近场扫描光学显微技术与Raman光谱技术的结合能够在纳米尺度下提供化学 /结构信息 ,这对很多应用都是至关重要的 ,比如硅器件 ,纳米器件 ,量子点及生物样品单分子研究。本文报导了采用无孔径探针的近场Raman研究。我们的系统有两大特征 :1 近场Raman的增强是通过金属探针上的银镀层实现的 ,无需样品准备 ;2 系统在反射模式下工作 ,适用于任何样品。这两点对实际应用是至关重要的。我们首次在实际硅器件上用 1秒积分时间获得了 1维近场Raman映射和 2维近场Raman图象。我们首次展示了由于积分时间短 ,该技术可用于成象用途。因此 ,这是近场扫描Raman研究中的一次巨大进步。此外 ,我们系统中采用的金属探针可同时用于AFM及电学特性成象 ,比如电阻 ,电容 ,这些是器件应用中的重要参数。  相似文献

In order to enhance the stability of commercially unmodified processed carbonyl iron (CI) and to prevent corrosion, CI powders were coated with polyaniline (PANI) by using surfactant-stabilized PANI colloids in chloroform. PANI coats the individual particles with a film of a few micrometres thickness. Electromagnetic properties, as well as thermal and storage stability, of polymer composites filled with pristine and PANI-coated CI have been studied. The PANI overlayer has negligible influence on the magnetic and dielectric spectra of CI-filled polymer composites at ambient temperature. However, the temperature-frequency study of complex permittivity demonstrated that the composites containing PANI-coated CI powders are characterized by temperature-independent dielectric spectra, whereas the complex permittivity of polymer composites with pristine powders drastically decreased at elevated temperature. Additionally, the thermogravimetric analysis of pristine and PANI-coated CI powders in air has shown improvement in the stability. PANI overlayer prevents the oxidation of particles and acts as corrosion protection of CI.  相似文献

Tunable electromagnetic properties (permeability and permittivity) of composites filled with glass-coated microwires under external magnetic field were investigated experimentally. The microwire composites have been measured with 7 mm coaxial airline fixture and vector network analyzer from 0.01 to 18 GHz. The ferromagnetic resonance may contribute to the tunability of permeability of microwire composites. The tunability of effective dielectric permittivity may be attributed to the magneto-impedance effect. The microwire composites are promising candidates for smart or tunable applications at microwave frequency.  相似文献

Composite membranes (with thickness around 100–200 μm) containing highly in-plane aligned Sendust flakes embedded in polyvinyl alcohol matrix were prepared with a novel infiltration method. As compared with tape-casting method, infiltration method results in enhanced magnetic permeability, which could be caused by better alignment and less porosity. Annealing process could modify the grain size, improve saturation magnetization and coercivity of Sendust flakes. Hence, the radio and quasi-microwave frequency permeability (between 10 MHz to 3 GHz) of composites membranes with annealed Sendust flakes could be enhanced significantly as compared with that of the as-prepared flakes. Infiltration method is especially suitable for composites with high concentration of flaky fillers. The composite membranes prepared have potential applications, including electromagnetic shielding, noise reduction and wave absorption.  相似文献
