两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇-聚谷氨酸苄酯纳米粒药物载体的合成研究

用磺酸酯法制备单端氨基聚乙二醇引发剂,引发谷氨酸苄酯羧酸酐开环聚合,生成可生物降解的两亲嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇﹣聚谷氨酸苄酯(PEG-PBLG),用IR,NMR和GPC表征了共聚物。用超微透析法制备PEG-PBLG聚合物纳米粒,荧光芘探针法测定纳米粒的临界聚集浓度(cac)。紫外分光光度计考察纳米粒对疏水性药物的增溶作用,PEG-PBLG可作为亚微粒药物输送系统的载体。     

稀土高氯酸盐-谷氨酸配合物[Pr2(L-α-Glu)2(ClO4)(H2O)7](ClO4)3•4H2O的低温热容和热化学研究

合成了一种稀土高氯酸盐-谷氨酸配合物. 经TG/DTG、化学和元素分析、FTIR及与相关文献对比, 确定其组成为[Pr₂(L-α-Glu)₂(ClO₄)(H₂O)₇](ClO₄)₃•4H₂O, 纯度为99.0%以上. 利用显微熔点仪分析发现其没有熔点. 在78～370 K温区, 用精密绝热量热仪测量其低温热容, 在285～306 K温区发现一明显吸热峰, 归结为固-固相变过程. 通过相变温区三次重复热容测量, 得到相变温度T_tr、相变焓Δ_trH_m和相变熵Δ_trS_m分别为(297.158±0.280) K, (12.338±0.016) kJ•mol^－1和(41.520±0.156) J•K^－1•mol^－1. 用最小二乘法将非相变温区的热容对温度进行拟合, 得到了热容随温度变化的两个多项式方程. 用此方程进行数值积分, 得到每隔5 K的舒平热容值和相对于273.15 K的热力学函数值. 根据TG/DTG结果, 推测了该配合物的热分解机理. 依据Hess定律, 选择1 mol•dm^－3盐酸为量热溶剂, 利用等温环境溶解-反应量热计, 测定了该配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为: Δ_fH_m⁰＝－(7223.1±2.4) kJ•mol^－1.

对甲苯磺酰谷氨酸桥联的一维双链锰配合物的合成、表征与晶体结构

A one-dimensional double-chain coordination polymer [Mn(phen)(tsgluo)] was synthesized in a mixed solution and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic system with space group P2₁2₁2₁. The crystal data are: a=0.530 78(17) nm, b=1.723 9(5) nm, c=2.456 9(8) nm, Z=4, μ=0.729 mm^-1, D_c=1.579 g·cm^-3, V=2.248 1(12) nm³, R₁=0.033 1, ωR₂=0.078 9. In the title complex, each Mn(Ⅱ) ion presents a octahedral geometry with the coordination of two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline and four oxygen atoms from three different tsgluo^2- ligands. The γ-carboxyl coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of bidentate chelate, while the α-carboxyl coordinates in a bidentate bridging mode. CCDC: 253910.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1-D Chain Zinc（Ⅱ） Coordinated Polymer with N-p-Tolysulfonyl-glutamine

A novel coordination polymer {[Zn(ts-gln)(bipy)]3H2O}n (ts-glnH2=N-p-toly-sulfonyl-glutamine,bipy=2,2-bipyridine) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group P212121 with a=8.2622(5),b=16.6244(10),c=18.2807(10) ,V=2510.9(3) 3,C22H28N4O8SZn,Mr=573.91,Z=4,Dc= 1.518 g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.115 mm-1,F(000)=1192,the final R=0.0262 and wR=0.0662 for 5691 independent reflections with Rint=0.0240. The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by N(3) and N(4) atoms of a bipy molecule,two carboxylate O(1) and O(2A) and amino N(1) atoms of ts-gln ligands,resulting in a square-pyramidal geometry. The title complex consists of an infinite zigzag chain of zinc(Ⅱ) ions linked by the carboxylate of N-p-tolysulfonyl-glutamine.     

动态单滴法研究乳状液液膜的稳定性

乳状液液膜作为化学分离的一种手段,自七十年代发现以来已有了许多进展,但是如何将其工业化还有许多课题有待于进一步研究.目前,除了乳状液液膜的水静态渗透性质以外,对乳状液液膜的稳定性和溶胀性质的研究主要采用搅拌法.虽然得到较好的规律性,但是搅拌法具有乳状液滴粒径分布广的弱点,对于不同的搅拌方式及条件,乳状液液膜的有效面积不同,对液膜作用的机械强度不同,因此结果会有很大差别.我们自行设计的动态单滴法实验装置,可定量地研究乳状液液膜的溶胀、稳定性及水渗透性质.
