A naturally occurring derivatives of pyridine, 3,5-pyridinedicarboxamide ( 1 ), lupeol ( 2 ), a steroidal mixture [stigmasterol ( 3a ) and β-sitosterol ( 3b )], steroidal glycosides [stigmasteryl-glucoside ( 4a ) and β-sitosteryl glucoside ( 4b )] and allantoin ( 5 ) were isolated and characterized from the aerial parts of Peritrophe japonica. Three new triterpenoidal glucosides, justiciosides E, F and G, were isolated from the aerial portion of Justicia betonica. Their structures were established through chemical and spectroscopic analyses, and showed an unusual A-nor-B-homo oleanan-12-ene skeleton type for the aglycone moiety as A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, and 11α-methoxy-A-nor-B-homo-oleanan-10,12-diene-3β,11α,28-triol 28-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-d-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Two new flavone glycosides, 3′‐hydroxy‐5,7‐dimethoxyflavone 4′‐O‐β‐D‐apiofuranoside ( 1 ), and 5,7‐dimethoxyflavone 4′‐O‐[β‐D‐apiofuranosyl(1→5)‐ β‐D‐glucopyranoside] ( 2 ) along with four known compounds, 4′‐hydroxy‐5,7‐dimethoxyflavone ( 3 ), 2,6‐dimethoxy‐1,4‐benzoquinone ( 4 ), lupeol ( 5 ) and betulin ( 6 ) were isolated from the stem and roots of Strobilanthes formosanus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence.  相似文献

From the whole plant of Brillantaisia owariensis P. Beauv, a new iridolactone, owariensisone (1) together with six known compounds (nepetin-7-O-glucoside, choline, sucrose, mannitol, xylitol, 1-O-palmitoyl-2-eicosanoyl-3-O-(6-amino-6-deoxy)-β-d-glucopyranosyl-glycerol) were isolated. Structures of these compounds were established by direct interpretation of their spectral data, mainly HR-TOFESIMS, 1-D NMR (1H and 13C) and 2-D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, TOCSY and DOCSY) and by comparison with the literature.  相似文献

Andrographolactone (1), possessing an unprecedented diterpene skeleton, was isolated from the EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of Andrographis paniculata. Its structure was established by NMR, IR, UV, and HRESIMS data and subsequently confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. A possible biogenetic pathway of 1 was also proposed. Bioassay showed that 1 exhibited cytotoxic activity.  相似文献
