聚苯乙烯—钛酸钡复合材料介电性能的研究

以聚苯乙烯与化学沉淀法钛酸钡陶瓷为基本组成，采用溶液共混，溶液聚合，表面处理后溶液聚合三种方法进行复合，发现后两种复合的钛酸钡颗粒表面发生界面变化，形成活性界面，使得溶液聚合法和表面处理后溶液聚合所得到的材料具有较低的介电损耗，在高频下能保持较高的介电系数。     

2－（3－氨基苯砜基）乙醇硫酸氢酯的水解反应

２－（３－氨基苯砜基）乙醇硫酸氢酯在不同的条件下水解分别得到２－（３－氨基苯砜基）乙醇、３－乙烯砜基苯胺和２，２’－二（３－氨基苯砜基）乙醇等三个产物．反应产物的结构经红外光谱、氢核磁共振谱、质谱和元素分析得到证实．对反应机理作了初步的探讨．

Cardiac-specific overexpression of Ndufs1 ameliorates cardiac dysfunction after myocardial infarction by alleviating mitochondrial dysfunction and apoptosis

Myocardial infarction (MI) is the leading cause of premature death among adults. Cardiomyocyte death and dysfunction of the remaining viable cardiomyocytes are the main pathological factors of heart failure after MI. Mitochondrial complexes are emerging as critical mediators for the regulation of cardiomyocyte function. However, the precise roles of mitochondrial complex subunits in heart failure after MI remain unclear. Here, we show that NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase core subunit S1 (Ndufs1) expression is decreased in the hearts of heart failure patients and mice with myocardial infarction. Furthermore, we found that cardiac-specific Ndufs1 overexpression alleviates cardiac dysfunction and myocardial fibrosis in the healing phase of MI. Our results demonstrated that Ndufs1 overexpression alleviates MI/hypoxia-induced ROS production and ROS-related apoptosis. Moreover, upregulation of Ndufs1 expression improved the reduced activity of complex I and impaired mitochondrial respiratory function caused by MI/hypoxia. Given that mitochondrial function and cardiomyocyte apoptosis are closely related to heart failure after MI, the results of this study suggest that targeting Ndufs1 may be a potential therapeutic strategy to improve cardiac function in patients with heart failure.Subject terms: Heart failure, Myocardial infarction, Myocardial infarction     

Synthesis Of N-Arylhydroxylamines by Antimony-Catalyzed Reduction of Nitroarenes

Metallic antimony catalyzes the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to the corresponding N-arylhydroxylamines in good yields with NaBH₄ under mild conditions. The azoxybenzenes from autoxidation of N-arylhydroxylamines were also obtained in basic conditions.

由α-蒎烯得到的蒎酮醛、龙脑烯醛、2,2-二甲基-3-乙基环丁基乙醛为起始原料,经Wittig或Wittig-Horner反应合成了昆虫保幼激素类似物4-(2,2-二甲基-3-乙基环丁基)-丁-2-烯酸乙酯(Ⅰ),6-(2,2-二甲基-3-乙基环丁基)-已-2,4-二烯酸乙酯(Ⅱ),6-(2,2-二甲基-3-乙基环丁基)-已-2,4-二烯酸甲酯(Ⅲ),6-(2,2-二甲基-3-乙酰基环丁基)-已-2,4-二烯酸甲酯(Ⅳ),6-(2,2,3-三甲基-环戊-3-烯基)-已-2,4-二烯酸甲酯(Ⅴ),3-甲基-8-(2,2-二甲基-3-乙基环丁基)-辛-2,6-二烯酸乙酯(ⅤⅢ)。它们的结构经红外光谱、1~H核磁共振和元素分析鉴定。     

3—取代—2—酰亚胺—4—噻唑烷酮及其5—乙酸化合物的合成

通过N-烃基-N′-酰基硫脲和卤代乙酸(或卤代乙酸酯)反应,合成了一些新的3-取代-2-酰亚胺-4-噻唑烷酮类化合物,并对反应机理作了探讨.利用N-烃基-N′-酰基硫脲与顺丁烯二酸酐反应,得到3-取代-2-酰亚胺-4-噻唑烷酮-5-乙酸化合物.
