2-Ethoxymethylene-3-oxobutanenitrile is a versatile trifunctional reagent that allows the introduction of a three-carbon moiety to amine-substrates. The reaction of the title compound with hydrazines has been studied leading to appropriate substituted pyrazoles 4-11. Reactions with other dinitrogen nucleophiles were studied giving access to a set of fused pyrimidines 13. All types of compounds displayed biological activity against bacteria, filamentous fungi and tumour HeLa cells, but not for yeasts. Pyrazole 10 and pyrimidine 13d have been found to possess the broadest activity.  相似文献

A green, simple and eco‐friendly three‐component condensation for the synthesis of 1‐(benzothiazolylamino)methyl‐2‐naphthols using new magnetic nanoparticles formulated as Fe3O4@SiO2–ZrCl2‐MNPs is described. Considering the economic and environmental aspects, the method provides some advantages such as clean procedure, solvent‐free conditions, simple operation and work‐up, relatively short reaction times and high yields of the products. Moreover the introduced catalyst can be readily recovered up to 4 consecutive runs with consistent activity using an external magnet.  相似文献

By condensing 2‐aminobenzothiazole with 2‐hydroxy‐1‐naphthaldehyde, 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde, 4‐methoxybenzaldehyde, 4‐hydroxybenzal‐dehyde, benzaldehyde and 4‐dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, and five Schiff bases Ia‐Ie are prepared. Also, two Schiff bases IIa and IIb are prepared by condensation of 2‐amino‐3‐hydroxypyridine with 2‐hydroxy‐1‐naphthaldehyde and 2‐hydroxybenzaldehyde. The 1H NMR, IR and UV/Vis spectra of these seven Schiff bases are investigated. The signals of the 1H NMR spectra as well as the important bands in the IR spectra are considered and discussed in relation to molecular structure. The UV/Vis absorption bands in ethanol are assigned to the corresponding electronic transitions and the electronic absorption spectra of Schiff bases Ib and IIb are studied in organic solvents of different polarities. The UV/Vis absorption spectra of 2‐amino‐3‐hydroxypyridine Schiff bases IIa and IIb are investigated in buffer solutions of different pH values containing 5% (v/v) methanol, and the results are utilized for the determination of pKa and ΔG* of the ionization of the phenolic OH‐groups. The fluorescence spectra of IIa and IIb are studied in organic solvents of different polarities. The obtained spectral results are confirmed by some molecular calculations using the atom super position and electron delocalization molecular orbital theory for the Schiff base IIb.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of seven ruthenium(II) and ruthenium(III) complexes of sulfoxide with 2-aminobenzothiazole are reported. Three different formulations exist: [cis,cis,cis-RuCl2(SO)2(2-abtz)2] and [trans,trans,trans-RuCl2(SO)2(2-abtz)2] and [trans-RuCl4(SO)(2-abtz)] ? [X]+ (where SO?=?dimethyl sulfoxide (dmso) or tetramethylenesulfoxide (tmso); 2-abtz?=?2-aminobenzothiazole and [X]+?=?[H(abtz)]+, [Na+]. These complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, magnetic susceptibility, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C{1H} NMR and electronic spectroscopy. Some of the complexes were screened for their antibacterial activity and are found to be potent against the gram negative bacteria Escherichia coli.  相似文献
