The rapid development of the petrochemical industry of Taiwan over the past four decades has resulted in a booming economy in Taiwan that drives derived industries to develop progressively. However, it has also caused many runaway reaction accidents, such as toxic gas release, fire, and explosion. It is crucial to eliminate those potential hazard factors which can induce consequent runaway reaction accidents during the life span of the manufacturing process. In response to this crucial issue, we performed a thermokinetic parameter analysis for 1,1-bis-(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane at isothermal conditions to conduct a thermal safety assessment of chemical materials. The five isothermal temperatures, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, and 140 °C, measured by DSC, were adopted in this study to calculate process safety parameters, including TMRad, T NR, and SADT, which can be employed in process safety parameters for the manufacturing process. A novel, green kinetic approach accompanied with non-isothermal DSC results is used to derive thermokinetic parameters in safety protocol in this study. 相似文献

In the leading logarithmic approximation, the fragmentation functions of quarks and gluons are investigated using Altarelli-Parisi type equations. Using a new method to make the Mellin transformation, the equation is solved. Analytic expressions for the fragmentation functions near z = 0 and z = 1 are also given. Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKPO) is generally applied to manufacturing in the polymerization processes. Due to thermal
instability and high exothermic behaviors of MEKPO, if any operation is undertaken recklessly or some environmental effect
is produced suddenly during the processes, fires and explosions may inevitably occur. In this study, thermal analysis was
evaluated for MEKPO by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) test. Vent sizing package 2 (VSP2) was used to analyze the
thermal hazard of MEKPO under various stirring rates in a batch reactor. Thermokinetic and safety parameters, including exothermic
onset temperature (T
0), maximum temperature (T
max), maximum pressure (P
max), self-heating rate (dT dt
−1), pressure rise rate (dP dt
−1), and so on, were discovered to identify the safe handling situation. The stirring rates of reactor were confirmed to affect
runaway and thermal hazard characteristics in the batch reactor. If the stirring rate was out of control, it could soon cause

Inner lead bonding (ILB) is used to thermomechanically join the Cu inner leads on a flexible film tape and Au bumps on a driver IC chip to form electrical paths. With the newly developed film carrier assembly technology, called chip on film (COF), the bumps are prepared separately on a film tape substrate and bonded on the finger lead ends beforehand; therefore, the assembly of IC chips can be made much simpler and cheaper. In this paper, three kinds of COF samples, namely forming, wrinkle, and flat samples, were prepared using conventional gang bonder. The peeling test was used to examine the bondability of ILB in terms of the adhesion strength between the inner leads and the bumps. According to the peeling test results, flat samples have competent strength, less variation, and better appearance than when using flip-chip bonder. 相似文献
