3,3′-bipyridine and 6,6′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine have been efficiently synthesized. In two cases, the X-ray crystal structures have been solved to establish the structures of symmetrical and chiral diamido biaryls and their supramolecular networks.  相似文献

An improved analytical scheme for human milk neutral oligosaccharides determination was developed, in which, the oligosaccharides were pooled in two fractions (pools 1 and 2) after gel filtration, and then were quantitatively derivatized with a single fluorescent reagent, 2-anthranilic acid. Separation was by reversed-phase HPLC on an ODS-100Z column with a mobile phase of 50 mM ammonium acetate pH 4.0 and 150 mM citrate buffer pH 4.5 and monitored by a fluorescence detector at 360 nm excitation and 425 nm emission wavelengths. The method improved on the separation of neutral tetra- and hexa-saccharide isomers, namely, lacto-N-tetraose (LNT) and lacto-N-neotetraose (LNnT) as well as of lacto-N-difucohexaose I (LNDFH I) and lacto-N-difucohexaose II (LNDFH II). The separation of trisacccharide isomers, 3-fucosyllactose (3-FL) and 2′-fucosyllactose (2′-FL) was also successful. Limits of detection and quantification were in the range of 1–10 ng/l and 2–30 ng/l, respectively. The methods’ accuracy was good with its precision at <20% RSD and <1% RSD, respectively, for oligosaccharide concentration and retention time. The recoveries were in the range of 80–100%. This method was successfully applied to the separation and determination of representative neutral oligosaccharide contents in Samoa women milk.  相似文献

In search of environmentally benign insecticides with high activity, low toxicity and low residue, a series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives containing N-pyridylpyrazole was designed and synthesized. All the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of compound 8j was determined by X-ray diffraction. The insecticidal activities of the new compounds were evaluated. The results show that some compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pests. Among this series of compounds, compounds 8o and 8p showed 100% larvicidal activity against Mythimna separate Walker, Plutella xylostella Linnaeus and Laphygma exigua Hubner at a test concentration of 200 mg/kg, which is equal to the commercial chlorantraniliprole.  相似文献
