In this paper, an off‐grid direction of arrival (DoA) estimation method is proposed for wideband signals. This method is based on the sparse representation (SR) of the array covariance matrix. Similar to the time domain DoA estimation methods, the correlation function of the sources was assumed to be the same and known. A new measurement vector is obtained using the lower‐left triangular elements of the covariance matrix. The DoAs are estimated by quantizing the entire range of continuous angle space into discrete grid points. However, the exact DoAs may be located between two grid points; therefore, this estimation has errors. The accuracy of DoA estimation is improved by the minimization of the difference between the new measurement vector and its estimated values. Simulation results revealed that the proposed method can enhance the DoA estimation accuracy of wideband signals. 相似文献

A new series of potent uridine phosphorylase inhibitors have been prepared from barbituric acid. Among them, 1-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-5-)(m--benzyloxy)benzylbarbituric acid ( 37 , BBBA) is the most promising having a Ki value of 1.1 ± 0.2 nM with uridine phosphorylase from human liver. The microwave spectrum of CD3OH has been studied over the 8 to 58 GHz region, and numerousb-type transitions have been assigned. Ferroelectric thin films form an equilibrium domain structure compatible with their respective crystallographic symmetry. In tetragonal (111) PZT, 90° domains prevail; in (pseudo-tetragonal) (100) SBT both 90° and 180° domains are present. The size of 90° domains has been measured for e.g., PZT as slabs of 15 nm width. Domain size is a result of stress minimization in the film during the paraelectric (PE) → ferroelectric (FE) transition. A precise and regular domain pattern for (111) PZT and (100) SBT films has been investigated in detail by TMSFM. Single domains can be addressed mechanically with the tip of an AFM. Such single domain switching corresponds to a data storage density of 200 Gbit/inch2. Applications of ferroelectric and high- paraelectric materials for e.g., non-volatile data storage replacing DRAM devices or as sensors in infrared cameras are increasingly becoming popular. 相似文献

A series of unsaturated polyesters based on phthalic anhydride (PHA), maleic anhydride (MA), ethylene glycol (EG), diethylene glycol (DG), triethylene glycol (TG), propylene glycol (PG), styrene (Sty) and acrylonitrile (AN) were prepared. The molecular weights of the prepared polyesters were determined by end-group analysis. The effect of the structure of the resin on its curing behavior has been investigated. On the basis of the experimental study, the following were concluded: (1) The maximum curing temperature (Tmax) is related to the molecular weight of the glycol incorporated in these castings. In this context the Tmax was found to decrease with increasing the molecular weight. Meanwhile the time to peak temperature tmax was increasing. (2) The higher the percentage of AN in the crosslinking monomer system, the slower a resin cures. (3) The values of Tmax were found to be influenced to a large extent by the percentage of AN. 相似文献

In FDMA cellular radio systems, the adjacent channel interference (ACI) is suppressed by the IF filter and also by a distance factor. Channels immediately adjacent to each other in frequency are assigned to different cells and, as such, the distance plays a role in reducing their mutual interference. The authors study the feasibility of optimizing the frequency spacing between carriers such that the combined effect of distance and IF filter will be enough to control the interference while allowing the maximum number of channels in a given bandwidth. They also study the decision feedback equalizer (DFE) as a means to reduce any excess ACI that results from reducing the channel spacing. The paper starts with a model that estimates the cumulative probability density of the signal to adjacent channel interference ratio (SIR) as a function of the channel spacing. They then present the results of a computer simulation study to estimate the performance of DFE in mitigating the effect of ACI. The results indicate that, under the conditions of slow flat fading and selection diversity, the DFE is very effective in reducing the effect of excess ACI interference which allows for a considerable reduction in the frequency spacing 相似文献
