提出了一种大规模集成电路总剂量效应测试方法:在监测器件和电路功能参数的同时,监测器件功耗电流的变化情况,分析数据错误和器件功耗电流与辐射总剂量的关系.根据该方法利用60Co γ射线进行了浮栅ROM集成电路(AT29C256)总剂量辐照实验,研究了功耗电流和出错数量在不同γ射线剂量率辐照下的总剂量效应,以及参数失效与功能失效时间随辐射剂量率的变化关系,并利用外推实验技术预估了电路在空间低剂量率环境下的失效时间.  相似文献

Caffeic acid (CA), a familiar color stabilizing reagent, has aroused general concern due to its uncontrolled addition, and thus the detection of CA is increasingly important. In our report, the bright carbon dots (CDs) were prepared via hydrothermal treatment with urea and citric acid act as raw material and their characteristics were discussed through X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and so on. Impressively, the strong emission of the as-prepared CDs (Quantum Yield: 24.3%) decreased sharply upon a full reaction with the added CA. Hence, we first present an improved strategy for determining CA based upon the quenching of the strong emission of CDs. In this strategy, 0.79–100.0 µmol L??1 caffeic acid could be simply detected, and a detection limit of 0.24 µmol L??1 was allowed. Additionally, CA in red wine samples can be successfully detected by this method and the exploration of the quenching mechanism of the CA-CDs system was done.  相似文献

A mechanism-based plasticity model based on dislocation theory is developed to describe the mechanical behavior of the hierarchical nanocrystalline alloys. The stress–strain relationship is derived by invoking the impeding effect of the intra-granular solute clusters and the inter-granular nanostructures on the dislocation movements along the sliding path. We found that the interaction between dislocations and the hierarchical microstructures contributes to the strain hardening property and greatly influence the ductility of nanocrystalline metals. The analysis indicates that the proposed model can successfully describe the enhanced strength of the nanocrystalline hierarchical alloy. Moreover, the strain hardening rate is sensitive to the volume fraction of the hierarchical microstructures. The present model provides a new perspective to design the microstructures for optimizing the mechanical properties in nanostructural metals.  相似文献

Single event multiple-cell upsets (MCU) increase sharply with the semiconductor devices scaling. The impacts of several test factors on heavy ion single event MCU in 65 nm SRAM are studied based on the buildup of MCU test data acquiring and processing technique, including the heavy ion LET, the tilt angle, the device orientation, the test pattern and the supply voltage; the MCU physical bitmaps are extracted correspondingly. The dependencies of parameters such as the MCU percentage, MCU mean and topological pattern on these factors are summarized and analyzed. This work is meaningful for developing a more reasonable single event test method and assessing the effectiveness of anti-MCU strategies on nanometer-scale devices.  相似文献

Mycomedicine is a unique class of natural medicine that has been widely used in Asian countries for thousands of years. Modern mycomedicine consists of fruiting bodies, spores, or other tissues of medicinal fungi, as well as bioactive components extracted from them, including polysaccharides and, triterpenoids, etc. Since the discovery of the famous fungal extract, penicillin, by Alexander Fleming in the late 19th century, researchers have realised the significant antibiotic and other medicinal values of fungal extracts. As medicinal fungi and fungal metabolites can induce apoptosis or autophagy, enhance the immune response, and reduce metastatic potential, several types of mushrooms, such as Ganoderma lucidum and Grifola frondosa, have been extensively investigated, and anti-cancer drugs have been developed from their extracts. Although some studies have highlighted the anti-cancer properties of a single, specific mushroom, only limited reviews have summarised diverse medicinal fungi as mycomedicine. In this review, we not only list the structures and functions of pharmaceutically active components isolated from mycomedicine, but also summarise the mechanisms underlying the potent bioactivities of several representative mushrooms in the Kingdom Fungi against various types of tumour.  相似文献

镧系离子特殊的电子排布使镧系有机骨架材料(Ln-MOFs)具有独特的发光性质,通过骨架和不同客体分子间的相互作用,可实现对诸多物质的荧光检测。其中,以铽离子(Tb3+)为中心构筑的Tb-MOFs具有更优良的光学性能和更高的检测灵敏度,是一种极具潜力的高效荧光探针。本文以稀土Tb3+为主线,综述了近年来国内外Tb-MOFs材料在阴阳离子、有机小分子、生物分子荧光检测方面的研究进展,并对未来发展趋势进行了展望。  相似文献

电力线载波通信技术利用现有的电力传输网络进行数据传输,具有建设成本低,部署快速灵活等特点,被广泛用于局域网本地通信中。但当节点数过多或传输数据量过高时,如每个节点单独将数据传到调控中心,将会给整个通信系统带来巨大的数据量,同时降低通信效率,甚至造成通信拥塞。为降低传输数据量,节省通信传输资源,提升电力线载波接入网络的传输能力,本文提出了基于最小生成树传输路径的电力线载波通信数据融合算法。将所提算法与未使用融合算法带来的数据量进行对比,证明了所提算法的有效性。  相似文献

以Al2O3为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列Ni-Cu/Al2O3催化剂,用于顺酐液相加氢反应,并结合低温N2物理吸-脱附、H2程序升温还原、H2程序升温脱附、X射线衍射、CO程序升温表面反应等表征结果,详细考察了催化剂中Cu含量对其催化性能的影响.结果表明,Cu的引入提高了活性组分Ni的分散度,促进了催化剂上C=C的加氢活性;同时,由于Ni-Cu双金属间的相互作用,明显抑制了催化剂表面C=O的加氢.当Cu含量为7%时,催化剂上顺酐加氢定向合成丁二酸酐的活性最高.在210oC,H2压力5.0MPa的条件下反应40min时,顺酐转化率与丁二酸酐选择性均达100%.  相似文献
