人才吸引力因素与政策工具契合关系研究以河北省为例

人才是第一资源,人才引进培养是经济社会发展的一个关键,近年来我国各地纷纷出台吸引人才的重磅政策.为探求人才政策工具对人才的吸引力情况,在构建人才吸引力因素理论模型基础上,通过对178位人才问卷调查获得人才吸引力关键因素,对河北省163份人才政策文本进行数据挖掘,分析政策工具与人才吸引力因素的契合关系.研究得出创新氛围、人才培训培养、人才激励评价、创新创业支持、人才服务和薪资待遇等方面契合度高,政策效果较佳;工作场所仪器设备条件、配偶子女安置和住房补贴的契合关系为政策不足,应加大政策制定;人才载体和医疗社会保障的契合关系为政策冗余,需加强政策实施.

基于信息化知识管理系统的中医拔尖人才培养模式

中医拔尖人才的培养是新时期中医院校和中医医院发展的"核心竞争力",信息化知识管理系统是运用信息技术将名老中医的隐性知识转化为显性知识,利用网络存储、系统开发、资源共享的便捷性探索适用面更广、形式更灵活多样、可操作性更强的中医拔尖人才培养模式.     

共享自动驾驶汽车使用意愿模型及其影响因素

为了构建共享自动驾驶汽车(shared autonomous vehicles，SAV) 的使用意愿模型并分析其影响因素，通过使用时机和使用频率来体现公众对SAV的使用意愿；采用验证性因子分析将态度潜变量转化为潜变量得分，以此将态度潜变量引入传统的有序Logit模型；提出SAV使用意愿的有序Logit模型构建方法，并建立基于个人属性、通勤特征、态度潜变量的SAV使用意愿模型.研究发现:是否使用过滴滴拼车、工作单位停车费、自动驾驶态度对使用时机和3种价格(1，2，3元/km) 下的使用频率有显著影响；使用过滴滴拼车、工作单位收取停车费、支持自动驾驶的群体倾向于频繁地、更早地使用SAV出行；公众期望以1元/km或 2元/km即不超过目前滴滴拼车的价格使用SAV.     

高职生“学习参与度”对创新创业核心素养的影响机制研究

通过对523名高职学生进行实地调研,探析“学习参与度”对学生创新创业核心素养的影响机制。结果显示:课程建设、教师引导、资源支持对学习心理参与度影响显著;教师引导、资源支持、社会实践对学习行为参与度影响显著。学习参与度显著影响创业意识、创新精神、创业能力。提出优化对策:重视学生创新创业核心素养的培养;提高学生创新创业学习参与度;人际互动提升学习心理参与度;协同培育提高学习行为参与度。

Anti-Markovnikov Hydroamination of Racemic Allylic Alcohols to Access Chiral γ-Amino Alcohols

A ruthenium-catalyzed formal anti-Markovnikov hydroamination of allylic alcohols for the synthesis of chiral γ-amino alcohols is presented. Proceeding via an asymmetric hydrogen-borrowing process, the catalysis allows racemic secondary allylic alcohols to react with various amines, affording enantiomerically enriched chiral γ-amino alcohols with broad substrate scope and excellent enantioselectivities (68 examples, up to >99 % ee).     

氯乙烯精馏过程模拟优化与节能降耗的研究

针对某聚氯乙烯厂精馏过程中氯乙烯产品纯度低、能耗高的问题,利用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对氯乙烯精馏系统中的T-203塔进行模拟优化,选择适合氯乙烯体系的NRTL模型进行计算,确定理论板数为28块。根据灵敏度分析和正交试验得到最佳操作参数为:回流比为0.8,进料位置为第2块理论板,侧线采出位置为第18块理论板。产品中氯乙烯质量分数达到99.999%,低沸物质量分数小于1×10-6,高沸物质量分数小于5×10-6。同时对精馏系统提出两项节能降耗技术,其中循环水改造技术预计为企业带来经济效益1034.85万元/a,高效导向筛板技术可以有效提高分离效率和生产能力。     

Nanocomposite hydrogel consisting of Na‐montmorillonite with enhanced mechanical properties

A new kind of nanocomposite (NC) hydrogel with Na‐montmorillonite (MMT) is presented in this article. The NC hydrogels were synthesized by free radical copolymerization of acrylamide and (3‐acrylamidopropyl) trimethylammonium chloride (ATC) in the presence of MMT and N,N′‐methylene‐bis‐acrylamide used as chemical cross‐linker. Due to the cation‐exchange reaction between MMT and ATC (cationic monomer) during the synthesis of NC hydrogels, MMT platelets were considered chemical “plane” cross‐linkers, different from “point” cross‐linkers. With increasing amount of MMT, the crosslinking degree enhanced, causing a decrease of the swelling degree at equilibrium. Investigations of mechanical properties indicated that NC hydrogels exhibited enhanced strength and toughness, which resulted from chemical interaction between exfoliated MMT platelets and polymer chains in hydrogels. Dynamic shear measurements showed that both storage modulus and loss modulus increased with increasing MMT content. The idea described here provided a new route to prepare hydrogels with high mechanical properties by using alternative natural Na‐MMT. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part B: Polym. 2种煤液化残渣氧化萃余物中杂原子化合物的鉴定

在40℃恒温水浴下用次氯酸钠对2种煤液化残渣进行氧化,将反应所得混合物用滤膜过滤,滤出液依次用石油醚、二硫化碳、四氯化碳和乙酸乙酯萃取,得到的萃取物用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)分析.根据分析结果系统地考察了2种煤液化残渣中所含杂原子化合物的分布,为从煤液化残渣中选择性地脱除这些杂原子化合物及提取高附加值化学品提供了一条路径.
