A convenient semicarbazide resin for the solid-phase synthesis of peptide ketones and aldehydes

Use of a semicarbazide resin for the solid-phase preparation of peptide ketones and aldehyde led to optimal results in terms of both purity of the final product and overall yield. This resin was prepared without complication by activation of the commercial available aminomethyl polystyrene with CDI at room temperature, followed by treatment with tert-butyl carbazate. Furthermore, the TNBSA colorimetric assay has been adapted for checking the incorporation of the carbonyl moiety onto hydrazine-based resins.

本文用分光光度法研究了 6种氨基酸与四氰代苯醌二甲叉 (简称TCNQ)之间的荷移反应。测定了配合物的不稳定常数 ,讨论了配合物的组成。考察了形成配合物的影响因素 ,确立了最佳反应条件 ,并测定了味精中谷氨酸钠的含量 ,结果令人满意     

A ring-closing metathesis route to 7-membered aza-heteroannulated sugars

Azepane rings have been constructed diastereoselectively upon a carbohydrate derivative utilising reductive amination and RCM. The stereochemistry of the ring junctions was confirmed by X-ray crystallography and NMR. Diastereoselective dihydroxylation has also been employed to afford a tetrahydroxylated azepane carbohydrate derivative with potential biological activity.     

生物小分子与铜锌超氧化物歧化酶相互作用的波谱学研究及其应用

本工作以ESR和NMR为主要手段,并结合其它生化方法,考察了氨基酸、核酸碱基、糖等生命基本物质,和抗坏血酸等生命必需物质与钢锌超氧化物歧化酶的相互作用,实验观测到氨基酸、核酸碱基和抗坏血酸在水溶液中可以与酶中的Cu²⁺作用而使其脱离活性部位,以小分子络合物形式游离在溶液中,同时使酶失活,脱离活性部位的Cu²⁺的比例和酶的失活程度取决于小分子配体的加入量及其与Cu²⁺的络合能力。此外,首次尝试使用ESR方法,并借助氨基酸与酶的作用,考察了铜锌超氧化物歧化酶在盐酸胍变性和热变性过程中的构象变化行为,结果表明这一方法是直观而有效的。     

Carboxylic fused furans for amino acid fluorescent labelling

Four carboxylic fused furans are presented as new fluorescent labels for the amino and hydroxyl functions of organic molecules. Various representative l-amino acids were chosen as models, labelled at their N-terminus and also at their side-chain. Fluorescent derivatives were obtained in high yields, and their absorption and emission properties were studied.     

脑细胞激活素药物的化学成分分析

采用日本岛津LC-60A型高压液相色谱仪和美国P-E3030型原子吸收分光光度计，对该药进行了氨基酸、维生素和化学元素的含量测定。结果表明，该药含有18种氨基酸，不少于3种维生素和20几种化学元素，为进一步改进该药物的合理配制方法和临床应用提供了参考数据。     

Enantiospecific synthesis of isomers of AES, a new environmentally friendly chelating agent

Three four-step enantiospecific syntheses of different diastereomers of AES, a new biodegradable chelating agent, are described. The stereocenters in each of the isomers are accessible from l- and d-malic and aspartic acids.     

Transition-metal-templated synthesis of rotaxanes and catenanes: From small molecules to polymers

This article provides an overview of the fundamental principles of the synthesis of metallocatenanes and metallorotaxanes. It also describes the synthesis and properties of electronic conducting polymers—polypyrrole and polythiophene—built around metallocatenanes and metallorotaxanes. The particular properties of this new class of polymers, including the possibility of transmetallation reactions being performed with them and the observation of electronic coupling between the metal centers and the conducting matrix, are discussed. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 迄今未见任何稀土氨基酸络合物的ESR波谱报道,本文在合成Gd³⁺分别与甘氨酸、β-丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸和天冬酰胺五种氨基酸络合物的基础上,测定了不同温度下,水溶液、粉末及分子筛吸附样品的ESR谱,讨论了络合物中晶体场强,对称性及成键特性。
