0引言某些有机锡羧酸酯化合物具有杀虫、杀菌和抗癌活性,引起人们极大的兴趣[1~3]。近年来的研究结果表明,该类化合物中心锡原子的配位形式既决定于与锡原子直接相连的烃基的结构,也与配体的类型有关,尤其是含有孤电子对的杂环酸的引入,导致了许多新型结构有机锡化合物的产生[4     

电子捕获检测器用于毛细管色谱时各种操作参数的研究

电子捕获检测器(ECD)可作为高效的毛细管色谱检测器,特别适用于难分离的电负性复杂化合物的痕量分析。 Devaux和Guiochon最早使用了小体积ECD和毛细管柱相连,Bertsch等和Bachmann等分别用OV-101毛细管柱对卤化物进行了分析,Kern等用毛细管柱和ECD相连接分析了雌性激素,常理文、竺安用氯化氢腐蚀玻璃毛细管柱和池体积130微升的不对称ECD分析了高级脂肪酸五氟芐基酯。本文在前文基础上进一步对毛细管柱与ECD连接时的各种操作参数进行了考察。

[Cu(PTA)(Phen)2](p-MBA)(H6O)配合物的合成、晶体结构及电化学分析

The crystal structure of the title complex with the stoichiometric formula [Cu(PTA)(Phen)₂](p-MBA)(H₆O) (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline, PTA=terephthalic acid, p-MBA=p-toluic acid) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C₄₈H₄₀CuN₄O₁₀, M_r=896.38) belongs to the monoclinic space group C2/c, with the following crystallographic parameters: a=1.778 6(3) nm, b=1.912 5(3) nm, c=1.389 9(2) nm, β=114.686(2)°, V=4.295 7(12) nm³, D_c=1.386 g·cm^-3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=0.574 mm^-1, F(000)=1 860, final GooF=1.019, R=0.054 0, wR=0.148 3 for 2 644 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure shows that the copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from one terephthalic acid molecule and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex is also reported. CCDC: 298809.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure,and Fluorescent and Thermal Stability Properties of Two New Cobalt(Ⅱ) Complexes with 2,2'-Bipy as Ligand

Two new cobalt(Ⅱ)complexes[Co_2(2,2?-bipy)_2(dpa)_2(H_2O)_5]·4H_2O(1)and Co(2,2?-bipy)_3(SO_4)]·7.5H_2O(2)have been synthesized with diaphonic acid(H_2dpa)and 2,2?-bipyridine(2,2?-bipy)as ligands.In 1,two neighboring cobalt(Ⅱ)ions are linked together by one bridging diaphonic acid group,forming an asymmetric dinuclear structure.1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group ■ with a=9.825(6),b=13.007(8),c=19.586(1)?,α=80.773(1)o,β=77.065(1)o,γ=85.902(1)o,M_r=431.4,V=2406.5(3)?~3,D_c=1.48 g/cm~3,Z=2,μ(Mo Kα)=0.767 mm~(-1),F(000)=1112,the final R=0.0379 and wR=0.0862.The central cobalt(Ⅱ)ions in 1 and 2 are coordinated with six atoms,forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The fluorescence and thermal stability properties of 1 and 2 are also reported.     

二苄基锡水杨醛缩邻氨基苯酚Schiff碱配合物的合成、结构及荧光性质研究

二苄基二氯化锡和水杨醛缩邻氨基苯酚Schiff碱按物质的量比1∶1反应,合成了二苄基锡水杨醛邻缩氨基苯酚Schiff碱配合物。经X-射线衍射方法测定了其晶体结构,属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n,晶体学参数a=1.110 03(3)nm,b=1.719 87(5)nm,c=1.176 09(3)nm,β=100.564 0(10)°,V=2.207 23(10)nm3,Z=4,Dc=1.541 g·cm-3,μ(Mo Kα)=11.81 cm-1,F(000)=1 023,R1=0.026 8,wR2=0.061 9,中心锡原子为五配位的畸变三角双锥构型。对其结构进行量子化学从头计算,探讨了配合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及部分前沿分子轨道的组成特征。研究了配合物的荧光性质。     

环状二聚三(邻甲基苄基)氢氧化锡的合成、结构及量子化学研究

三(邻甲基苄基)锡氯化锡在氢氧化钠溶液中水解, 合成了环状二聚三(邻甲基苄基)氢氧化锡, 经X射线衍射方法测定了化合物的晶体结构, 属三斜晶系, 空间群为P-1, 晶体学参数: a＝1.00530(18) nm, b＝1.03580(18) nm, c＝1.08182(18) nm, α＝90.151(3)°, β＝108.317(3)°, γ＝94.871(3)°, V＝1.0650(3) nm3, Z＝1, Dc＝1.380 g/cm3, m(Mo Kα)＝0.1205 cm－1, F(000)＝451, R1＝0.0330, Rw＝0.0822. 化合物为由Sn2O2构成的平面四元环结构, 锡原子为五配位的三角双锥构型. 对其结构进行量子化学从头计算, 探讨了化合物的稳定性、分子轨道能量以及一些前沿分子轨道的组成特征.     

2，2-联吡啶-3，3-二羧酸桥联的具有2D网格结构的Mn配位聚合物的合成、晶体结构

A Manganese(Ⅱ) polymer {[Mn(bpdc)(bipy)(H₂O)]·4.5H₂O}_n has been synthesized (bpdc=2,2-bipyridine-3,3-dicarboxylate,bipy=4,4-bipyridine) and characterized by IR, UV, elemental analysis and X-ray crystal structure determination . It crystallizes in Monoclinic system, space group P2/n with a=1.010 13(8) nm, b=1.164 66(9) nm, c=2.147 40(16) nm, β=98.22 20(10)°, V=2.500 4(3) nm³, Z=4, D_c=1.467 g·cm^-3, F(000)=1 144, R₁=0.049 0, wR₂=0.141 2. The crystal structure shows that the Mn²⁺ ions have octahedral coordination geometry with two coordination situations. The Mn²⁺ (1) ion is coordinated with two N atoms of two bipy, and chelated by four O atoms from four carboxylate groups of two bpdc ligands. The neighbor Mn²⁺ (2) ion is coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two water, two N atoms of two 4,4-bipy and two O atoms from two carboxylate groups of two bpdc ligands. Mn(1) and Mn(2) ions are bridged by bpdc and bipy ligands, forming a novel 2D network. CCDC: 651043.     

[Cu(m-NBA)(2，2′-bipy)(H2O)2]·m-NBA·H2O的合成、晶体结构及电化学性质

铜是生物体中的微量元素,在生命过程中起着递传电子、输运氧,以及清除超氧负离子等重要作用[1].芳酸与铜等过渡金属离子构筑的配合物,多数具有新颖结构和特殊性能,广泛应用于生物无机化学、催化、医药、材料等领域,因而备受研究者们的关注[2-8].     

1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮制备反应中副产物的形成与控制

由1,10-邻菲咯啉合成1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮反应的副产物的形成与控制研究表明,1,10-邻菲咯啉在5,6位二酮化反应中的副反应产物及主产物分离时产生的副产物均为4,5-二氮杂芴-9-酮,二酮化反应条件(包括作为氧化剂的强混合酸H2SO4/HNO3的加入量、时间和温度)和主产物分离时体系的酸度对副产物的形成有重要影响,优化了二酮化反应条件和产物分离时的体系pH控制范围。在此优化条件下,可有效控制副产物的形成,使主产物1,10-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮的收率达到92%以上。
