在理论上分析了利用非线性光学环形镜作为等效可饱和吸收体压缩脉冲进行锁模的物理机制。利用8字形主被动混合锁模的结构在调制频率2.498749GHz下,在1.543μm处获得了12ps的锁模脉冲输出,对应谱宽0.22nm,时间脉宽积0.33。在抽运功率50mW情况下,输出脉冲平均功率3.715mW。在调制频率2.499344GHz、2.499114GHz和2.498999GHz时分别并获得了2~4阶幅度较为均衡的有理数谐波锁模脉冲序列。 相似文献

Using specially coated mirrors, an output energy of 0.97 J at 1.32 μm from a Nd3 : YAG pulse laser is obtained with pumping energy of 66 J. The repetition rate is 1 pulse/sec and the slope efficiency is 1.7%. The repetition rate can be changed from 1 pulse/sec to 10 pulses/sec. 相似文献

By using the amplified 10-GHz, 5.5-ps sech2 pulses with high quality and chirp-free from regeneratively mode-locked fiber laser (RMLFL) as the soliton source, 2-5 order optical soliton phenomena are observed successfully in a 4.28-km dispersion flattened fiber. CMSX-4 is the second-generation nickel-based single crystal superalloy used widely in the world. The oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of CMSX-4 alloy can be improved by adding trace lanthanum (La), cerium (Ce) and other rare earth elements. A method for the simultaneous determination of La and Ce in CMSX-4 nickel-based superalloy by wet dissolution-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. The sample was heated and dissolved under normal pressure by aqua regia and hydrofluoric acid, and the interference of fluorine ion was eliminated by using perchloric acid. The amount of dissolved acid and the digestion conditions were optimized. The limits of detection were 0.23 μg/g for La and 0.85 μg/g for Ce under optimized conditions. The spiked recoveries were 95.0%–98.9% with the relative standard deviations of 1.3%–3.9%, which can meet the requirements of accurate and rapid determination of La and Ce in CMSX-4 nickel-based superalloy. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. 研究一种能够进行远程及绝对测量的光纤低相干干涉传感系统。该系统包含两个光纤干涉仪,其中一个光纤干涉仪置于被测场中感应被测量的变化,可实现远程测量;另一个光纤干涉仪解调被测量的值。运用波分复用技术,使用于解调的光纤干涉仪同时工作于低相干干涉和高相干干涉状态。用低相干干涉信号决定被测量的幅值,对被测量实现绝对测量,并使测量量程不受波长限制;同时,用高相干干涉信号对被测量进行高精度的测量。系统的测量量程为6mm,测量分辨率小于1nm,位移实验结果的线性相关系数R为0.99。 相似文献

分析了两束相对传输的非傍轴高斯光束相干叠加形成的双光束势阱对瑞利粒子产生的辐射力,并作了数值计算,结果表明,与傍轴双光束势阱相比,非傍轴双光束势阱的辐射力有明显的不同,纵向辐射力和横向辐射力都增大,y方向平衡点数目由一个增加到多个,且势阱更深,横向辐射力变化趋势更陡,更有利于微粒的精确定位,与非傍轴单光束势阱相比,势阱更深,所产生的辐射力更大,因而更利于控制瑞利粒子。 相似文献

A novel biosensor based on single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) probe functionalized aluminum anodized oxide (AAO) nanopore membranes was demonstrated for Escherichia coli O157:H7 DNA detection. An original and dynamic polymerase-extending (PE) DNA hybridization procedure is proposed, where hybridization happens in the existence of Taq DNA polymerase and dNTPs under controlled reaction temperature. The probe strand would be extended as long as the target DNA strand, then the capability to block the ionic flow in the pores has been prominently enhanced by the double strand complex. We have investigated the variation of ionic conductivity during the fabrication of the film and the hybridization using cyclic voltammetry and impedance spectroscopy. The present approach provides low detection limit for DNA (a few hundreds of pmol), rapid label-free and easy-to-use bacteria detection, which holds the potential for future use in various ss-DNA analyses by integrated into a self-contained biochip. 相似文献
