双稳系统中布洛赫波峰湍流的统计性质

双稳系统中的布洛赫波峰的横向失稳可以引起波峰湍流,其不规则运动体现为斑图中的漩涡自发而不规则地产生和湮灭.本文以受驱动系统的复Ginzburg-Landau方程为模型,研究了布洛赫波峰湍流的统计性质.计算了漩涡产生速率和湮灭速率,以漩涡数量时间序列为基础,给出了漩涡动力学变化遵循的主方程.对湍流中漩涡对关联函数的计算表明,漩涡产生/湮灭速率中各幂次项来源于漩涡产生/湮灭事件与周围不同数量的漩涡的短程相互作用.     

Hexagonal Standing-Wave Patterns in Periodically Forced Reaction-Diffusion Systems

The periodically forced spatially extended Brusselator is investigated in the oscillating regime. The temporal response and pattern formation within the 2：1 frequency-locking band where the system oscillates at one half of the forcing frequency are examined. An hexagonal standing-wave pattern and other resonant patterns are observed. The detailed phase diagram of resonance structure in the forcing frequency and forcing amplitude parameter space is calculated. The transitions between the resonant standing-wave patterns are of hysteresis when control parameters are varied, and the presence of multiplicity is demonstrated. Analysis in the framework of amplitude equation reveals that the spatial patterns of the standing waves come out as a result of Turing bifurcation in the amplitude equation.

Stochastic Simulation of Turing Patterns

We investigate the effects of intrinsic noise on Turing pattern formation near the onset of bifurcation from the homogeneous state to Turing pattern in the reaction-diffusion Brusselator. By performing stochastic simulations of the master equation and using Gillespie＇s algorithm, we check the spatiotemporal behaviour influenced by internal noises. We demonstrate that the patterns of occurrence frequency for the reaction and diffusion pro- cesses are also spatially ordered and temporally stable. Turing patterns are found to be robust against intrinsic fluctuations. Sfochastic simulations also reveal that under the influence of intrinsic noises, the onset of Turing instability is advanced in comparison to that predicted deterministically.

三维螺旋波(卷轴波)的运动和失稳的研究在心颤等高发心脏病中扮演重要角色,对三维螺旋波的运动和失稳过程以及控制的研究对于心颤等心脏病的防治具有指导意义.本文主要对我们过去几年在梯度系统中螺旋波的研究结果做一个总结.我们以反应扩散系统为研究对象,对于具有参数梯度的螺旋波的失稳过程和控制进行了探讨.在实验和数值模拟研究中,我们发现在三维梯度系统中,梯度大小的改变可以促使三维螺旋波发展产生线缺陷或者引起二维螺旋波运动的相位差的积累而产生漫游,两者都可使螺旋波的运动失去稳定性.对于螺旋波失稳的控制,我们研究了外力周期驱动和噪声对螺旋波失稳的影响,对控制的机制进行了分析.     

Transition to Antispirals in the Complex Ginzburg-Landau Equation

We report a continuous transition from outwardly rotating spiral waves to antispirals in the complex GinzburgLandau equation. Numerical simulations demonstrate that the normal spiral to antispiral transition is fulfilled through a rest spiral wave with zero propagation speed. The propagation direction of spiral waves and the power law behaviour close to the transition boundary are examined.     

化学Lorenz模型中混沌的介观动力学

生化反应动力学校对过程中的内部噪声

从随机过程的角度, 对生物校对动力学过程进行了理论和数值分析。通过建立主方程, 对2步和3步中间过程的动力学校对随机动力学性质进行描述, 运用线性噪音近似的方法求得平衡态噪音的解析解, 并通过数值模拟的方法讨论噪音与参数间的关系。结果表明, 噪音随中间反应的进行而扩散和放大, 同时反应速率参数对噪音强度的大小也有显著影响。
