Strategies for synthesizing non-bioaccumulable alternatives to PFOA and PFOS

This minireview describes the strategies for synthesis of fiuorinated surfactants potentially nonbioaccumulable.Various strategies have been focused on(Ⅰ) reducing the length of the perfluorocarbon chain,(Ⅱ) introducing hetero atoms into the fluorocarbon chain,(Ⅲ) introducing branch(herein and after branch means the fluoro-carbon chain section is not straight).In most cases,the surface tensions versus the surfactant concentrations have been assessed.These above strategies led to various highly fiuorinated(perfluorinated or not perfluorinated) surfactants whose chemical changes enabled to obtain novel alternatives to perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA) and perfluorooctane sulphonate(PFOS).     

The Effect of the Spacer of Bis(biurea) Ligands on the Structure of A2L3‐type (A=anion) Phosphate Complexes

By tuning the length and rigidity of the spacer of bis(biurea) ligands L, three structural motifs of the A₂L₃ complexes (A represents anion, here orthophosphate PO₄^3?), namely helicate, mesocate, and mono‐bridged motif, have been assembled by coordination of the ligand to phosphate anion. Crystal structure analysis indicated that in the three complexes, each of the phosphate ions is coordinated by twelve hydrogen bonds from six surrounding urea groups. The anion coordination properties in solution have also been studied. The results further demonstrate the coordination behavior of phosphate ion, which shows strong tendency for coordination saturation and geometrical preference, thus allowing for the assembly of novel anion coordination‐based structures as in transition‐metal complexes.

Salting‐out‐assisted liquid–liquid extraction with acetonitrile for the determination of trimetazidine in rat plasma using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry

A high‐throughout bioanalytical method based on salting‐out‐assisted liquid/liquid extraction (SALLE) method with acetonitrile and mass spectrometry‐compatible salts followed by LC‐MS/MS analysis of trimetazidine in rat plasma is presented. It required only 50 μL of plasma and allows the use of minimal volumes of organic solvents. The seamless interface of SALLE and LC‐MS eliminated the drying‐down step and the extract was diluted and injected into an LC‐MS/MS system with a cycle time of 2.5 min/sample. The retention times of trimetazidine and IS were approximately 1.1 and 1.7 min, respectively. Calibration curves were linear over the concentration range of 0.1–100 ng/mL, which can be extended to 500 ng/mL by dilution. The intra‐ and inter‐batch precision, accuracy and the relative standard deviation were all <15%. This method was successfully applied to determine trimetazidine concentrations in rat plasma. Cross-Layer Optimization of Dynamic Packet Assignment for Video Transmission Over IEEE 802.11e Networks

Video transmission over IEEE 802.11e wireless networks still shows poor performance for large bandwidth demand and frequently changed environments. Thus, several enhancements of IEEE 802.11e were proposed. On the other hand, big frames and simultaneous sending of adjacent frames always cause packet dropping for buffer overflow. In the past, we proposed an IEEE 802.11e enhancement named DFAA and a content aware mechanism to solve the above problems. The motivation of this paper is to find a proper way to integrate these two mechanisms. A DFAA enhancement (DFAA-E) is proposed to make up the insufficiency of content aware mechanism. Experiments results show that the combination of DFAA-E and content aware mechanism improves the video decoded quality greatly. And its performance can be further enhanced by selecting the suitable settings of certain parameters.     

面源红外诱饵对抗红外制导导弹干扰策略研究

面源红外诱饵使用的过程中,合理有效的干扰策略是干扰红外制导导弹的关键,针对这一问题,通过理论分析与仿真模拟相结合得到面源红外诱饵对抗红外制导导弹的干扰策略。首先以红外成像制导导弹为例,介绍红外制导导弹的仿真模型,然后将攻击过程分为锁定前与锁定后,以命中率为评价指标,得到两个阶段下的最佳干扰策略,包括诱饵的最佳释放时机、释放间隔以及载机应采取的机动动作等。     

基于服务器端会话追踪的Web查询服务的研究

在探讨了Web查询服务的典型模型后,论文阐述了服务器端会话追踪机制的实现方式,设计了基于服务器端会话追踪的Web查询服务的典型解决方案。该设计方案可以较为安全地保存和维护客户的上下文信息,可靠地跟踪用户查询所处的状态,有效地实现有状态的Web查询服务。
