A study of the noise performance of gate overlapped polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors (TFTs) is presented. Low-frequency noise measurements were carried out on n- and p-type samples fabricated by excimer laser crystallization. It is shown that the carrier number fluctuation model applies not only to n-type but also to p-type devices. The density of oxide traps was extracted from the noise measurements and was of the order of 1018-1019 eV-1 cm-3 相似文献

We study the influence of the technologically caused eccentricity of a circular-pad via-hole. We derive an eigenvalue equation using a rigorous method based on a linear transformation of the via-hole polar coordinates. The eigenvalue equation is used to compute the modal resonant frequencies and the modal fields of the eccentric via. It is shown that the via-hole misalignment shifts the modal frequencies and influences its frequency band. The proposed model is verified with published experimental data, and is also compared with results generated with the full-wave simulator Agilent Momentum-2002. 相似文献

The structure of scandium dirubidium pentadecamolybdenum nonadecasulfide, Sc0.43 (2)Rb2Mo15S19, constitutes a partially Sc‐filled variant of Rb2Mo15S19 [Picard, Saillard, Gougeon, Noel & Potel (2000), J. Solid State Chem. 155 , 417–426]. In the two compounds, which both crystallize in the Rc space group, the structural motif is characterized by a mixture of Mo6Si8Sa6 and Mo9Si11Sa6 cluster units (`i' is inner and `a' is apical) in a 1:1 ratio. The two components are interconnected through interunit Mo—S bonds. The cluster units are centred at Wyckoff positions 6b and 6a (point‐group symmetries and 32, respectively). The Rb+ cations occupy large voids between the different cluster units. The Rb and the two inner S atoms lie on sites with 3. symmetry (Wyckoff site 12c), and the Mo and S atoms of the median plane of the Mo9S11S6 cluster unit lie on sites with .2 symmetry (Wyckoff site 18e). A unique feature of the structure is a partially filled octahedral Sc site with symmetry. Extended Hückel tight‐binding calculations provide an understanding of the variation in the Mo—Mo distances within the Mo clusters induced by the increase in the cationic charge transfer due to the insertion of Sc. 相似文献

The effect of nonlinearity in the extrafascicular field in tripolar electrode cuffs on interference pick-up was investigated. It was concluded that the interference is sensitive to electrode separation, especially in short cuffs. This suggests that significant improvements can be obtained by placing the end electrodes a few mm from the cuff ends. 相似文献

From π- interactions at 150 GeV/c on a heavy target, we present the final analysis of the dimuon decay angular distribution in the mass interval 4.5–8.5 GeV/c2. Results are presented and discussed in various reference frames and are also given in terms of the density matrix elements. Finally the possible contribution of higher-twist effects at largex 1 is discussed; we find that our data are not compatible with higher twist contributions as proposed by the Berger and Brodsky Model. 相似文献

We studied, experimentally, the pattern dynamics and free surface deformation in Bénard–Marangoni convection, in a circular
container (aspect ratio = 6). The free surface deformation fields were visualized by interferometry and temperature fields
by infrared thermography. We considered the influence of the Marangoni (up to 2,623), Biot and Prandtl numbers. More dynamics
are induced by increasing the Biot number and transition to a time-dependent flow has been observed. Conversely, increasing
the Prandtl number reduces the dynamics. The deformation increases as a function of the Marangoni number until it reaches

We consider sign-changing solutions of the equation \(-\Delta _m u= |u|^{p-1}u\) where \(m\ge 2\) and \(p>1\) in half-space and strips with nonlinear mixed boundary value conditions. We prove Liouville type theorems for stable solutions or for solutions which are stable outside a compact set.
