Novel molecular material ,1-benzothiazoly-3-pheny1-pyrazoline (BTPP) was found to function as bright blue light emitting dye in organic electroluminescent device, and its optical and electric characteristics were investigated. This heterovyclic compound exhibited good characteristics of blue photoluminescence and electroluminescence,which had the emission peak at 450nm .The single layer light-emitting devices using BTPP as light -emitting material dispersed in poly(N-vinylcarbazole)(PVK) and double layer ones using PBD as hole block layer above the light-emitting layer were fabricated using conventional spin-casting and vaccum vapour deposition methods. The introduction of PBD has enhanced electron injection and luminance efficiency, compared with the single layer LEDs. 相似文献

The photocatalyzed [2 + 2 + 2]-cycloaddition of nitriles with 2 equiv of acetylene to 2-pyridines can be carried out under mild conditions and represents a valuable extension to common synthetical methods. For the ideal wavelength range (350-500 nm), lamps as well as sunlight can be used. Working at room temperature and in organic solvents such as toluene or hexane as well as in water gives satisfying results in many cases. However, it is also possible to vary the solvent and the reaction temperature of the photocatalyzed synthesis and to choose, with respect to the specific substrate, specific requirements for this particular reaction and general requirements of the method. This simple and selective method derives its potential mainly from the large variety of applicable nitriles. Suitable substrates include (functionalized) aliphatic and aromatic nitriles as well as cyanamides derived from secondary amines. 相似文献

A new catalyst system for the synthesis of alpha-aryl-substituted nitriles is reported. The bicyclic triaminophosphine P(i-BuNCH(2)CH(2))(3)N (1b) serves as an efficient and versatile ligand for the palladium-catalyzed direct alpha-arylation of nitriles with aryl bromides. Using ligand 1b, ethyl cyanoacetate and primary as well as secondary nitriles are efficiently coupled with a wide variety of aryl bromides possessing electron-rich, electron-poor, electron-neutral, and sterically hindered groups. 相似文献

Considerable efforts have been devoted to the development of highly efficient blue light‐emitting materials. However, deep‐blue fluorescence materials that can satisfy the Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.14, 0.08) of the National Television System Committee (NTSC) standard blue and, moreover, possess a high external quantum efficiency (EQE) over 5%, remain scarce. Here, the unusual luminescence properties of triphenylamine‐bearing 2‐(2′‐hydroxyphenyl)oxazoles ( 3a–3c ) and their applications in organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) are reported as highly efficient deep‐blue emitters. The 3a ‐based device exhibits a high spectral stability and an excellent color purity with a narrow full‐width at half‐maximum of 53 nm and the CIE coordinates of (0.15, 0.08), which is very close to the NTSC standard blue. The exciton utilization of the device closes to 100%, exceeding the theoretical limit of 25% in conventional fluorescent OLEDs. Experimental data and theoretical calculations demonstrate that 3a possesses a highly hybridized local and charge‐transfer excited state character. In OLEDs, 3a exhibits a maximum luminance of 9054 cd m?2 and an EQE up to 7.1%, which is the first example of highly efficient blue OLEDs based on the sole enol‐form emission of 2‐(2′‐hydroxyphenyl)azoles. 相似文献

电路元器件的参数漂移是影响系统稳定性的主要原因之一,因此电子系统的容差设计显得尤为重要,本文研究了运用进化的方法进行电路的容差设计。传统方法所设计的容差电路因容差范围小而影响电路的容差性能。本文将遗传规划与主动偏差思想相结合,提出基于主动偏差的混合GP算法--AD-Based HGP,使用该方法进行电路容差设计可以有效提高电路的容差范围。实验结果表明运用本文方法设计出的电路与传统方法的设计结果相比,本文方法所进化出的电路具有更强的容差性能,体现了该算法在容差设计上的优势与潜能。 相似文献
