γ射线锤度计的标定方法研究

锤度计在制糖工业有着广泛的应用,本文介绍了γ射线锤度计的测量原理,在锤度计标定方法上采用 一点标定、两点标定、线性拟合标定以及二次非线性拟合标定模型进行测量比较,给出了准确、简单易行的标 定方法.结果表明符合工艺要求.     

AMS测量中同量异位素的鉴别方法

在加速器质谱测量中,存在同位素和同量异位素的干扰.排除同位素的干扰是开展超微量核素分析的重要课题之一.主要介绍了加速器质谱测量中同量异位素的几种鉴别、排除方法,以及这些方法的原理、发展及应用. There are interference of isotopes and isobars in accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) measurements. Eliminating the isobaric interference is the important aspect in AMS measurements. Several methods of isobaric identification in AMS measurements are discussed in this paper. Principles, developments and applications of these methods are also introduced.     

AMS measurement of In-situ produced cosmogenic 10Be in Loess Quartz in Luochuan

Loess is the most important and the most typical continental classic sediments of Quaternary. So the measurement of In-situ produced cosmogenic ¹⁰Be is expected to be used for the Loess stratigraphic age. But the production rate of In-situ produced cosmogenic ¹⁰Be in Loess quartz is very low. It requires very high sensitivity and accuracy of measurement. This work has measured the concentrations of ¹⁰Be of two layers in Loess section of Luochuan including L8, L9 and the concentrations of ¹⁰Be in (of) blank sample with the HI-13 AMS system at China Insitute of Atomic Energy(CIAE), then calculated the content of ¹⁰Be in loess quartz for each layer. The ratio of ¹⁰Be/⁹Be was found in the range of 10^－13. The background of ¹⁰Be/⁹Be was about 3×10^－14.     

广西合浦独木舟放射性碳定年

为了确定在广西合浦县发现的古独木舟的年代,利用北京大学的小加速器质谱计对4个取自独木舟不同部位的木头样品进行了14C年代测定,结果表明,此独木舟的14C年龄为(365±20)BP.经14C-树轮年代校正曲线校正后,表明独木舟建造的日历年龄在1460～1580 AD(2σ的置信区间).

加速器质谱测量中重核时通常存在一定的干扰,特别是首次实验时会给实验谱的核素分析和在束确认带来困难.本文利用已建立的中重核素加速器质谱测量的实验谱模拟程序,模拟了加速器质谱测量26AL的实验谱,利用模拟谱,容易确定实验中的待测核素.     

α-Si1-xCx:H薄膜材料的弹性反冲探测分析

介绍在中国原子能科学研究院HI-13串列加速器上，对α-Si1-xCx:H薄膜样品进行弹性反冲探测分析的方法和结果．用该加速器提供的高品质^127Ⅰ束流轰击α-Si1-xCx:H薄膜材料样品，用△E(gas)一E(PSD)望远镜探测器，在前角区(30。角)测量从该样品中反冲的各元素的能谱．然后用离子束分析(IBA)程序SIMNRA对能谱进行拟合，得到样品中H，C和Si的比分及深度分布．Elastic recoil detection analysis of α-Si_(1-x)C_(x)∶H foils has been performed at the HI-13 tandem accelerator of CIAE. High quality~(127)I beam bombards the target of α -Si_(1-x)C_(x)∶H_( ) thin film. A ΔE(gas)-(E(PSD)) telescope was used to measure the energy spectra of all elements recoiled from the samples at the angle of 30° in laboratory system. Components of H, C and Si and the profiles were obtained by simulation of the energy spectra using the program SIMNRA calculation.     

低比度测量高纯锗能谱仪的一种效率刻度方法

介绍对本实验室用于低水平放射性比活量测试的高纯锗能谱仪作效率刻度的方法，即先用１５２Ｅｕ点源相对效率刻度，然后用一个体标准源把相对效率刻度曲线转换成绝对效率曲线。实验证明，只要点源与探测器有足够的距离则可避免符合相加修正。比对结果表明该方法是可行的。

化学镀Fe-Mo-B和Fe-W-B合金的耐蚀性能

系统地研究了化学镀Ｆｅ－Ｍｏ－Ｂ和Ｆｅ－Ｗ－Ｂ合金镀层的耐腐蚀特性。结果表明该合金镀层的耐蚀能力很强，腐蚀率很低。非晶态Ｆｅ－Ｍｏ－Ｂ合金的耐蚀能力优于晶态Ｆｅ－Ｗ－Ｂ合金     

对综合楼深基坑支护工程质量事故的分析
