12β-Acetyloxyperforatin,a New Limonoid from Harrisonia Perforata

A new A, D-seco limonoid, named 12-acetyloxyperforatin (1), along with three known ones, were isolated from the leaves of Harrisonia perforata. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, including extensive NMR techniques and computational modelling. These compounds showed no inhibitory activity against the 11β-HSD1 enzyme.     

Simultaneous determination of major components of Huangqi–Honghua extract in rat plasma using LC–MS/MS and application to a pharmacokinetic study

A sensitive and reliable LC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of the major components of Huangqi–Honghua extact in rat plasma, including hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA), astragaloside IV (ASIV), calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside (CAG), calycosin, calycosin‐3′‐O‐glucuronide (C‐3′‐G) and calycosin‐3′‐O‐sulfate (C‐3′‐S). After extraction by protein precipitation with acetonitrile and methanol from plasma, the analytes were separated on a Hypersil BDS C₁₈ column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 5 mM ammonium acetate. The detection was carried out on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source switched between negative and positive modes. HSYA was monitored in negative ionization mode from 0 to 4.9 min, and ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S were determined in positive ionization mode from 4.9 to 10 min. The lower limits of quantification of the analytes were 6.25 ng/mL for HSYA, 0.781 ng/mL for CAG and 1.56 ng/mL for ASIV and calycosin. The intra‐ and inter‐assay precision (RSD) values were within 13.43%, and accuracy (RE) ranged from ?8.75 to 9.92%. The validated method was then applied to the pharmacokinetic study of HSYA, ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S in rat after an oral administration of Huangqi–Honghua extract.     

自由电子激光的预群聚

研究了自由电子激光预群聚产生的辐射,表明预群聚不仅可以提高效率而且使低增益得到增强,从而在理论上解释了由射频直线加速器驱动的自由电子激光预群聚器(prebuncher)的作用。同时还指出,预群聚有在不增加电子束能量情况下缩短激光波长和降低对电子束质量要求等作用。     

拮抗肌对的协同控制与EMG信号的中值频率关系

探讨在持续恒力收缩时,正常人体肘关节主动肌和桔抗肌的协同作用原理与它们的表面EMG信号中值频率(Median Frequency,MF)的变化趋势,研究它们的疲劳行为。十五个正常受试者的实验数据统计结果表明,拮抗肌的SEMG/MF高于主动肌;随着收缩时间的增加,主动肌和拮抗肌的MF几乎以相同的速率下降;收缩力越大,它们的两条拟合直线之间的距离、互相关系数、下降速率也越大;关节的角度的变化对上述结论似乎没有明显的影响。这些结论对屈曲和伸展模式都成立。利用人体组织的幅度衰减特性和频率衰减特性,神经肌肉系统的“共驱动”概念对上述结果进行了讨论。     

Three New Polyoxygenated Steroids from Two Species of the South China Sea Gorgonian Muricella flexuosa and Menella verrucosa Brundin

Three new polyoxygenated steroids, muricesteroid ( 1 ), and menellsteroids A ( 2 ) and B ( 3 ), were isolated from two species of the South China Sea gorgonian Muricella flexuosa and Menella verrucosa Brundin , respectively. The structures of these new compounds were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis, chemical methods and comparison with known related compounds.     

用PM3量化参数预测多氯代二苯并呋喃的logKow

从现有的PCDFs分子的正辛醇 /水分配系数 (logKow)实验数据出发 ,建立定量结构 性质关系方程(QSPR) .采用G98W程序包中的PM3方法对 13 5个多氯代二苯并呋喃 (PCDFs)分子和二苯并呋喃进行了优化计算 ,作业命令为 #pPM3optfreqscf(conver =9) ,以计算所得的分子轨道能量、碳原子电荷作为PCDFs分子结构描述符 ,运用多元线性回归技术建立了PCDFs的logKow与分子结构描述符的四元方程 ,最优相关系数为 0 .95 0 7,标准偏差为 0 .173 7,经检验该模型的稳健性好 ,并对未有实验数据的 85个PCDFs的logKow进行预测     

Yellow‐light‐emitting cyano‐substituted poly[(1,3‐phenylene vinylene)‐alt‐(1,4‐phenylene vinylene)] derivative: Its synthesis and optical properties

A soluble cyano‐substituted poly[(1,3‐phenylene vinylene)‐alt‐(1,4‐phenylene vinylene)] derivative ( 9 ) was synthesized and characterized. Comparison between 9 and its model compound ( 10 ) showed that the chromophore in 9 remained to be well defined as a result of a π‐conjugation interruption at adjacent m‐phenylene units. The attachment of a cyano substituent only at the β position of the vinylene allowed the maximum electronic impact of the cyano group on the optical properties of the poly(p‐phenylene vinylene) material. At a low temperature (?108 or ?198 °C), the vibronic structures of 9 and 10 were partially resolved. The absorption and emission spectra of a film of 9 were less temperature‐dependent than those of a film of 10 , indicating that the former had a lower tendency to aggregate. A light‐emitting diode (LED) based on 9 emitted yellow light (λ_max ≈ 578 nm) with an external quantum efficiency of 0.03%. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 共轭斜量法在某些特征向量上收敛速度的估计

设 Ａ是对称正定矩阵，λ_1是 Ａ 的最大或最小特征值，χ_1是对应的特征向量．｛zk｝是用共轭斜量法求解方程组 Αχ＝ｂ时的近似解序列，ｅi＝Ａ～(_1)b-zi,本文给出了|x_1～Tei|较合理的上界估计式。从而为分析预处理共轭斜量法提供了进一步的理论基础。     

New heuristics for over-constrained flight to gate assignments

We consider the over-constrained Airport Gate Assignment Problem where the number of flights exceed the number of gates available, and where the objectives are to minimize the number of ungated flights and the total walking distances. The problem is formulated as a binary quadratic programming problem. We design a greedy algorithm and use a Tabu Search meta-heuristic to solve the problem. The greedy algorithm minimizes ungated flights while we devise a new neighbourhood search technique, the Interval Exchange Move, which allows us flexibility in seeking good solutions, especially when flight schedules are dense in time. Experiments conducted give good results.
