氢化丁苯共聚物结构的核磁共振波谱表征Ⅱ.微观结构的定量计算

在氢化丁苯共聚物¹³C-NMR谱脂肪碳部分谱带归属的基础上,根据各谱带的主要来源,推导出六个二单元浓度的计算公式。计算出二单元、一单元的相对含量,各结构单元的数均序列长度、嵌段含量和其它结构参数。加氢前后的¹H-和¹³C-NMR谱的组成计算结果基本一致。初步探讨了作为粘度指数改进剂的氢化丁苯共聚物微观结构与性能的关系,为合成提供了依据。     

直流磁控溅射一步法原位制备MgB2超导薄膜

用MgB2靶,控制直流磁控溅射工作在异常辉光放电或弧光放电状态,在SrTiO3衬底上原位一次性得到了MgB2超导薄膜,其起始转变温度为32K,零电阻温度为15K. 关键词： 高温超导体 超导薄膜 磁控溅射 二硼化镁     

Magnetic and Crystalline Microstructures of Fe-Pt-B Nanocomposite Ribbons

We investigate magnetic and crystalline microstructures of melt-spun (Fe0.675Pt0.325)100-xBx (x=12, 14, 16, 18,20) nanocomposite ribbons after optimal thermal treatment using a magnetic force microscope. The magnetic microstructures are characterized by darker spots adjacent to brighter ones in a sub-micro scale and in random distribution. It is found that the strength of the exchange coupling interaction between the crystals in the 10-100 nm scale, implied by the maximum value (δM)max of the Henkel plot, could be roughly described by the ratio of the average width of the magnetic spots w^- to the average crystal size D^- for the ribbons. Moreover, we find that the intrinsic coercivity jHc of the ribbons is sensitive to their crystal sizes, and the smaller D^-, the higher jHc. Finally, by using roughness analysis, the curve of the root mean square values (δФ)rms of the phase shift of the magnetic force images versus the boron content x is obtained, which is qualitatively consistent with that of the magnetization σ12 kOe of the ribbons versus x.     

Hydrogenation Properties of Zr Films Under Various Conditions of Hydrogen Plasma

The hydrogenation properties of Zr samples with and without an Ni overlayer under various plasma conditions were investigated by means of non-Rutherford backscattering and elastic recoil detection analysis.The theoretical maximum hydrogen capacity,66.7 at%,could be achieved at a hydrogen absolute pressure of-2Pa and a substrate temperature of-393K for a plasma irradiation of only 10min;this was significantly greater than that for gas hydrogenation under the same hydrogen pressure and substrate temperature.It was also found that the C and O contamination on the sample surface strongly influences the hydrogenation,and that the maximum equilibrium hydrogen content drops dramatically with the increasing total contamination.In addition,the influence of the Ni overlayer on the plasma hydrogenation is discussed.     

甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积μc-Si∶H薄膜中氧污染的初步研究

对不同的本底真空条件下,采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术沉积的氢化微晶硅（μc_Si∶H）薄膜中的氧污染问题进行了比较研究.对不同氧污染条件下制备的薄膜样品的x射线光电子能谱与傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测量结果表明：μc_Si∶H薄膜中,氧以Si—O，O—O和O—H三种不同的键合模式存在,不同的键合模式源自不同的物理机理.μc_Si∶H薄膜的Raman光谱、电导率与激活能的测量结果进一步显示：沉积过程中氧污染程度的不同,对μc_Si∶H薄膜的结构特性与电学特性产生显著影响；而不同氧污染对μc_Si∶H薄膜电学特性的影响不同于氢化非晶硅（a_Si:H）薄膜. 关键词： 氢化微晶硅薄膜 甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积 氧污染     

有机硼在不对称合成中的应用

本文综述了重要的手性有机硼试剂的合成，反应，机理及其在不对称合成中的应用。     

Field Emission from Silicon Nanocrystallite Films with Compact Alignment and Uniform Orientation

Patterned silicon nanocrystallite (SINC) films were fabricated on (100) orientation p-type boron-doped sificon wafer by the hydrogen ion implantation technique and the anodic etching method. The efficient field emission with low turn-on field of about 3.5V/μm at current density of 0.1μA/cm^2 was obtained. The emission current density from the SiNC films reached 1mA/cm^2 under a bias field of about 9.1V/μm. The experimental results demonstrate that there are great potential applications of the SiNC films for fiat panel displays. A surface treatment with hydrogen plasma was performed on the SiNC films and a significant improvement of emission properties was achieved.     

华东地区第十届物理基础课程教学研讨会纪要

由教育部高等学校物理学与天文学教学指导委员会物理基础课程教学指导分委员会华东地区协作组主办，浙江大学承办的“华东地区第十届物理基础课程教学研讨会”于2006年6月2日至4日在杭州举行，来自华东地区33所高校的70多名代表和11家出版社、物理教学仪器厂家的代表参加了会议．此外，华北地区、中南地区、西南地区和香港特别行政区的一些兄弟院校如清华大学和香港理丁大学等院校的代表也前来参加了会议。     

稀土掺杂硼铝硅酸盐玻璃结构的NMR研究

采用魔角核磁共振（MAS NMR）研究了稀土掺杂B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃的结构及其组成和热处理等因素对玻璃结构的影响。研究发现，在B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃结构中，硼的配位主要是三角体[BO3]和[BO4]，铝的配位主要是[AlO4]，[AlO5]和少量的[AlO6]。随着B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃中BaO含量的增加，[BO3]逐渐向[BO4]转变，[AlO5]和[AlO5]也转变为[AlO4]。此外，由于稀土离子比钡离子更高的离子场强，其能够积聚硼氧结构使得其形成了巨大的网络结构。随着稀土掺量的增加，玻璃结构中的硅氧配位逐渐以Q4（3T）为主。热处理对玻璃结构中的硼氧和铝氧配位影响很小。
