A new ceramide and its glycoside were isolated from the flower of Albizia julibrissin. Their structures were established as (25,35,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-hydroxyhexadecanoylamino]-8-tetra-cosene-l,3,4-triol(I)and 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosy1-(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2'R)-hydroxy-hexade-canoylamino]-8-tetracosene-1,3,4-triol (II) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

Three new acacic acid derivatives, named coriariosides C, D, and E ( 1–3 ) were isolated from the roots of Albizia coriaria. Albizia myriophylla Benth. is a medicinal herb which is used as a traditional remedy for various ailments including diabetes in Thailand. In our continued investigation of the biological activity of A. myriophylla, the ethanol extract, fractions and the isolated compounds from the wood of this plant were evaluated for in vitro α-glucosidase inhibition using spectrophotometric method. The plant ethanol extract and its different fractions possessed α-glucosidase inhibitory activity in a concentration-dependent manner. Dichloromethane fraction of the wood ethanol extract exhibited the highest percent inhibition against α-glucosidase (69.30%) among all fractions. Subsequent α-glucosidase inhibition assay proved that indenoic acid (1), 8-methoxy-7, 3′,4′-trihydroxyflavone (2) and 3,4,7,3′-tetrahydroxyflavan (3) were partially rational for antidiabetic effect of this plant species. Among these compounds, 3 (IC50 98.59 μg/mL) exhibited potent inhibition of α-glucosidase, compared with a positive control acarbose (IC50 125 μg/mL). The inhibitory effect towards α-glucosidase of compounds 13 was reported herein for the first time.  相似文献

从合欢皮95%乙醇提取物中分得2个新三糖链九糖皂甙(1,2),经化学方法和光谱分析,将其结构分别鉴定为:3-O-[β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基]-21-O-(6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-[4-O-((6R)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-2,7-辛二烯酸基)-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基]-2,7-辛二烯酸基金合欢酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)-[α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯(1)和3-O-[β-D-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃呋糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基]-21-O-(6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-[4-O-((6S)-2-反式-2,6-二甲基-6-O-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基-2,7-辛二烯酸基)-β-D-吡喃鸡纳糖基]-2,7-辛二烯酸基金合欢酸28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→3)-[α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯(2),分别命名为合欢皂甙J14(JulibrosideJ14)和合欢皂甙J15(JulibrosideJ15)  相似文献

建立了采用超高效液相色谱-高分辨质谱测定蜂蜜中3种马桑内酯残留的方法。样品采用0.2 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7.5)提取,经Waters HLB小柱净化,以Phenomenex C18色谱柱进行色谱分离,通过高分辨质谱t-MS2负离子扫描模式进行定性和定量分析。结果表明3种目标化合物的检出限(LOD)均为0.05 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)均为0.1 mg/kg。空白蜂蜜样品在0.1~0.5 mg/kg范围内的3个加标水平的平均回收率为86.3%~95.6%,相对标准偏差为3.0%~8.4%。应用该方法对从新西兰进口的麦卢卡蜂蜜进行检测,检出一份样品含羟基马桑毒素0.3 mg/kg。该方法适用于蜂蜜中马桑内酯残留的检测。  相似文献

One new acacic acid-type saponin, named lebbeckoside C (1), was isolated from the stem barks of Albizia lebbeck. Its structure was established on the basis of extensive analysis of 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C NMR, DEPT, COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, HSQC and HMBC) experiments, HRESIMS studies, and by chemical evidence as 3-O-[β-d-xylopyranosyl-(l→2)-β-d-fucopyranosyl-(1→6)-[β-d-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-β-d-glucopyranosyl]-21-O-{(2E,6S)-6-O-{4-O-[(2E,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(β-d-quinovopyranosyl)octa-2,7-dienoyl]-4-O-[(2E,6S)-2,6-dimethyl-6-O-(β-d-quinovopyranosyl)octa-2,7-dienoyl]-β-d-quinovopyranosyl}-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl}acacic acid 28 O-[β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(l→3)-[α-l-arabinofuranosyl-(l→4)]-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(l→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl] ester. The isolated saponin (1) displayed significant cytotoxic activity against the human glioblastoma cell line U-87 MG and TG1 stem-like glioma cells isolated from a patient tumor with IC50 values of 1.69 and 1.44 μM, respectively.  相似文献

Four triterpenoid saponins were isolated from Albizziae cortex, and a complete assignment of their (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra was carried out using 1D and 2D NMR ((1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and HSQC-TOCSY) methods. Their (1)H NMR assignments were reported for the first time and some of their (13)C NMR spectral data reported in literature were corrected.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Albizia chevalieri led to the isolation of two new 5‐deoxyflavan‐3,4‐diol glucosides from roots of A. chevalieri, Chevalieriflavanosides A and B. Their structures were established by 2D NMR techniques, UV, IR, CD, and mass spectrometry. Cytotoxicity of the two compounds was evaluated against acute promyelocytic leukemia HL60 cells. Three new triterpenoid saponins, named julibroside J16 ( 2 ), julibroside J17 ( 3 ), and julibroside J21 ( 4 ), each of which possesses an oleanane triterpenoid aglycone of acacic acid, two monoterpenoid acids, and nine sugar moieties, together with one known saponin, julibroside II ( 1 ), were isolated from the stem bark of Albizia julibrissin by chromatographic methods. Their structures were established by chemical and spectroscopic means. Saponins 1, 2 , and 4 showed inhibitory activities against Bel 7402 human cancer cell line in vitro.  相似文献
