The structure of tubeimoside V (1), a new cyclic bisdesmoside, isolated from tubers of Bolbostemma paniculatum (Tu Bei Mu), was established by means of 2D NMR spectral and chemical methods. 特异切割马铃薯纺锤形块茎类病毒的Ribozyme的体外活性测定 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
本文报道根据Ribozyme的作用模式、设计、合成并克隆了特异性切割马铃薯纺锤形块茎类病毒(PSTV)正链和负链RNA的Ribozyme基因。以转录的PSTV正链及负链RNA作为底物与转录的Ribozyme RNA一起保温检测Ribozyme的体外切割活性。实验结果表明,当在50℃保温时,特异性切割PSTV正链及负链的Ribozyme在体外具有相当高的特异性切割活性;并且当在25℃保温时,Ribozyme仍具有相当的切割活性。在此基础上,正试图将Ribozyme基因导入马铃薯植株以检测其体内活性。 相似文献
