Zhenju antihypertensive compound (ZJAHC) is a combined Chinese–Western medicine formula including clonidine (CLO), hydrochlorothiazide (HCT), rutin, Chrysanthemum indicum extract and pearl powder. Compared with CLO preparations, ZJAHC shows improved activities and decreased adverse effects. It is believed that the side effects of CLO are caused by its high peak plasma concentration. Hence, study of the influence of ZJAHC on the pharmacokinetic behaviors of clonidine seems essential. In present study, the plasma concentrations of CLO were determined with a liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) method. The MS/MS transitions monitored for clonidine and internal standard were 230.2 → 213.1 and 152.2 → 110.2, respectively. The analyte was quantified in a single run within 3 min. The pharmacokinetic study showed that the area under the plasma concentration–time curve of CLO in ZJAHC (60 µg/kg CLO) was similar to that of CLO‐HCT‐high (120 µg/kg CLO) but the peak concentration was much lower than that in CLO‐HCT‐high. ZJAHC could enhance the bioavailability without greatly increasing peak concentration of clonidine. This comprehensive effect of enhancing the bioavailability and avoiding the high peak plasma concentration for CLO might mainly result from the co‐contribution of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), while the effect of TCM was stronger than that of Western medicine. The effects of ion implantation on ployacetylene films PA have been studied with Ar~+, Fe~+, C1~+, I~+, Na~+ and K~+ ions in the energy range of 15—30 keV. The changes of PA films in the electrical conductivity, due to chemical doping and ion implantation in relation to their structure and depth profiles of impurities, were measured through infrared (ATR/FTIK), Rutherford backscattering spectrometry (RBS) and the four probe technique. In all cases, ion implantation of active ions exhibits the same effects as chemical doping. The formation of p-n junction is observed at the interface of implanted region and chemical doped PA substrate. The mechanism of interaction process between ion beam and polymer is also discussed. 相似文献

非放射性长余辉磷光粉作为美化和清洁光源在发光陶瓷、交通安全标志、紧急突发事件的照明设施、工艺美术涂料等众多领域得到越来越广泛的应用,引起人们的重视.到目前为止,文献报道的稀土长余辉磷光体的激活离子主要有铕离子(Eu3+和Eu2+[1-4]、三价铈离子(Ce3+)[5]、三价铽离子(Tb3+)[6]、三价镨离子(Pr3+)[7]、三价钐离子(Sm3+)[8].Ho3+,Er3+,Tm3+等稀土离子作为红外上转换发光材料的激活离子[9~12],而关于它们的长余辉发光的报道极少.最近,雷炳富等在Tm3+离子[13]激活的硫氧化钇体系中发现了长余辉发光.在此,我们通过高温固相法合成了Er3+,Ho3+和Tm3+掺杂的硫氧化钆长余辉磷光粉,观察到该体系中迄今未见文献报道的Er3+,Ho3+和Tm3+离子的长余辉发光. 相似文献

Arrays of highly ordered Zn(1-x)MnxS quantum wires with x ranging from 0.01 to 0.3 and with lateral dimensions of 3, 6, and 9 nm were synthesized within mesoporous SiO2 host structures of the MCM-41 and SBA-15 type. The hexagonal symmetry of these arrays (space group p6m) and the high degree of order was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies. Physisorption measurements show the progressive filling of the pores of the SiO2 host structures, while TEM and Raman studies reveal the wire-like character of the incorporated Zn(1-x)MnxS nanostructures. X-ray absorption near-edge structure, extended X-ray absorption fine structure, photoluminescence excitation (PLE), and electron paramagnetic resonance studies confirm the good crystalline quality of the incorporated Zn(1-x)MnxS guest species and, in particular, that the Mn2+ ions are randomly distributed and are situated on tetrahedrally coordinated cation sites of the Zn(1-x)MnxS wires for all x up to 0.3. The amount of Mn2+ ions loosely bound to the surface of the Zn(1-x)MnxS nanowires is less than 4% of the total Mn content even for the 3 nm nanostructures up to the highest Mn content of x = 0.3. The effects of the reduction of the lateral dimensions on electronic properties of the diluted magnetic semiconductor were studied by PLE spectroscopy. Aiming at the approximate measurement of magnetic rotation angle in optical current sensor based on light intensity detection mode, this paper proposes a current measurement method based on triangular constant transformation to reconstruct magnetic rotation angle, so as to avoid the large current measurement error caused by the approximate measurement of the magnetic rotation angle. By extracting the direct current (DC) component and the alternating current (AC) component of the light intensity signal detected by the photoelectric detector (PD), the sine signal containing the magnetic rotation angle is directly obtained by dividing the two components, and then the triangular identity transformation method is used to linearly demodulate the magnetic rotation angle and reconstruct the current waveform. The experimental results show that the relative error of current measurement does not exceed 1.40% in the current range of 0.05—0.50 A, which is less than the approximate linear measurement (ALM) method, and the magnetic rotation angle and the current have a good linear relationship. 相似文献
