高浓铀金属临界装置缓发中子有效份额测量

缓发中子有效份额βeff是反应堆动态特性的重要参数,也是相对反应性与绝对反应性之间的转换桥梁,对于以反应性作为宏观参数的检验工作具有重要意义。测量采用基于Rossi-α方法的Nelson数法开展了快临界装置βeff的实验研究。通过采用铅屏蔽、更薄的6Li玻璃闪烁体、脉冲幅度甄别三种措施,降低了γ射线对测量的影响。实验中测量了反应堆从-60￠到缓发临界之间的7个状态,最终测量得到βeff值为0.006 66,不确定度为7.88%;与理论计算数值偏差为2.15%。测量结果与理论值符合良好,表明了测量方法的有效性。     

基于DNA酶催化的卟啉金属化检测锌

利用G-四链体DNA（T30695）催化Zn²⁺插入到中卟啉IX（MPIX）中，引起荧光偏移的特点，建立了检测Zn²⁺的方法。在40μmol/L MPIX、0.6μmol/L Pb²⁺、5μmol/L T30695和1%Triton的最优实验条件下，该方法在Zn²⁺浓度为0.5～5μmol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系，相关系数R²=0.95，检出限为73.5 nmol/L。离子选择性实验表明该方法对Zn²⁺具有较好的选择性，用于实际样品测定，回收率在94.7%～100.4%之间。

The acoustic characteristics of clause, sentence and paragraph boundaries in Chinese Putonghua

The acoustic and perceptive characteristics of discourse units, including clauses, simple sentences, compound sentences and paragraphs, were studied. The acoustic characteristics were based on the analysis of a speech corpus consisted of ten monologues. The Perceived Boundary Strength (PBS) of the monologues was labeled on a five-point scale by 25 participants. The main results are as follows: (1) There is a significant difference in the PBS of clauses (corresponding to intonational phrase), sentences (including simple sentences and compound sentences) and paragraphs. But the PBS of simple sentences and compound sentences is the same, and the pitch reset and pause are also not significantly different between these two kinds of boundaries. (2) The pitch-based cue used to distinguish clauses, sentences and paragraphs appears to be the difference between pre- and post-boundary syllables, but not simply the pitch value of either syllable alone. (3) Declination mainly occurs within intonational phrases, whereas there is no consistent global declination in sentences or in paragraphs. (4) Pauses are longer and more varied at the boundary of larger discourse units. Moreover, there is a significant positive correlation between pause duration and degree of pitch reset at clause boundaries, but not at sentence or paragraph boundaries.     

火焰原子吸收光谱法测定生物样品中锌、铜和锰

生物样品经消化处理后,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中锌、铜和锰的含量,平均加标回收率为97.3%-102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.65 %-1.40%.锌、铜和锰在给定范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9994、0.9994和0.9983,方法简便,快速,结果可靠.     

离子交换富集-导数火焰原子吸收法测定自来水中Cu,Fe和Zn

本文研究了用 2 0 1× 7阳离子交换树脂对自来水中的微量元素进行交换富集 ,采用微量脉冲进样 导数火焰原子吸收法测定富集后溶液中的Cu ,Fe和Zn ,该方法灵敏度分别为 0 2 9,0 5 9和 0 0 6 μg·L- 1 ,精密度分别为 4 2 8% ,1 95 %和 2 2 8% ,检测限分别为 1 2 8,5 85和 0 6 8μg·L- 1 ,回收率分别为 91 13% ,10 1 34%和99 84 % ,本方法大大减少了需样量 ,简便快速 ,灵敏度高。     

ZnSe及ZnSe/GaAs异质结构中压力导致的直接禁带向间接禁带的转变

用经验赝势方法计算了体ZnSe以及ZnSe/GaAs单异质结系统中ZnSe外延层г、X、L等特殊对称点导带底能量随压力的变化。结果表明，同Si、Ge、GaAs等半导体材料不同，ZnSe的X点导带底具有正的压力系数，但比г点的压力系数小，这是ZnSe材料以及ZnSe基异质结构材料发生直接禁带向间接禁带的转变时所需转变压力较大的根本原因。研究了ZnSe/GaAs异质结构中晶格失配造成的应变对外延层г、X、L对称点压力系数的影响，表明这种晶格失配造成的应变可以极大地减小ZnSe外延层材料由直接禁带向间接禁带的转变压力。     

Zn(BTZ)2白色有机电致发光材料的合成及其器件制备

以PCl₃为脱水剂,将邻氨基硫酚与水杨酸脱水环化合成出2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并噻唑,并进一步将所得产物与乙酸锌反应合成出2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并噻唑螯合锌(Zn(BTZ)₂)材料。以该配合物作为发光层制备出结构为ITO/PVK:TPD/Zn(BTZ)₂/Al近白色电致发光器件,其色坐标位于白场之内(x=0.242,y=0.359),在驱动电压为16V时,亮度达3200cdm²,对应的量子效率为0.32%。进一步在Zn(BTZ)₂中掺入橙红色染料Rubrene,制成ITO/PVK:TPD/Zn(BTZ)₂:Rubrene/Al结构器件,实现了纯白色发光(色坐标值:x=0.324,y=0.343),非常接近于白色等能点,且量子效率达0.47%。最后对上述器件的发光和电学性能进行了深入的研究和探讨。     

Second-order Nonlinear Optical Properties of a Series of Azulene Derivatives

The first hyperpolarizabilities of a series of novel azulenic-barbituric acid chromophores have been studied by using 12 excitation wavelengths, ranging from 900 to 1907 nm. The dispersion relation of the first hyperpolarizabilities of chromophores holds the same tendency as the experimental results. In addition, the static first hyperpolarizability β0 of molecules was calculated by means of the Sum-Over-States (SOS) expression and the two-level formula respectively. The results show that these molecules possess large static first hyperpolarizabilities and the, β0 value increases as the donor or acceptor strength enhances; the distorted degree of molecules has also an important influence on the β0 value.     

Novel Chiral Ferrocenyl Aziridino Alcohol Catalysts Promoting Asymmetric Addition of Diethylzinc to Aldehydes

Optically active aziridino alcohols containing ferrocenyl groups were prepared from commercially available L-threonine in excellent yields and used as catalysts to promote the asymmetric addition of diethylzinc to aryaldehydes to afford 1-arylpropanol in up to 84% enantiomeric excesses with moderate to good yields.
