<正>Motivated by an animal territoriality model,we consider a centroidal Voronoi tessellation algorithm from a dynamical systems perspective.In doing so,we discuss the stability of an aligned equilibrium configuration for a rectangular domain that exhibits interesting symmetry properties.We also demonstrate the procedure for performing a center manifold reduction on the system to extract a set of coordinates which capture the long term dynamics when the system is close to a bifurcation.Bifurcations of the system restricted to the center manifold are then classified and compared to numerical results.Although we analyze a specific set-up,these methods can in principle be applied to any bifurcation point of any equilibrium for any domain. 相似文献

Two eukaryotic vectors expressing 9 tandem repeats of human MUCI(VNTR), VR1012-VNTR, and pEGFP-VNTR, were constructed by cloning VNTR gene into VR1012 and pEGFP, respectively. VNTR stably expressing murine Lewis lung carcinoma(LLC) cell line(VNTR^+ LLC) was established by Lipofectamine-mediated transfection of pEGFP-VNTR into LLC cells. The EGFP expression was observed under a fluorescent microscope and VNTR expression in VNTR^+ LLC cells was confirmed by means of Western blotting. A syngenic graft tumor model was generated by subcutaneous injection of VNTR^+ LLC cells into C57/BL6 mice and tumor size increased rapidly with time and in a cell qumber dependent manner. VNTR mRNA expression in the tumor formed was confirmed by RT-PCR. After the third immunization mice were challenged subcutaneously with 5×10^5 VNTR^+ LLC cells, a significant reduction of subcutaneous tumor growth was observed in the groups immunized with VNTR plasmid DNA compared with that in the groups immunized with the vector DNA alone. Thus, the suppression of subcutaneous tumor was antigen-specific. This model is useful for the development of tumor vaccines targeting MUCI VNTRs. 相似文献

微量元素、抗氧化剂与湿热证的相关性的研究 总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11
建立了温病湿热证动物模型,研究了清香散对大鼠微旦元素锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、铜(Cu)和维生素E代谢水平,一氧化氮(NO)含量以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力变化的影响,并将正常对照组、湿热模型组、清香散治疗组进行两两比较。结果表明,湿热证模型大鼠血清Zn、Se、维生素E、NO含量显著下降,Cu含量显著升高,GSH-Px活力明显降低,经清热祛湿的经验方清香散治疗后,大鼠血清Zn、Se、维生素E、NO含量及GSH-Px活力明显升高,Cu含量明显下降。抗氧化能力下降是湿热证的本质之一,微量元素锌(Zn)、硒(Se)、铜(Cu)在机体内的含量反映了抗氧化酶活性的高低,清香散能显著提高大鼠血液Zn、Ee、维生素E、NO含量及GSH-Px活力,降低Cu含量,恢复其抗氧化能力。 相似文献

环己烷、四氢吡咯并吲哚骨架3为马钱属(Styychnos)和灯台属(Echitamine)吲哚生物碱的特征骨架, 具有高度复杂的多环稠合体系, 在合成化学上具有显著挑战性. 因此发展一种简便、高效的合成方法构建吲哚骨架3, 对于进一步开展马钱属和灯台属生物碱的全合成具有重要的意义. 通过铜离子催化重氮中间体2发生分子内的环丙烷-开环-环合三步一锅的串联反应, 高效地构建了四环吲哚骨架3. 并以此方法学为基础, 以12步的简短反应, 高效地完成了Minfiensine消旋体的全合成. 相似文献
