The novel fluorinated distyrylarylene, 4,4'-bis(2,2-di(4-fluorophenyl)vinyl)biphenyl (DFPVBi), was synthesized and fully characterized. The structure was confirmed with IR, 1↑H NMR, 13↑C NMR, 19↑F NMR and MS analyses. Its electronic and photoluminescence properties were investigated by UV-Vis absorption, cyclic voltammetry and fluorescence spectroscopy. The energy levels of the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) and the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) are --5.77 and --2.75 eV, respectively. The electroluminescence proper- ties of the organic light-emitting diode fabricated by DFPVBi were also studied. The device exhibits a pure blue emission peaked at 454 nm, which indicates a maximum luminance of 5872 cd/m ^2 at 14.2 V and a maximum current efficiency of 2.82 cd/A at 10V, respectively.  相似文献

The stereocontrolled synthesis of the C(17)--C(28) fragment 3 of didemnaketal B was accomplished in 21 steps from the natural (R)-(+)-pulegone and (S)-(--)-citronellal. The key steps involved diastereoselective construction of two chiral carbon centers through the intramolecular chiral induction and uncommon Julia olefination of ketone forming the E-trisubstituted C(22)--C(23) double bound.  相似文献

An efficient and novel procedure for the preparation of pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives through multi-component reaction of aldehyde, 5-amino-3-methyl-1-phenylpyrazole and malononitrile or cyanoacetate in [bmim][BF4] is described in this paper. Advantages of the method presented here include mild conditions, high yields together with a green nature and ease of recovery and reuse of the reaction medium.  相似文献

Aspartic acid and glutamic acid with protected α-amino and α-carboxyl groups had been used to react with the activated hydroxyl group of N-substituted 3,4-fullero pyrrolidine. The products were deprotected, affording two monofuUerene α-amino acids, monofullerene aspartic acid (mFas) and monofullerene glutamic acid (mFgu). A series of 5-C-alkylating camptothecins have been synthesized by one-step method, and their in vitro antitumor activity was evaluated against six human cancer cell lines. The results showed that all 5-C-alkylates of camptothecins possessed poor cytotoxicity on six human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Sixteen novel 6- and 2-(1-acylsulfanylalkyl)-5,8-dimethoxy-l,4-naphthoquinones were designed and synthesized. Their cytotoxicities were evaluated in vitro against BEL-7402, HT-29 and SPC-Al cell lines. The pharmacological results showed that most of the prepared compounds displayed the excellent selectivity for HT-29 cell line. Compound lab exhibited the most potent antitumor activity among the tested compounds.  相似文献
