A New Cytotoxic Acetogenin from the Seeds of Annona squamosa

A New Annonaceous acetogenin,squamostolide(1),was isolated from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Its structure was elucidated based on spectroscopic methods and comparison with known compounds.It is the first example of Annonaceous acetogenin with each of the two ends of the aliphatic chain bearing a γ-lactone.Thenew compound exhibited cytotoxic activity in vitro against bel-7402 and CNE2 human tumor cell lines.     

Three New Diarylpropanes from Dioscorea composita

Three new diarylpropanes were isolated from the dried rhizomes of Dioscorea composita Hemsl., and their structures were determined as 1, 3-bis-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) propane (1), 1, 3-bis-(2, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (2), 1-(2′-hydroxy-4′-O-β-D- glucopymnosy-phenyl)-3-(2“, 4“-dihydroxyphenyl)propane (3), by spectroscopic analysis, respectively.     

A New Saponin Transformed from Ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis

A novel saponin was isolated from the transformed products of ginsenoside Rh1 by Bacillus subtilis. It‘s structure was determined to be 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-20 (S)-protopanaxatriol on the basis of the spectral data.     

16-脱氢孕烯醇酮醋酸酯的环境友好合成法

Instead of environmentally toxic chromium oxidant, singlet oxygen generated photcchemically was used as environmentally friendly and benign oxidizing agent to accomplish the transformation of pseudodiosgenin diacetate to diosone efficiently in a low toxic and less expensive solvent acetone. Accordingly 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate(16-DPA), an important intermediate for preparation of steroidal drugs, was prepared in good yield (75%) when photoreaction was run in acetone/acetic anhydride/pyridine system. The mild reaction condition as well as simple and environmentally friendly process made the method commercially viable and important for production of 16-DPA in industrial scale.     

The Synthesis of Gracillin and Dioscin：TWO Typical Representatives of Spirostanol Glycosides

Two spirostanol saponins(gracillin and dioscin)which have the typical sugar moieties were synthesized facilely by a general approach.     

葡聚糖为载体的双亲型LDL吸附剂吸附动力学研究

合成了以葡聚为载体，同时具有亲水性磺酸基和疏水性胆固醇两类配基的新型低密度脂蛋白（LDL）吸附剂。通过对LDL纯溶液中吸附等温线的测试，比较了以Dextran G-75为载体的双亲型LDL吸附剂与单一亲水型磺酸基配基，单一疏水型胆固醇基吸附剂吸附量和亲和吸附系数的关系。对双亲型LDL吸附剂的吸附动力学进行了初步研究，在LDL溶液中，亲水型磺酸基，疏水型胆固醇配基，双亲型LDL吸附剂对LDL的吸附曲线基本上符合Langmuir吸附方程，另外通过高离子强度NaCl洗脱实验，测定了双亲型LDL吸附剂上具有的磺酸基与胆固醇两类基在对低密脂蛋白吸附过程中所起的配合效果，为下一步作用力机制研究提供了参考依据。     

油茶皂苷缓释片的制备及其释放度

以羟丙基甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素为骨架材料,乳糖为致孔剂,采用50%乙醇湿法制备了油茶皂苷缓释片.经智能溶出仪与UV测定,油茶皂苷缓释片B的缓释效果良好.     

拉曼光谱研究人参皂苷Rb1与DPPC双层膜的作用

为深入了解人参皂苷的分子药理学特性,阐明人参皂苷与细胞膜的作用机制,利用拉曼光谱从分子水平研究了不同浓度人参皂苷Rb1与DPPC(二棕榈酰磷脂酸胆碱)双层膜的作用.结果表明,人参皂苷Rb1没有改变DPPC的极性头部O-C-C-N+的稳定构象,极性头仍然平行于膜表面.并且,拉曼峰值比I1096/I1126/1096/I1062和I2848/I288/0随着药物浓度的增加而相应的变大,说明Rbl增加了烃链的无序度,增强了双层膜的流动性.由此推测该药物与DPPC的作用可能由于皂苷分子内及分子间的氢键与磷脂双层膜的极性头部相作用而停留在膜的表面.     

中药柴胡总皂苷急性肝毒性的代谢组学研究

运用UPLC-MS联用技术对空白对照组、柴胡总皂苷(SS)组大鼠在给药后第3天和第5天的尿液样本进行分析检测,获得了以质荷比和保留时间为变量的矩阵数据。据此建立各组大鼠的尿液代谢轮廓图,并利用主成分分析(PCA)建立了SS的代谢组学毒性模型。结合肝组织病理,探讨了柴胡总皂苷的急性肝毒性。对于SS组与正常组,大鼠尿液代谢轮廓图表现出了一定的差异。在代谢组学毒性模型中,给药第3天和第5天的PCA分类均偏离正常组,而第5天的偏离程度强于第3天。同时,在第5天的肝组织病理切片中发现了组织病变。由此表明,给药组大鼠的代谢组偏离了正常组,这种偏离正是肝急性毒性的表现,且给药到第5天的肝毒性强于第3天,表明肝毒性与给药累积剂量呈正相关,表现出了明显的急性和累积肝毒性。     

应用2D NMR技术研究罗汉果醇及其苷的结构

从传统中药罗汉果中分离得到一系列三萜皂苷类化合物,其苷元为罗汉果醇,应用1D和2D NMR脉冲梯度场反相技术(gCOSY,gNOESY,gHMQC,gHMBC) 研究了罗汉果醇及其苷的结构,对其碳氢NMR信号进行了全归属,应用gNOESY技术研究了罗汉果醇的立体构型,并探讨了取代基对苷元质子和碳化学位移的影响.
