Revealing the Effect of Surface Composition on Multiwalled Carbon Nanotubes Supported Pt-Fe Alloy Electrocatalysts for Methanol Oxidation Performance

The designs of efficient and inexpensive Pt-based catalysts for methanol oxidation reaction (MOR) are essential to boost the commercialization of direct methanol fuel cells. Here, the highly catalytic performance PtFe alloys supported on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) decorating nitrogen-doped carbon (NC) have been successfully prepared via co-engineering of the surface composition and electronic structure. The Pt₁Fe₃@NC/MWCNTs catalyst with moderate Fe³⁺ feeding content (0.86 mA/mg_Pt) exhibits 2.26-fold enhancement in MOR mass activity compared to pristine Pt/C catalyst (0.38 mA/mg_Pt). Furthermore, the CO oxidation initial potential of Pt₁Fe₃@NC/MWCNTs catalyst is lower relative to Pt/C catalyst (0.71 V and 0.80 V). Benefited from the optimal surface compositions, the anti-corrosion ability of MWCNT, strong electron interaction between PtFe alloys and MWCNTs and the N-doped carbon (NC) layer, the Pt₁Fe₃@NC/MWCNTs catalyst presents an improved MOR performance and anti-CO poisoning ability. This study would open up new perspective for designing efficient electrocatalysts for the DMFCs field.

学术会议质量综合评价研究及实践

学术会议活动在国家创新体系建设、学科交流与发展、科研人员成长过程中扮演着极为重要的角色.针对传统学术会议质量评价方法中存在的学术性要素不突出、适用领域狭窄等问题,提出了一种综合采用参会者定性反馈、会议定量特征分析、会议影响力大数据分析等评价信息源的质量评价框架,并对2018年举办的700余场国内学术会议开展了质量综合评价实践.结果 表明,中国学术会议呈规模持续增长、内容质控愈发严格、互动交流效果进一步突出、成果类型及传播方式进一步丰富等趋势,但不同学科、不同规模学术会议间质量差异较为显著,不同职称、不同国籍参会者对会议质量的感知存在明显差别.根据评价结果,从面向参会者诉求、优化会议组织及完善学会机制建设等方面提出了学术会议的质量提升建议.

In this paper, we study vanishing and splitting results on a complete smooth metric measure space \((M^n,g,\mathrm {e}^{-f}\mathrm {d}v)\) with various negative m-Bakry-Émery Ricci curvature lower bounds in terms of the first eigenvalue \(\lambda _1(\Delta _f)\) of the weighted Laplacian \(\Delta _f\), i.e., \(\mathrm {Ric}_{m,n}\ge -a\lambda _1(\Delta _f)-b\) for \(0<a\le \dfrac{m}{m-1}, b\ge 0\). In particular, we consider three main cases for different a and b with or without conditions on \(\lambda _1(\Delta _f)\). These results are extensions of Dung and Vieira, and weighted generalizations of Li-Wang, Dung-Sung, and Vieira.

     

中国高层次科技人才省际流动的特征

.以2014-2019年中国内地(未包括香港、澳门和台湾地区)人选高被引科学家为高层次人才研究对象,通过挖掘高层次人才个人履历信息,构建科学家迁移特征信息数据库,从跨省域流动、省内流动及机构流动等多层次、多维度对高层次人才省际流动特征进行研究.研究结果表明,中国高被引科学家在各地区间分布差异非常明显,主要集中在北京、江苏、上海等经济与科教资源发达的地区;高被引科学家净流杰主要集中在广东省、江苏省和四川省等东部发达地区,净流出主要集中在吉林省、安徽省和辽宁省等中西部和东北地区;从机构来看,净流入主要集中在电子科技大学、苏州大学和复旦大学,净流出集中在中国科学院、北京大学等,但由于中国科学院高被引科学家人选人数多,故中国科学院净流出占其入选总人数的比例并不高.     

微生物肥料发展及作用机理综述

微生物肥料是一种具有特定功能的微生物活体制品,应用于农业生产,通过其中含微生物的生命活动,增加植物养分的供应量、促进植物生长、提高产量、改善农产品品质及农业生态环境。微生物肥料对改善化肥过量施用造成的土壤质地恶化、微生态环境失衡和农产品品质问题具有重要作用。本文就微生物肥料的发展历程及作用机理进行综述,总结了微生物肥料中功能微生物通过在土壤、植物根部定殖,对改变土壤微生物多样性、改善土壤中养分供应状况、释放植物促生长激素、提高土壤酶活性、增强植物系统抗性等方面的作用。分析了目前微生物肥料产业存在的问题,并对其发展方向进行展望,以期为我国微生物肥料的合理应用及产业发展提供依据和参考。
